This is a great place if youre wanting some hi-end speakers, speak with Adam and hell help you out for sure. The sales people here are not pushy and theyll listen to you for sure. They are all so very patient and will take good care of you. They have a wide assortment of speakers and equipment, very well organized location.

Their staffs were very nice, polite and knowledgeable. I needed a mounting of my TV Projector and a screen for my AV room. I needed more of their services for wiring and setting up the system properly so that we can already enjoy the AV room. And I was very happy that they were able to finish everything in 2 days-time as I thought it would take long enough for it to be finished. The exceeded my expectations and the price were very reasonable and I highly recommend this team of technicians. I was very pleased of their work. Kudos to this team.

If you are buying a home theater system, then I highly recommend that you visit this store. Not only they got top quality entertainment and security systems here, they also got great customer service. The staff here was very knowledgeable and walked me through the store. My buying experience here was the best I had so far though they didnt have the thing I wanted exactly, they were still able to give something almost similar to my preferences. I couldnt be happier with my time here.

Modia Immersive Entertainment have been great with their services. They were able to install and set-up our home theater in the way we wanted it to be set-upped. They did also hide those eye irritating cords behind the wall and everything was put into place. Overall, we were grateful of their wonderful service. Kudos to this team!

Excellent service and and amazing people. Staff were very skilled, knowledgeable and responsive. I have called other places but I ended up choosing them based on friends recommendation. Didnt regret my decision. They installed the new security cameras on our home and I am very satisfied with their work. Will recommend them to my other friends.

So happy to have found MODIA when we were searching for a home theater installation company around Houston. The tech guys hooked up our new system perfectly in our living and we couldnt be happier with the result. I had recently purchased some equipment from them for my media room and they did a wonderful job in installing the equipment. I decided was time to renew more equipment for my house which was pretty dated. I went to their Westheimer location to purchase another TV and some ceiling speakers and a receiver for my living room. The customer service was awesome and even the owner helped me out and gave me a good deal since i had purchased before from their other location. They promised the on Monday they will deliver and install the equipment and they did, this time it was a different technician who came but did a very neat job.

My wife and I moved back to Houston from Northeast after several years. Both of us are music lovers and enjoy listening to music. We were thrilled to find MODIA just a few blocks from our new place. I had no idea such a place can still exist in today’s world. A well dressed young man greeted me as soon as I walked in. He introduced MODIA to me within 30 seconds and made me realize that I was in the right place to enjoy some cool music and take it back with me. Before making any recommendations, the young man asked me few very informative and vital questions. Before visiting MODIA, I visited another big box store, and the experience was opposite. At the big box store, I was asking all the questions, and a man in a blue shirt was giving answers. At MODIA, I was asked questions which were not only educational for me but also enabled the young man to make the ideal recommendation for my needs. Following day, I returned to MODIA with my wife, and after enjoying some good music, both of us took home our dream system and feel confident about our decision. MODIA sales person’s knowledge and his presentation are second to none. We have owned few other high-end home audio systems before but, the experience of purchasing from MODIA was unlike any other. The transaction was very smooth, items we needed were in stock, and we have been enjoying our new system daily, non-stop. We are very impressed to learn that there are still places like MODIA who make shopping for HiFi fun and pleasant; unlike buying on internet based on anonymous reviews.

I ordered a Mitsubishi 57 Projection TV on Monday and it was in my home and working on Thursday. I give this store the highest rating possible. Salespeople were courteous and helpful. The price was GREAT and the TV was delivered with no problems in a timely fashion

Spent over 20k. service afterwards is horrible. the savant keeps going offline. No one to call after 7.Well, they did respond after a couple of days. However as of today 4-23-19. My savant is offline again since the last storm. I will try to reach them tomorrow . No answer after 7pm.

I visited the store 2 weeks ago to buy a Sony 65 LED TV & a Klipsch home theater system. I have been saving this as a gift to myself this year and therefore wanted to make sure I was getting the best price and service. I have to admit I was skeptical and therefore did a significant amount of window shopping before I made up my mind. The sales people were very knowledgeable and gave me unbiased views about the products. Finally it was the expertise and the patient educated product tours that won me over and made MODIA my choice. The product prices were the same like Magnolia, but the installation services took the cake. I wanted the system to be installed over a brick fireplace in my family room. It was a fairly complex installation since the wires needed to be tucked away out of sight and honestly after the system was installed, it was like it had always been there ! It look so much a part of the décor !. I am extremely kicked about my new home theater system and very pleased with the MODIA folks for their great service. If you want to learn before you buy so you can make a good decision – this is the place

I recently used Modia to do an AV system design and install in my living room. They were fantastic to work with from start to finish and their pricing was competitive. My job wasnt a large one, but I received very helpful input and follow-up from start to finish. I stopped by Modia and met with owner Prashant Mody to discuss my project... the following Sunday I texted him and asked if he could come by sometime on Monday to look at the room & my current equipment... a couple of hours later (on a Sunday afternoon!) Prashant was in my house listening to my ideas & then providing great input & suggestions. Following that meeting he made some AV equipment suggestions and helped me hone in on a great solution using: (1) Some of my existing audio components (2) New AV items (3) A used B&W center speaker that would work well w/ my existing B&W towers. Price wise Modia was competitive with both Big Box and Internet options for a 75 Sony TV, Marantz AV Amp / Pre-Amp, Apple TV, etc. etc. When we first met Prashant had told me that his prices would be competitive, but I was skeptical until he provided a cost estimate for my project. In my case the required behind the wall wiring was done by a contractor that was already working at my home, but the required wiring & cabling equipment and the location details were via Modia. When it came time for equipment install the main installer Robert did a bang-up job... quality work, took time to tweak the system, good job w/ the remote programming and cleaned-up everything upon his departure. Ive had experience with other AV companies, and had no major issues but it was nothing like the service & competitive pricing that I received from Modia. Overall a stellar experience and Ill be using the Modia team to do some work in another area of my home soon.

I am looking to upgrade my sound system and when you are paying the price of a entry level sedan for a pair of speakers it’s expected to get good customer service. The older gentleman sales rep said after he finished demoing a pair of b&w 803 d3 $17k a pair that i just wasted his time im buying an upgrade for my home and there is nothing worse than to be the insulted for being a smart consumer. I think i will take my business to 3mA Audio where they gave me great customer service. Hope this helps any other consumer. Dont buy at Modia

Wasted my time. Called ahead inquiring after an item they may have. The person who I spoke with on the phone confirmed that they have the item and gave me an affirmative when I said I was on the way. When I get to the store they tell me that the can’t sell it to me because they are remodeling and it will be a few days. Get it together guys.

I purchased a high end TV from Modia through Amazon. WORST experience I have ever had in my life. Sent wrong product. Charged twice to send right one. Lied to about shipping. Finally arrived after 3 weeks. Wrote a bad review on Amazon and was absolutely hounded by Modia to remove the review. Everything in it was true. They offered to help me process my credit on the return if I removed the review. They offered to help get the second tv I paid for delivered if I removed the review. Both of which I had coming. TV broke one hour after it was delivered. A week later I received a call that Modia made arrangements to send me a brand new TV to replace the one that broke at no cost to me. All I had to do was remove the bad review. I removed the review and never heard from them again. They wont take my calls or e-mails and the guy who made the promises is either on break or off for the day.

Waste of time. Walked in 5 minutes ago intending to spend 8-10k on a new construction media room and after 3 laps, the only person that said hello to me is a Sports Radio 610 promotional employee. The weather emergency alert aystem is activated and was literally the only non employee in the store. I wish i could give 0 stars.
