Really impressive! Obviously technical experts, yet they can communicate in The Kings English and help us make good decisions. Their specifications and drawings were terrific. On a 4.3 million dollar spend there was $100,000 difference between the high and low bidders. During construction they were omnipresent. They identified and resolved problems before we ever even knew about it. And best of all they were the only trade that delivered on time and within budget. Every other trade was late and over budget which made TechKnowledge shine a bit more. These guys are great! Truly masters of their profession.

I was in charge of planning my company’s relocation — but I am not technical. I initially thought I could rely on existing vendors and they did nothing but provide confusion and conflicting recommendations for very expensive products .Our real estate broker suggested we talk to TechKnowledge, and 15 minutes into the conversation I knew I had find the right people. They did a great job of understanding our business, laying out the options and costs, and helped us develop a vision for technology and security.Best of all, they took complete ownership of the outcome, coordinating with the construction trades, technology vendors, and delivered a great, zero downtime relocation within the approved budgets. Plus they are fun to work with!

I joined a major Houston bank as the new CIO. The President had warned me I would be challenged by multiple issues, and on my first day, handed me a letter from a customer who said they have been on hold to talk to our customer service for four days, and she hoped her call would get through before her letter. It didn’t. One week into the job it was clear to me that my predecessor had grossly under invested and we have multiple issues to deal with, but the contact center was the priority.I Googled Contact Center Consultants and discovered TechKnowledge was in our building. I presented them with the letter, asked them to fix the issues as quickly as possible, and did we get results! After a brief assessment, TechKnowledge identified the issues, conducted a simulation to determine we did not have enough agents to handle the daily call volume, identified a myriad of amateur mistakes in configuring the contact center, and presented the issues and recommendations to our leadership team in a matter of weeks.Overlooking all the gritty technical details, we got the result we needed, for the cost we expected, and in a timeframe we could never have achieved on our own.We have subsequently worked with TechKnowledge on multiple other projects, including an IP Network optimization, IT infrastructure and Audio/Visual design when renovating our Executive Floor, and several branch bank construction projects.Best of all, their staff are true experts, communicate complex IT matters clearly, and have the backbone to tell you if you’re about to make a mistake. Can’t thank them enough for the exceptional service every time!

I engaged TechKnowledge for a high risk fast paced corporate relocation project. I knew my staff did not have the expertise or the time, and TechKnowledge was recommended by a colleague at another company. I was initially concerned they might press us to over engineer things, they were very pragmatic. On the whole, they far exceeded my expectations. Their consultants are obviously super technical subject matter experts, but they were excellent communicators, comfortable in front of executives, did exactly what they said they would do. The project was delivered ahead of schedule, and actually 2% UNDER the budget they projected – who does that? Strongly recommend them!

We used TechKnowledge as a consultant through our architect Gensler for the design of our conference rooms and Town hall spaces. They worked with us and our general contractor to design intuitive spaces for our employees. I have received nothing but good feed back from the users of the spaces. I would recommend them as they are very good at design and helping to resolve design vs build issues.
