Results of their inspection were wholly inconsistent with another highly reputable licensed inspection. Parts of the report were patently false. They were hired on behalf of a homebuilder to try an dismiss a legitimate mold claim. If your builder wants to send them to your house, ask for someone else. See picture for an example of what they missed.
