Great staff!! Nussly Rivera was extremely helpful. We had just purchased a travel trailer and needed insurance to drive off the lot with it. With an hour till the dealership closed I needed a quote and binder sent over to them. Nussly took care of it that same day and we were able to drive off for our vacation as planned.

I have been whit armando valdez,state farm insuranse agent for about 10 years and file just one claim for my house roof.On 03/26/2020 I had a accident in my house,I fell and had a wond on my scalp,10 stitches and 16 staples were put on me,when I call to ask if this accident was covered by my home insurense polici,SORPRICE,I have no accidents coverage.The person who soldme the home insurense polici never ever told me what was covered and what was not.I feel I was victim of DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!!From Mr.Valdez,his agents and state farm.

This office make me feel like I am at home. The girls are very polite and know how to provide awesome costumer service. I talked to a young lady, Gloria and she gave me all the information that I needed.

Came in to their new location and right from the start felt welcomed by the girls. We were looking to change and lower our interest rate on our car loan and were helped by Juliza the bank specialist. She immediately got us started on our paper work and found us a better deal. My mother and myself are extremely satisfied and content with service here. Awesome customer service.

Once you have paid the first month according to the low payment they have promised you it was going to be of course then the next month changes and bottom line they were never honest with you to begin with!! They never return calls in a timely and professional manner. Whatever you do, do not let an Agent named Wendy help you!! I got screwed by her! I highly recommend not to go with this office!!!!!!!! I would advise avoiding this office completely. Poor communication, poor understanding of their own policies, poor customer service, and it took 3 emails and 2 voicemails to get a return call. After customer service got involved I still did not get Armando on the phone. Double check your policy because the great price is likely to mean you do not have the coverage you asked for.

I have been trying to get an issue resolved well over a month because the Customer Service Rep did not do her job and because of that my account was Auto drafted on the wrong day causing me to acquire an overdraft fee from my Bank. It took me calling Corporate to try and get the issue resolved which it finally was almost 2 weeks later. Addy the office manager was suppose to be working on getting the overdraft charge refunded back to me and after sending all the documents they ask for Im still waiting. Everytime I call the Reps say shes not there or that she will call me back which she never does, nor does she answer my emails. The worst part is the office has caller ID so they know when Im calling. Im so over this situation and this office. I will be switching as soon as the policy ends

If i could give zero stars i would. They do not deserve one star!! They honestly never answer when i call. Especially when i call in the morning after 9 a.m. Right now its 9:38 am and Ive called several times. With no answer. Is there not one person in the office at 9 a.m.

So far, everything is very good ... as they already have my information registered with my phone number, everything is very fast. I just call, they answer me and they tell me by name and they ask me how they can help me and they help me quickly. copy of my insurance and instantly they sent it to my email as I know that is very simple but in other places even that costs them ...

I have approximately 6 years with this agency and the first 4 everything was very good, but they are already about 2 years with very bad service, I was paying full coverage and when I speak to make a claim they tell me that what I have is liability the change they did without consulting us.At the time I spoke to ask for an estimate of commercial insurance and they agreed to tell me something they never did the following week I went to the office, leave all the data of what I needed they told me the same thing they were going to talk to me, I asked them to please that It was as soon as possible because I needed it, 3 weeks have passed and nothing.

They always help me when I have questions about my policy and they are all very friendly, very good service

I had this insurance for a few years, and suddenly I was discharged, it was a mistake of them, I asked to speak with the manager and he did not attend me, after many calls and not being attended, I decided to leave him like that, it is a pity Being ignored by our own race, I do not recommend using this office for your insurance.
