I was very happy with the service provided by this company, our flight was 45 minutes late, and I was thinking, I wont find them waiting since we were late, but I was surprised to find the driver waiting with a sign with my name on it. The driver was very courteous, and he help us with our ton of baggage. He took us to the Hotel safely. He also did well avoiding the 5 pm traffic which he could see life in his GPS. The next morning another driver was at the lobby of the hotel at 5 oclock in the morning. The whole experience was a delight. they deserve a review and a recommendation.

Jon helps us with organizing our community picnic at Lake Houston, so they provided transfers to all the attendees with no issue at all, the booking was easy as we provided them with the list of the passengers and all the pick up location and times, and they did all the scheduling,, they were a great help, especially Jon who managed the whole events. We recently traveled from Hobby airport to the Galveston cruise terminal and found Transgates Limousine on Google. This is a great alternative to renting a car. Their prices are much better than large group shuttles or cruise line provided transportation, and we were able to travel at the exact time we needed in our own private car. I would recommend this company highly.

Transgate Limo was the worst company we ever hired. I have used many transportation companies and I will say our journey out to IAH was the worst. we had to help load the vehicle and I have two kids. They wouldnt help with my luggage even though I had a stroller. The driver was late and to top it off after we again had to help load the luggage in the Texas heat, the A/C was out in the vehicle and we did not have even the ability to open windows. The driver was rude, seeing we had 2 little girls with us and told me if i could tell my 2 year old to shutup because he was on an important phone call and after I didnt belive what he had said, he tells me to call the office on Monday to complain if I wasnt happy with his service. ARE YOU SERIOUSS??!! MY KID WAS CRYING BECAUSE YOUR CAR HAD NO A/C . after the owner refused to speak to me directly and many calls with the office manager, $50 off a $300 ride was all we got, talk about terrible customer service. I will not be using them again and will make sure that everyone I speak to knows that they provided terrible and unprofessional service.

I am completely satisfy with my recent experience with Transgate Limousine Traveling from Richmond to Galveston with a family of 6.They gave us a fair price. It was very easy to book transportation through the online system i had a response within two hours. Our driver was very friendly and helpful. I felt very safe with him behind the wheel. Which is very important to me since i had children with me. He help us get all are luggage into the car. He even call when he was 30 mins away. I will definitely use this company for all my family vacations.

My family had flown to Houston-Bush Airport and they had a driver waiting with a sign that said Welcome! They took us to our hotel and out for a night on the town. The best experience I have had with a Limo service. Polite, courteous, and very friendly!!!!!!

Researched several limo and shuttle companies and Houston Limousine always is the one I choose. Very reliable, easy to book, and their prices are very competitive. Vehicles are clean and the ride is always smooth. Will continue to use them.

I recently use Transgates Limousine to celebrate my 21st birthday. Even though it was very very last minute It was super easy to book online. I was completely surprise on how fast I received a response. I really didnt know what to expect since ive never used a limo service before. and the prices were reasonable But I wanted to make sure me and friend got all home safely they were very punctual and had no problem on wait and extra 30 mins on us since none of us were ready . The car was very clean inside and out. and the bar set up was amazing The driver was very friendly and funny and put up with the whole time as we were very intoxicated. He made sure that we all got home safe and sound. he even double check the car to make sure we werent leaving anything behind. I will be definitely use this company for my next birthday

Great company, I had a client whos car broke down right next to our store, he came in to the store asking if we can call a cab, and we did, the cab never showed up and the person was having a court date in one hour, we tried to find a different company to come pick him up so he wont miss the court. Transgates was the only one who answered the phone and they say a driver would be there in 20 min, after about 15 mins, the driver showed and pick up the guy. The next morning that person returned to pick up his car and he told me that the driver got him there just in time for his appointment. I like this service

Fantastic service despite our flight arriving an hour late into Houston our driver was still waiting for us ( thanks John ) we used their service on 3 other occasions while in Houston, the service was unbeatable and drivers were always courteous and helpful.

I was first introduced to TransGates services by my new employer when I was flown in to Houston for a job interview (that Ive since taken and thus relocated to Houston). I was so impressed with the level of service, that Ive taken to using TransGates services literally every time I end up scheduling a flight.The cars are kept clean inside and out. The drivers are punctual, extremely friendly, and make the matter of getting myself to/from the airport in a timely manner something I never had to be concerned about.Any time that I have needed to contact them, they were incredibly responsive. In fact, I just put in my next reservation at 11:30pm and had a confirmation back by 11:38pm.Everything about TransGates services is done to perfection.

John absolutely saved the day!! As a travel agent, he will be my go to person for getting clients from the airport to the Port of Galveston!!I had clients with delayed flights who were in complete jeopardy of not making the ship! They were originally booked on a cruiseline transfer, but because of the flight delay missed the cut-off for the transfer time. Not only did he take my reservation on Sunday, only a few hours before pick-up time, but he took it upon himself to ensure the guests did make the ship. Although I was very nervous he was very re-assuring! :)The clients bags had arrived on an earlier flight and with a photo of the baggage claim ticket her had the bags loaded in the car before the clients landed in Houston. Upon their arrival he was waiting for them at baggage claim, rushed them into the car and then safely delivered them at the Port of Galveston with about 5 minutes to spare!!This was a surprise cruise they had received from their children to celebrate their 40th Anniversary. I cannot say thank you enough for your help in getting the clients there on time and safely!!

Excellent service all the way, I booked a Towncar for 5 hours, the booking online was a breeze, the driver was very knowledgeable of the city, he knew how to avoid the traffic, the car was clean and it smells very nice, anytime we called him, he would pull up to the front in no time, I am satisfied with the service.

Their service was excellent from the first call until they dropped us off at the airport. so they deserve a good review online. I called to arrange a transfer from Sugarland TX to Galveston cruise terminal round trip. the agent was very helful, and quick to answer all my questions. the next day I made a rservation online, and got the confirmation email with 2 hours. The driver was at the house 15 minutes early, and the car was clean and meticulous. He drove us safely to the cruise terminal. and also the same thing on the return trip. I definitly give this company a thumb up.

Driver was courteous and on time. He called about 20 minutes before arriving and didnt hesitate to stop at a CVS pharmacy on the way to the airport so I could buy some Advil. He got us to the airport early and I dont think we could have made it arround Bush airport without him due to the size of the place. I would highly recommnend their service and will do so again when I am in Houston.
