Call the shop 2 days before give them the make model and error code. They give me the price. I take it in the next day after work at 520… guy says sure we work on those and to bring it back -mind you I’m putting extra wear a tear trying to take it to them. He tells me I can’t leave it at the shop and to come tomorrow morning. Aggravated I leave and come back in the morning. I drive my car home that’s having issues only to drive back in the morning and have him see my black face and tell me we don’t work in these cars. Very aggravated as frustrated. They could of told me that yesterday and not have my wake up to bring it just to have to drive it back for no reason. Waste of time and inconsiderate to ppl. Won’t be using them ever

There is nothing fancy about this shop, but they always make sure the job is done right. I always love talking to Gary. He never sugar coats anything (unless you ask) and is passionate about the work he does. You can tell hes been in the business for years and knows alot from experience (which we all know is the best teacher). He never tries to upsale me with unnecessary items and gets every job done quickly and efficiently. The only time I will go to another shop, is if he retires. I recommend this shop to anyone avoiding a new car payment, doesnt want to feel ripped off, and wants the job done right. Afterall, my 2000 Lincoln LS is still driving strong.

Best repair shop Ive ever used, these guys are very honest. I went here because my car needed repair and a friend of mine recommended them to me. I had already gotten a very high estimate from another shop. The other shop near by, told me the repair would be around $1,000. So I went here for a second opinion. They said the problem was simple and would only cost $250. They did a great job, it was quick and their honesty saved me $750.00. I would recommend them to anyone needing car repair. 5 stars all the way!!!

Gary is a stand-up guy, very honest, no nonsense, quality work, and reasonable repair times and very reasonable prices. He owns the shop and told me on my 1st visit I charge what I charge bc I like to be able to sleep at night. Even offered to come pay for me when the cab driver was giving me a hard time about the fare. (My bank rejected the return trip charge automatically bc they thought it was a duplicate.)

Used this shop twice for my F250. Replaced bushings, shocks, brake calipers and pads. Happy both time. Gary was great. Quoted prices was what I paid. Didnt try to sell me additional services.

Their son said they closed it 6 I got there at 5:40 and asked to get an inspection and the guy told me he wouldnt do one for me because they were closing in 20 minutes. He was a real a hole, this place is right down the street from my house and i thought it was gonna be my new regular spot but Ill never go back in there again

I have done business with this shop on and off since they opened. I am a car guy and work on my own cars normally but I also now own my own business. Quite often I need a mechanic to work on our trucks and other cars this Shop is the best Ive used in the area. They have never attempted to sell me something I did not need and their pricing is fair.

I have know Gary for almost 20 years and have trusted him to service all my cars even when I lived on the opposite side of town. Now, I live in New Braunfels, and I will still schedule any repairs to my cars with Gary because he is honest, does good work and always charges a fair and reasonable price. I wish I could find someone like him in New Braunfels.

I came in for a inspection and an oil change. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Price was fair and they have a air conditioned waiting room.

The guys at All Auto are first rate. I have been there twice. Once for a oil change and an inspection and the second for a transmission. My car went in broken and came out THE NEXT DAY. I called two other shops and they couldnt get me in til the following week or as affordably as All Auto. REPEAT CUSTOMER HERE!

Gary is a very nice man and really tries to help you out. We have been going there for years and he has helped us out of many jams with our cars.

Bad Experience, Made an appointment with owner to work on my classic car with classic rebuilt engine and he said oh ya I have worked on these engines and i rebuilt them, dropped my car at 7:30 AM in morning and at 11:00 he calls and tells me I cannot work on it I dont know how to do it nor have the required tools. Could have saved me the trip and headache by saying NO when I made the appointment.

Gery at the front desk was very rude on the phone. I called to see if they do state inspection, he said yes, i said Ill be there in two min and he just hangup the phone. After i got there i asked him why he hanged up the phone like that he said he had to help other customers. Then i try to give him the key for my car and he said his inspection machine is down. What an old fart just wasted my time.

I just called to ask a question and the guy was so rude on the phone and then abruptly hung up. I wont be bringing my car here.
