I was in my first car accident and wasnt sure the process of how everything works, Glenda was great and walked me through the entire process. Once I dropped Victory off at the shop Albert greeted me and his customer service was amazing and he surely went above and beyond. Both Glenda and Albert called me every other day giving me updates and keeping me in the loop the entire time. Albert even caught that my battery was going out and was able to replace it with the quote I was given. They had my car a little over week and when I picked her up she looked BEAUTIFUL! I would absolutely recommend Service King in Copperfield to any friends and family. Bonus points they referred me to another shop to get my car serviced.

I used their services because Ive used them in the past, recently I chose to get my car fixed by service King. They did an excellent job. They are very professional. And also when I came to pick up my vehicle and contacted them, they were able to contact me back. They were even going to replace a car magnet that I had that was misplaced by their team. So they do go above and beyond. And I will be coming back to them if I need to. What is great about their service they do warranty their work as well.

Took my car here after being in an accident on the drivers side. The damage was from the headlight to the rocker panel under the door. At first, I was satisfied with the customer service I received, but after my car was returned, the next day, I noticed a rattling in the drivers side speaker that wasnt there before the collision. I took it back and one of the Service King employees removed the door panel and said that the speaker was indeed broken. He said that he would submit it to the at fault drivers insurance for repairs. I never heard back. A week later. I called to follow up and spoke with Glenda, who promptly submitted my claim with the insurance, apparently it was never done by the first employee. I heard back from her, but missed her call, returned it and left a message, then never heard anything else.After returning from vacation, I noticed water inside my driver door jam that had never been there before. So, I took it back to Service King and had them look at it. I spoke with Glenda, who said she had left me a voice mail, that I never received, stating that the at fault insurance would not cover the speaker because it was cosmetic, and that the left over damage on my rocker panel was just a rocker panel. She passed us off to Tony, who basically said the same thing, except he tried to dumb it down for us. He stated that he was the middle man and our advocate for repairs and that there was nothing he could do. That water normally gets in the jam even when the car is washed. Yeah, never have I had that happen and Ive had this car for years.Firstly, my car should have been inspected inside and out after my collision, especially since Tony was so adamant that there were definitely photos taken of the damage. If it had been inspected properly, the speaker, rocker panel and seal of the door would have been found.Second, the car was hit on the drivers side at an angle. Its possible that the speaker was busted in the collision and its mighty suspicious that its now broken right after this happened. I know my car, I know its not just wear and tear like youre trying to sell it off as. You can tell me you buy and sell used banged up junk yard doors for your repairs all day with perfect speakers, but not everything is black and white.Lastly, if youre an advocate for your customers and the repairs are how you make your money, as you so delicately put it, then I dont know how youre turning a profit because you are a terrible advocate for your customers. Telling me to reach out to the insurance company to do your job is horrible customer service, and just lazy. Do better, or step down.

Poor service and poor advocates for insurance claims. After getting the car back we found more damage due to the collision that they missed, and now insurance is claiming it wasnt due to the accident and wont cover it even though its in the spot that was damaged by the collision.

Glenda and her team has set the bar. This was the first time I got into an accident and I was unsure on how to go about things with my vehicle, Glenda took pictures and two days later they called back said they are ready to give my car repairs. I got a rental and 5 days later my vehicle has never looked so good they did an amazing job on repairs my bumper and my hood were fixed. Im so glad I decided to go with Service king. If you need repairs done please please go here. This location was quick and great on customer service my needs were satisfied.

Whether your service is covered by insurance or coming out of your own pocket, you can expect fast friendly service. What impressed me the most was the straight talk I recieved from the service estimators. I found they to be honest and helpful. They walked me through the repair options and made sure I felt comfortable with the repair plan. They worked with me and answered my questions before I made my choice. My repairs were completed ahead of schedule and the repair work was quality. Todays car repairs cost, but I feel the repair work and service made the expense easier to live with.

Took my ford edge for repairs from an accident, I did not have an appointment, but they told me it was not a problem. I was assigned Neilson who took care of me as if I was the only customer he had. I must say its refreshing to get customer service like that. He kept me informed every step of the way from the moment I dropped my car off to the time I picked it up. Terrible service. They couldn’t open up a file the insurance sent and said their IT department needed to fix it. I had to be calling back to check the status for 3 weeks! Way too long! When I first called back to check the status they had forgotten to send my file to get fixed. That was a week after I was there! They don’t call back when they say they will and you always have to be checking on them. I’m taking my car somewhere else!! Never going there again! It’s been almost a month of nonsense.

We were visiting my parents in Houston when my husband got in an accident. We took our car to service king approved by our insurance for a replacement front bumper and there was damage to the air conditioner as well, apparently they had to take out the backseat to replace something having to do with the air conditioner and never reinstalled the third row seat belts! Well when we were getting ready to return to Florida we discovered there were no seatbelts in the rear and my son had to sit squished between 2 car seats the entire way because of it! We called them and they said it wasnt their mistake but if we brought the vehicle back they would replace the missing bolts anyway free of charge, which would have been fine if we had time to do that but as it was we were short on time and trying to get back home to Florida. So now I have to order new bolts and my husband has to fix the problem. Also the new bumper they replaced is popping out on both sides.

I highly recommend Service King of Copperfield, which left me with a very favorable impression and experience! I dealt with Arturo, who is the most friendly, professional, and knowledgeable person you could wish for. He gives each customer his time & attention and answers every question. Arturo doesnt give wild promises just to get your business but gives you his best educated estimate of the situation and how long it will take (based on the visible damage & his experience of hidden damage). He guestimated 1 week in my case and had my car repaired & ready in 5 days. He actually apologized for not having it repaired in 4 days, but a part was not available as soon as he would have liked. Nothing beats good old fashioned service, courtesy, & honesty! I am very, very pleased with this Service King, Arturo, the young woman at the front desk, & the young man who picked me up from home. The waiting area is also clean and comfortable.

Bryan at the front desk was very rude. Nationwide has us go to service king for an estimate. My husband asked if we could get an estimate and if we could take our vehicle elsewhere, seeing as the reviews for service king are terrible. Mr. Kelley proceeded to say why would you bring it here first? They will write the check to my name. This doesnt make sense. To which my husband replied that that is how nationwide had had us done it before. This man looked as if we were wasting his time. To make this situation worse the lady at the front desk CANCELLED our scheduled car pick up without letting us know. So she essentially left us without a car. She said you dont need it here anyway since you are taking it to a different shop. Im disappointed and upset that these people were not knowledgeable on the services they offer.

My girlfriend is currently having her car repaired here after it was rear ended. Her car is months old and took it to the dealership prior to taking it here to ensure they properly repair her vehicle. In doing so she found out there is damage to her alignment. She is fighting them to properly fix her car as they dont want to even do an alignment. Good thing she took it to a dealership to ensure they didnt screw her over.

The time and date when said was to be completed was accurate and ahead of schedule. Joel Lee and the staff were great people and very nice.All the repair work was explained and done as promised.Yes I do recommend Service King. I was treated horribly by Judy, Tony and Albert. it was a disgrace that they got away with talking to people the way they did I was told I would receive a call from somebody else on the leadership team and a month later I have yet to receive that call. I took it here because both my insurance and the other partys had this place listed as a preferred body shop. Super good communication from the get go, email updates of the progress. They were so quick, their repairs beat the insurance check by a day almost resulting in me having to pay out of pocket for an extra day of the rental car. I hope to not need them again but if I do...Ill go back.

Ive worked in the auto body industry for 2+ years, Albert specifically tried to lie to me saying a tail light was replaced with an Aftermarket light(which aftermarket CANNOT have OEM stamps) which was broken aswell(same damage from the accident.Estimate says a brand new trunk was placed on the car(3 dents from the accident still remain on the car, insurance fruad?), a reflector lamp on the bumper is damaged aswell, which by estimate wasnt even replaced. Really bad paint runs are on the trunk, and the entire right side quarter panel AND bumper have bad swirl marks from the buffer running too long in one area.If this is how this business runs and lets vehicles leave the shop, this place is a scam. A simple QC(Quality Control) would have caught all of this before the car left the lot.Ive been trying to get the car back to the shop but their excuse is progressive isnt wanting to repair it, if it was documented in the beginning, it would have been replaced, even an aftermarket light would be better than putting the same damaged one back on, INCORRECTLY at that.ALSO they didnt even repair the back up sensors(a very simple and basic job, which I could do but I didnt get paid to do it).Worst service Ive seen from any shop.

Terrible! is the only word I can describe for this place. We went on a Saturday with a check made out to them for hail damage and the older woman working there (there was only one counter person) definitely did not want to be there and did not want our business. When I didnt understand what had to be done and asked to repeat it slowly, she told me she was going to wait on another customer and get back to me. When we decided to leave, she ignored us. The worst part was when I called to complain on Monday to Chuck the manager, my call was sent to voicemail and never returned. A business is only as good as its management and this one shows what it is...very poor!

I love this place for its customer service and knowledgeable crew. I have got my Honda Accord repaired twice from this location and never was disappointed. This is the 1st time im actually writing the review due to exceptional service given to me by Bryan Kelley and Crystal.This time i didnt got my car repaired from here because insurance company made us run around for weeks with no contact and in the end totaling the car. Insurance company wasted my & Bryan time for hanging us for days and in the end rejecting to repair my Accord but the patience and hospitality from Bryan and Crystal gives me peace of mind that im leaving my car in right hands.Thank you Service King team.And this is not a paid review, honestly these guys made me clam because im super pissed of dealing with stupid insurance company who rear ended my car.

Suggested by AllState, now I understand why... I was rear ended, Allstate adjuster said he needed a second opinion on additional damage I pointed out. Allstate never sent a second adjuster, so I asked Service King to provide Allstate with a new quote and they did so under the header of previous damage. Service King claims they did this to enjoy labor codes for AllState. Im Getting back a busted vehicle.... Service King Copperfield does not have the customers interest in mind, they are the lap dog of the insurance company.

This repair facility has zero customer service, my wife took our truck for a small repair on the rear bumper, needed to be replaced. They broke the plastic top trim of the bumper and stuck it down with sticky tape! when confronted they wanted us to pay for the repair..steer clear of these idiots!!!
