I drive out of my way to come to this massage envy location. Everything here is clean, relaxing and professional. Scheduling is easy on the phone or the app.However, the real reason why I drive to this location is because Bert is a miracle worker. Seriously, if you’re looking for a massage that fixes all your aches and pains while simultaneously relaxes you into a twilight sleep, this is the place and therapist you need to visit.Bert is always professional and listens to what my needs are. He is incredible and I would recommend him to anyone! He has been my go-to for the last 4+ years!

We have been a member of Massage Envy for over 10 years. I had bought a massage envy there for my mother. With the weather being poor, my mother did not feel comfortable driving in a new city and asked to be rescheduled. They were willing for a $56 fee!!!! My mother agreed but I was less than happy and spoke to them, they had already rescheduled someone in my mother slot by the time I had called 15 minutes later. Their lack of understanding, especially to a long time member and under circumstances has made me it an easy decision to cancel our membership.

Went there the other day... the massage was so - so

Same day appointment and had to cancel. The manager Naomi charged me 50% for services not rendered. Do not book at this location. They will charge you if you have a situation you cannot back out of.One star is not poor enough for a rating due to the customer service.

As someone who always has a great Massage Envy experience across the country, this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had over since I’ve been a Massage Envy member. Piss poor quality customer service and the masseuse skills were dismal. When I asked to be comped for my vacation time being wasted, I was told there was nothing more they could do but not charge me for the scheduled service. Avoid this Massage Envy!

It was so horrible and just crazy. I went to the one off Buffalo Speedway and they were unprofessional, lied about my time that was so bad. I will not want to go back. Try another one. This location has bad management and I am going somewhere else....

I need help suspending my account since you are closed and we are forced by law to stay home yet you don’t answer the phone and your email is unlisted. You are still charging my account without providing any service. This is unacceptable! The corporate office said I must go through my local branch yet you are unavailable.

My hour massage started after the hour began and ended early. I got maybe 45 minutes. That and the guy talked the whole time, the massage felt amateurish. There are places to get better work done for less.

Staff was friendly. Quick check in. Nathans massage technique was ON POINT (and Im picky.) Great visit.

I am a massage envy member who like to try out different franchises from time to time. I decided to use this location because it is close to my job in the medical center. The waiting time was longer than I anticipated and my massage therapist was very quiet. He walked in asked me the general questions or what problem areas I had, told me to undress and said he would be right back. He came back in the room so fast I barely had time to get on the table. He was a little rough but nothing I couldnt handle. When he was finished he walked out and the room and told me to have a nice day. I never saw him again, it was like he was the phantom Massage therapist. Then when I tried to give him a tip it took the front desk staff 10 minutes to take my money because they were having a side conversation and acted like I wasnt standing there. I am not sure if they were having a problem that needed immediate attention, but a little acknowledgement would have been wonderful. I would prefer to go to another location then to come back to this one. My experience is that their customer service is lacking.

Great variety of masseuse types. The place is really nice and relaxing inside. Staff was super nice too. Only thing is that there are dogs outside in cages sometimes and I can hear them bark as I get my massage. It is pretty annoying, but I guess it just depends on The day they are out there.

Massage therapists were very nice and helpful, making sure that my girlfriend and I felt very comfortable throughout the session. Front desk people are also very helpful

Amazing! My first massage done professionally (not the $20/hr. foot reflexology places) and the staff was so friendly. I tend to get knotted up around my shoulders and neck area and need DEEP tissue. I was so happy with the aromatherapy lotion that they offered for calming and anxiety, I swear I almost fell asleep. I was very much taken care of and would LOVE to go back again. It was a gift but it does have me wondering if I should invest in a membership... its just so expensive

I visit this location regularly. Im a member. I like it and will continue to visit it. I usually try to make last minute appointments because of my schedule, and if they have openings, they fit me in (they seem to be fairly busy because I only get in 50% of the time on a last minute basis; Im usually trying to get an appointment in the evenings). Some therapists are better than others, but Ive never had a bad experience.

My experience was wonderful. Bert was the best... Wonderful customer services. Both Felicia and Aisha were very curious and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Very uncomfortable experience for me today. I typically go to Massage Envy in Beaumont, which is EXCELLENT. The massage therapist always lets me know that I can undress to my comfort level and gives me direction, places the sheets discreetly and then hands me water after my massage. Today was the exact opposite in Houston at ME West University. The therapist let me into the room then walked out. I didnt know if I should face up or down. I left my panties and bra on (sports bra). She returned and told me that I needed to take my bra off. Okay... I did... but I was extremely uncomfortable the entire time and did not enjoy my massage because of this. The therapist would lift the sheets up so high that I was entirely exposed. I asked to not have my scalp of glutes massaged. She massaged both. At the end, she told me to get dressed and walked out. I got dressed and stepped into the hallway, but there was no one around. I had to let myself out. I still tipped her $10 but felt that it was undeserved. I am thankful I live in Beaumont because I will never use this Massage Envy again.

This business model is basically extortion. I have over 14 unused massages that they wont let me use until I pay them another $400 in past due bills! For what? You did nothing for me? Its stressful having this over my head. Its $720 that is tied up in massage coupons, non refundable. Please dont ever sign up for their subscription, its unfair business practices where they trap you. Go to Chinatown.

I really had a disturbing experience. For one, i was not offered a check list to see what my focus areas were. Once the masseuse directed me to my room he came and said “how can I help you” doesn’t he suppose to know this already. My masseuse never introduced himself so I have no clue what his name was. Also majority of the time be massaged me with one hand and I have no idea where the other hand was BUT i kept hearing weird noises that speculated inappropriate behavior. I would not return to this location ever again !

I am locked into a contract coming from a location in another state, and decided to come here. The therapists are hit or miss at this location but Ive finally found one that is good. One of the biggest frustrations Ive had with this location is the rooms with the dog groomers on the other side of a thin wall, Its not in the therapists control, but too many yappy dogs can grate ones nerves. Most of the therapists are good about asking if temperature and pressure are okay and all have respected my modesty. The front desk staff are always nice, though only 1 has offered the quiet waiting room. Finding parking has ALWAYS been a painful venture at this location. This is a 2.5 star location.

If you suffer from injuries and pain, Christian is your guy!

Have never had an issue with anything (noise, privacy, time) - would recommend place. To note though: when the main door to the back of the areas is opened, the private room doors door move a tiny bit so if you are conscious of noise I would request a room towards the back. It doesnt bother me though.

Dont know how the massages are here because they canceled at the last minute. Shouldnt advertise services you cant provide.

My grandmother got me a $100 gift card for Christmas which, when she asked, was told that it would be good for 2 one hour massages. My first massage was $50, but apparently since Im a nonmember, my next massage was $80. I was NOT informed about the massive price increase until afterwards. I went in with my $50 gift card and ended up paying $40 on top of that. Additionally, the woman I checked out with kept pushing me to join be a member even after I said no multiple times. The business model is horrible - of course I dont want to sign up for 12 months of massages in which youre automatically going to charge me, regardless of whether I come in or not. The only reason I went in in the first place was the gift card. Will never return.
