Helpful courteous lab guys... a place where they get to know your name. Very helpful up and down the chain of command

The building is filthy.Its nasty, dirty. The air is unhealthy.A perfect example of sick building syndrome. Carpet stains every where. Ceiling tiles stains, walls..

Used to be a great company to work with but in the last several years they have become difficult to work with. They can work fine with you and give quotes and work with you fine in the beginning but the start making charges and holding results until you pay much more than you discussed. Those of you who depend on results for the completion of a project can be held hostage by their additional charges. I believe it best to find a different testing lab.

They take your money, provide you a report you dont understand,Then dump you .Waited 4 weeks for an interpretation of the Lab resultsWilling to pay more . 😥 sad.

We started using A&B several months ago and could not be happier! Having them come all the way up here to Conroe to pick up samples has been a godsend. The staff are friendly and courteous. Plus, they are a HUB, which helps us with our state contract requirements. We will be with them for a very long time to come!

I do quite a lot of sampling in the DFW area and I have not found any lab as competent, courteous and that go above and beyond in service as A&B Labs. I deal strictly with Clint and hes made my life easy utilizing their service. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST, PERIOD!

They were helpful on the phone, but that depends on who (some were very rude to my coworker and I).They are unorganized (sometimes we get a late return of receipt or none), delay results without notice, unclear (their answers flip-flop on whether they can perform a service or not), and take a long time to respond through email.

Ive always had good treatment from these guys. Always very helpful on the phone regardless of the dumb questions I ask! Prices good too. Dont understand the ratings here.

You never know when they charge You $35 or $80 for the same test. It takes 1 week to get a result after reminder. Competitors are doing the same job for $25 and I get always result on the 3d day.Will not use them any more.

I have contracted this lab and find them useless . They were tasked with a certain task which they could not deliver due to the lack of relevant equipment and/or procedures. I dont recommend them unless there is a need for routine mold or asbestos sampling.

I called A and B labs on the 3rd of the month to get a quote for a sulphur and lead water test..I spoke with Clint..He quoted me $160.00 for the testing. I asked him if he would bill us and he said we could not have the test till it was paid so I called my corp. office and had a check cut for the $160.00. Clint set the appointment up for July 8th..When they did not show up I called, but Clint was on phone and when I called back he had left....I called again on the 9th only to find he was not answering his page so I left a message for him to call me back...Today the 10th I called again and he apologized he had no way of contacting me because he never got my e-mail which I sent on the 3rd...I told him thats fine lets get another appointment set up and he said he could set me up for the 15th and I said thats great I have the check sitting here for $160.00 and he said are we testing for everything? I said no Clint only for the two test we talked about...We did not want to do the full test because of the cost..he replied well it is going to cost more than 160.00...I told him that is what you quoted me..he said Im not going to argue that is $40.00 more... Really Clint, is this how you run your business...Be careful in dealing with these people. I would advise you to get it in writing before you have them do the work...Not very reliable or honest for that fact....If I changed my rates on my customers like that I wouldnt have any..and that is why they dont have me now for a customer...
