Absolutely horrendous service. Were supposed to be picked up at 3:30. Driver arrived at 4:00. Headed to the airport to catch a plane. Driver had no idea where he was going despite having GPS. Was attempting to take the high occupancy lane in n 59 which is one way headed in the wrong direction at 4:00! My husband had to give him instructions on how to get to the airport! Cancelled return pick up. DON’T USE THEM.

I have used this service a few times and now consider myself a regular customer. The service is great. The vehicles are wonderful and the drivers are fantastic. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

On my way to and from Houston Hobby Leo and Moh were great! Their customer service was wonderful and greatly appreciated. I enjoyed chatting about kids and education. Because I’ve enjoyed this experience I plan to use Houston Car Ride for future transportation.

I was in Houston for medical procedure and had to be in different places at different times.Moh and two more drivers were very punctual and always there for me.All cars used are very comfortable and clean. Great and very reasonably priced service.

I had to make a trip from Rapid City, SD to Houston and decided to use this service. After plane delays and arriving at 12:29 am, the driver was there waiting for me. I was so impressed with the service and how friendly they were during this whole ordeal. Very nice, comfortable vehicles and best service ever. I am using them to go back to the airport on Friday. Great service, they were there waiting for us at the airport luggage claim and at the cruise terminal when we came back from our cruise, very professional and friendly, will definitely use them again next time we go to Houston

Cannot say enough about this guys. Great reasonably priced service and hassle free trip direct to the airport terminal and return trip pickup at baggage with a very short trip out of the terminal to their immaculate SUV was super. Moh will monitor your return trip flight and be there ready to help and get the baggage. I wont be driving to the airport and looking for parking in a rush anymore.

I highly recommend this service! We used them for transportation from Cypress to Hobby Airport. The response and communication was immediate! We booked an SUV from Cypress to the Toyota Center. We were celebrating our daughters 18th birthday and we wanted to do something a little special plus we didn’t really want to fight traffic and deal with parking. Amanda pulled up early in a brand new SUV. It was impressive! She had chilled waters and played Rock music to get us ready for the concert! She dropped us right at the front entrance and was there waiting for us when we exited. She got us home safe and sound! The night was perfect and she even checked in the next day and is sending a gift for our daughters 18th! The owner Moh checked in the day of to confirm and the next day to verify all went well before charging my card. We couldn’t have been happier and we will definitely use them again!
