I own an apartment complex and after evicting a tenant due to a roach infestation, orkin fixed the problem for me within 2 months of services. I tried dealing with the issue on my own for a year with another bug company and we couldn’t get them gone. Orkin did a great job getting rid of them for us. Now we keep them as routine pest control

We have had to control a flea population due to animals roaming in the neighborhood etc. It has rained so much since we signed with Orkin that it has taken more than the normal number of visits and Orkin has been nothing but accommodating and always has a quick response time. We appreciate them!

The scheduling for our appointment was set quickly. He was very informative.

They would spray for carpenter ants and it did not kill them. They always had excuses, even the manager. When I complained they canceled my contract & refused to take care of termites and carpenter ants!

Jerry was the technician. He was very professional and not afraid to work. He worked the entire time he was on the job. He was very knowledgeable of the bees we were dealing with and moved wood and continued searching until he found the nest. He even captured the queen. I called at 11:00 and Jerry was on the job within 2 hours. This is the first time I use Orkin and I am very pleased with the entire process. Jerry is an excellent representative of Orkin and seems to really enjoy his work. Most importantly, my hornet problem has been eliminated.

Very thorough in their inspection. While he didnt find any problems, it was reassuring to know that he did such a good job looking.

We moved back into our home after renting it out and found it completely infested with roaches. We tried everything and used several different companies but nothing worked. We called Orkin and after the first spraying we saw an instant difference. We saw more dead than alive. It got the point that we feel it is now under control and we ended our service. I feel as if not enough bait was put inside home for the cost of services. I have 5 rooms and bait was only put in 3 areas. I don’t know yet how well products work but time will tell. Staff who came out was very friendly and informative.

The best thing is no matter how many times I see bugs they are in the spot in no time taking care of my house... I bought a house, took a little while to get it all pest free, but we are good after a few months. I work offshore, so having the house closed up for two weeks could sometimes provide shelter for some of the bigger pest especially with the amount of rain we get in south Louisiana. I’ve had them come for multiple different bugs and my guy showed and took care if it no problem! Worth every penny! Probably the only thing I don’t mind paying for lol .... service is 100% .... I have peace of mind that no bugs are crawling around trying to affect my child while playing inside or out! ... you pay every other month and they come as many times in between no matter what free ... you can’t beat it...

Orkin saved my sanity lol. I had a huge ant problem and spent 100s of dollars trying to take care of it. I tried everything and nothing was working thats when I decided to call Orkin. Mrs. Leslie is awesome she took care of the issue and even came out at unscheduled times if I called with a problem. She is super nice and awesome at what she does, and those I speak with when I have to call the office are as well. Calling them was a great choice for our pest problems

We had a surprise problem with a ‘creature’ in the attic. Luckily your Orkin tech, Amanda Luke, was so conscientious and determined to rid our attic of the vermin.. she made extra trips to replace baits in the attic and bait boxes in the yard.Cannot say enough about her aggressive approach against the vermin. She is definitely an asset to your Orkin organization.

Great employees, very courteous and polite. DiMarcus advised us to cut down some shrubbery that was up against the house because termites are attracted to that. We’ll cut it down this afternoon.
