Great place to work with. I spoke directly to the owner, Lewis, who is extremely knowledgeable, professional and willing to take the time to talk to a customer (important!). Although the discussion was about a mid-90s BMW, I learned they work on a broad spectrum, everything from vintage 2002s to late models Bimmers. Lewis is what we would call a good guy and I highly recommend him and his team.

I own a BMW M3 and was referred to Munich by another BMW owner. I really really like Lewis the owner. He is very knowledgeable - an engineer by training and actually takes the time to discuss the problem you may be having and share his knowledge and experience. Highly recommend!

I am a bit late writing this review having left Houston 2 years ago. However, Lewis deserves credit for the outstanding work he did servicing both my BMW 540 (E39) cars during the 8 years I lived in the Houston area. He is very knowledgeable, unusually honest for a service shop and his prices are very reasonable compared to the dealership. Furthermore, any time he worked on my cars they were ready when he said they were going to be ready. Great job Lewis, thanks!

Best car repair experience I have had in 20 years in Houston. Lewis is a BMW guru and patiently teaches his team to do work to his high professional standards. I watched him lead a very thorough diagnosis procedure to get to the root cause of a very small leak in my cars emissions system. While doing this, he checked out all the potential problem areas on my car and was very honest in his recommendations. His price for the work was very fair. Dont be put off by the small quarters - once you step in you will immediately see you are in a top quality business. He is for sure getting all my future BMW work!

I brought a car I was considering purchasing to Lewis for a prepurchase inspection. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain what needed attention. Took my 07 530 in to Lewis after midtown dealer quoted $821.64 to replace and register battery. Went to Interstate and purchased the battery on my own and Lewis had it installed and registered in less than an hour for MUCH less!!! Top not service !!!!!

Lewis is fair and honest about what you need. He wont fix something until it needs it and offers great advice on buying used BMWs.
