Stay away from this place!!! By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I showed up and asked do they accept walk ins. I was told no that they were booked for the day and that I would need an appointment. So I asked when’s the next available appointment they said they didn’t know I would have to call. I waited a few minutes then called requesting an appointment 10 minutes from the time I was just turned around. Once I returned the lady was upset to see that it was me on the phone but rushed me in the back. She requested an $80 payment before ever speaking with me about what service I wanted. I gave her 3 different cards and she told me that all declined. (Very strange not to be tasteless but I could easily buy this establishment). I told her that there was a mistake and before I could give her cash instead I was asked to leave. Once I checked my banking app I noticed that I was charged for every attempt to proceed with the transaction. I returned just to inform them that I’ve been charged. (Not upset at all and maintaining a more than 6ft distance) she wouldn’t open the door and spoke to me through a chain bolt lock. Completely ignored me and said “Y’all don’t pay” I’m positive she was referring to my race. I will never be back and do not recommend to anyone!!

Joseph is by far an excellent massage therapist. I have tremendous amounts of tension in my shoulder and back areas which he is able to alleviate. He explains what he is doing and makes sure the pressure is adequate. I prefer an extremely strong massage, a lot of therapists claim to have a strong deep tissue massage and in my opinion they should be charged with false advertising. However, Joseph meets the mark and actually performs a strong deep tissue massage. The aroma therapy he gives during the massage improves the experience by leaps and bounds. I recommend his services, and believe me once you try them, you will be a repeat customer.

What a great experience! Joseph was patient and professional while trying to coordinate a time and date for 20+ employees. Any question or concern we had, he was quick to answer and very candid. They are very organized and provide excellent service. Our company has used Touch N Go Massage over a year ago and we immediately thought to use them again this go around because of their professionalism and quality of services.

Joseph is one of the best therapists Ive had in nearly 20 years of getting regular massage. I have several trouble spots because of athletic activity, work ergonomics, and overall aging. He applied pressure and technique that was unique and superb. He is a skilled professional, but he is also a very warm and friendly spirit.

Joseph is the best massage therapist I have ever gone to and I have been getting massages for years. He always asks how I am doing and what I need work on. He always seems to go above and beyond what I tell him. He uses essential oils which I love and is the perfect compliment to the perfect massage. I broke my ankle and have been in a walking boot for 3 weeks which has severely screwed up my back, neck and hips. I called Touch N Go, and he was able to fit me in that day. The massage was amazing! Joseph was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I can honestly say that he specifically tailored the massage to me. I get massages quite frequently and know that a lot of them I expect and feel pretty much the same thing, but he focused on problem areas and introduced new techniques, all while making sure the pressure was comfortable. He also used some aromatherapy to help with breathing which was an added bonus! Hes not the cheapest in the area, but the money you spend elsewhere for 2 or 3 sessions, he can accomplish in one. You are definitely paying for a quality service.

Ive been having massage sessions with Joseph for more than a year as part of my marathon training programs. It has been a key part of my program to either resolve specific problems or maintenance, in order to stay healthy and improve performance. Joseph has been excellent in all the sessions, and follows up to ensure I am doing fine. I highly recommend touch n go.

Joseph is an incredible masseuse! I truly cannot say enough good things!I am consistently tense/tight in the shoulders, upper back, and neck areas. Joseph is very attentive in applying the adequate pressure needed to break up all of my knots. (Trust me... There are A LOT) He is extremely dedicated to get to the hard to reach areas that seem to acquire the most tension (under shoulder blades for me) and works at these areas slowly until the knots and muscle adhesions break.Joseph genuinely cares for his clients and gives the best service possible. He makes sure that his patients are fully relaxed and treated when finished even if it means working a few minutes extra. Its that kind of customer service and attention to customer care that makes me come back.

Joseph is hands down the Best Massage Therapist I have ever met. I have lived with chronic pain for nearly 20 years and during that time Ive had a lot of massages. I am so thankful to have met and received services from Joseph. He takes the time to listen to your concerns or problem areas and employs the use of essential oils, deep tissue massage and pressure point therapy to release tension and stress. After my massage with Joseph, I felt more relaxed than I had been in years. I look forward to having regular sessions with him.

Amazing and professional work. I truly enjoy his service . I recommended him to my mom because she has chronic lumber back pain. She had a 90 min massage and she came out with relief. Im so glad she finally found a type of relieve. Im considering of buying her a package. I had a trigger point massage a couple months ago myself due to sore muscles from working out, it was great. Joseph is the best for me, I have had other massages but nothing that can come close to this. I had severe back pain could hardly walk without severe pain. I went into his office with the aid of two canes, I walked out with no canes and a lot less pain. The next day my pain was gone. It never came back.

Hours on planes, trains and automobiles will take a toll on your body that cannot be ignored. I ignored body aches for months until I had to make time to find relief. I cannot say enough good things about Joseph. For over a year I was practically crippled. I was being given cortisone injections, acupuncture, physical therapy, steroid meds, and even massage. After all of that, I was skeptical to spend money on yet another therapist. Since I have been seeing Joseph, my range of motion has started to come back, my pain has significantly subsided, and all exercises/stretches have now become productive. I am VERY picky about who I choose as my therapist and I can definitely say that I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in Houston. This is the place to be!

Ive been seeing Joseph pretty regularly over the last 3 plus years and I still feel the same way....hes very much of a God-Send. i havent stayed with a therapist this long in my life.I wanted to add in that since so much concern of in these day of Covid-19, you have nothing at all to be concerned with at Touch N Go Massage, with Joseph. The place is very clean. There is never anyone else in the office other than the client and Joseph, so you dont have to worry about catching the bug from anyone else.If youre looking for a great massage therapist/Sports massage, you owe it to yourself to give Joseph a try!I have to say that Joseph has been a god-send for me. I used to be a very regular CrossFit Athlete and have dealt with significant weight gain since my previous lay off. Im trying really hard to get back into shape, but at my age, its difficult, and causes a lot of pain and soreness. Not to mention I have a significant amount of arthritis I deal with. So to sum it up, I deal with a lot of chronic pain. Ive seen many massage therapists since being in Houston and most of them wont put the effort into really, REALLY digging deep into my muscles which is what it takes to help me. (I have a high tolerance for pain).Joseph does a really great job of digging in and using proper technique to help me out very well! He comes to my CrossFit gym, which is how I met him and does mini sessions once every two weeks. The first time I got a mini session from him, I felt so good I didnt want to work out...and I went home! :)As well as doing an awesome job on my knots and pain points, hes given me some advice on other things not directly related to massage. He really tries to help out the entire person.You owe it to yourself to give him a try!!

Today was my second time getting a massage from Joseph, and he is truly one of the best (if not the best) massage therapist in Houston. I have been to many many massage places in Houston and his technique, strength and his ability of just-knowing-where-you-are-hurting is second to none.I keep a lot of my tension on my necks and shoulders, and sitting on a work desk for 8-9 hours a day does not help my mid-lower back. Joseph knows exactly where im hurting the most and sometimes even help me discover places i didnt know was hurting. His hands are firm and strong, and I love it when my sore and tight muscles get worked on as opposed to some of the fru-fru massages that I have gotten before. He constantly stretches me out during the massage.His knowledge of muscles in the human body shows when he consistently educates me about the technique that he is using and why. He also shared with me stretching exercises and what to do to work on my muscles at home. Joseph also checks in with you a few days after the massage to see how you are doing.I would definitely recommend getting the packages as they do save you quite a bit, and also, i would highly recommend scheduling yourself for the 75 mins massages, worth every penny!

UPDATE Sept 2020So I wanted to update everyone since 2020 has been a crazy year and I wouldnt have made it this far without Joseph!I am a huge advocate massage as a stress reliever, as a fantastic tool to help maintain muscular health and also for pain management. With all the extra stress - both emotional and physical - that has come with COVID-19 massage has been a life-saver.When massage is allowed, Joseph has provided a clean and safe environment for my therapy and helped me to release a lot of built-up stress and tension. (It has also been a great escape from the house and hes always great to talk with.)When an in-person visit wasnt allowed due to COVID-19 restrictions, he checked in with me and gave me suggestions for things I could do at home to help myself, such as pressure point therapy, how to pair things I already do, such as an epsom salt bath and inversion therapy, to maximize their effect and revisited and reviewed techniques and tools to ensure I knew the proper way to perform/use them to get the most out of them.When I was able to return to the massage table we did an in depth review of where I was at physically and again, he used his extensive skills and knowledge to make up for lost time.He continues to be a good friend and a great therapist. You will not be disappointed after a visit with Joseph.Note for anyone concerned about sanitation in the midst of COVID-19: Because of the nature of massage, his practice has always been clean, sanitary and healthy and very little needed to be done to meet COVID-19 standards. He sees clients one at a time, so it is very rare that I interact with other clients. I feel very safe and secure in visiting the office and have no concerns that the physical environment is unhealthy*********I have been working with message therapists for about 20 years now and I have worked with some great people and I can say with great confidence that Joseph is a supremely talented and skilled massage therapist.At the start of every visit he talks to me and checks in to find out how I am doing so that every visit is tailored to my needs. He is knowledgeable about many other related areas (chiropractic, nutrition, etc) and can intelligently discuss complementary treatments.His knowledge of anatomy and the how the body works is reflected in his treatment. (I need deep tissue massage and he is not afraid to really get in there, but he is very skilled and can tailor pressure to your needs & comfort.) I am thrilled to have discovered him and will continue seeing him until he gets tired of seeing me! LOLIf you need a massage therapist, you will not go wrong with Joseph!!!
