Great staff..and service!!

This collision center has some of the highest trained repair men in the industry. I will think twice before having one of those fly by night collision shops repair my vehicle next time. After seeing the level of work Norman Frede Chevrolet collision center completes there is no question in my mind if I need body work or paint of where I will go to next time.

A had such a great experience working with Mitch from this center. He was very professional and very very helpful. They brought my car in right away, did a great job and even finished five days early! I would highly recommend them!!

Picked up parts. Generally a good group of people at Frede. We have had service there and they usually do a good job.

Ive used this collision body shop multiple times over the years and highly recommend it. They will repair any vehicle, not just gm and their prices beat other shops in the area. Also they get the work done on time, they wont tell you something will take 3 days and keep your car in the shop for two weeks.

Got a good deal. Wylon in the after market department was very knowledgeable and could answer all my questions.

Went here to get an estimate on body damage. the lady who looked at my car was condescending. I know my car is older and kind of beat up but she didn’t have to rub it in my face :( otherwise, the rest of the staff was nice

Never will go to Frede again. Insurance required I take it to them. They tried to charge me for work covered by insurance. Shame...
