I see the reviews are talking about Allstate but this is the business right next to it. .some of yall dont know how to read.. ive been goinv to Harris County insurance for a few years now and have never had any complaints.

Got there at around 12pm, only to find a paper on the door that read “will return at 1:45pm” returned at that time and it was still closed. Waited for only half an hour and then I left, I realized right away the people working here are not very professional. Have no idea when they finally opened.

I applied online for a quote and spoke to a rep from online unaware that it’s better to contact an agent locally if your unaware that it’s preferred then you won’t know .I decided to get the insurance April 2019 the rep told me that my next bill would not be due June 2019 I didn’t question the reason why I just agreed to it . I received my bill in June it was $120 more than the bill was agreed to I contacted Allstate in regards why.This morning I spoke to a rep at this office and she was really rude and wasn’t understanding and even laughed and stated common sense should tell you that you can’t get anything for free, you should have contacted an agent instead of by online that’s what happens when you don’t,she also accused me of manipulating the system because I called and changed my pay date because my company changed the pay date which wasn’t manipulating anything.I don’t recommend anyone to go to that office she offered very poor customer service and wasn’t sympathetic at all in the matter.If someone is already frustrated the worst thing possible is to sarcastically laugh.If your seeking to save beware of this company

I am a current Allstate customer, I went in to make some changes to my policy but the agency said they do not service other agency customers. I was so in shock as it was not the first time i went in to a different agency for help. Very upsetting and bad service.
