Ive been a customer of this location for 10yrs and today while trying to call and get information about my parents policy which my mom asked me to do they couldnt even help us i get there are procedures but the customer service i recieved today is ridiculous and all I got was a message for me to stop calling. Im so glad I was Abel to transfer my accounts to a different office I highly recommend JIM ESTEPS office, they have a wonderful customer service never had a problem with them.

Im giving them 1 star only because Google does not have a 0 or negative option! Worst insurance agents Ive ever encountered with! Canceled my account with them on September 13th and got an confirmation email stating that my account has been canceled successfully. Guess what, still got charged for the monthly premium in the end of September! Called again on the 27th, got another verbal confirmation from the manager and yet till today, my account is still active! Incompetent or completely careless?! Either way, this is not someone youd want to hire to take care of your car/property. My bank suggested just dispute the charge in September and I decided to wait for State Farm to refund me back. wrong decision! Disputing the charge right now and reporting them to the Department of Insurance! Anyone whos considering this company/agent, rethink! and run away!

Its so much to say but to get to the point. This agent needs to be shut down. Its so unprofessional and no communication at all. I have left messeges for him and no return calls instead it made Lia ignore my phone call after I didnt want to speak with her. Have never spoke with Erwin until I ask for a new agent and all of the sudden I get a phone call with no apology. I so happy to be working with a new agent. Lia need to be fired because she tell you what you want to hear and never does it and she has a nasty attitude.

THIEVES!! Raised our rates by over $500, wouldn’t let us cancel the policy, they told us over the phone and email it was cancelled but they keep charging us. Now we’re waiting for TDIC to respond...BEWARE OF THESE THIEVES!!
