They are very good about theit notary service but sucks to high heaven when it comes to being your Progressive Insurance agent! I had called several times a few months back and never got a call back !

You can’t tell me the people working there can’t answer a phone! And I called MANY more times than once! All I have is a question about unfinished business I have with them so I can go in prepared and finish my business! And no, I can’t just go in and ask because I work. I guess it’s easy to let it ring and let the recording do the work!

Prompt, polite, and professional. I can’t say enough good things about this business and its employees. They strive to give great customer service.

Horrible customer service. Did not greet us and was very rude when speaking to us. Took forever to even acknowledge that we were in the room! Horrible experience and I will not be coming again!

The older guy was very disrespectful he did not want my child to play with the baby that was being taken car of in the business as if it was a nursery he told her multiple times to go by her mother and she is three when I noticed this I stepped in and he told me to take her to my section with me, I felt uncomfortable and out of place and left. Im pretty sure its because we are black its no reason my child should have been told not to play with the baby whos guardian was present and okay with it my child was not sick nor dirty and still it is not okay to to treat a child that way, I pray I never have to go back

The wait is definitely shorter than the regular DMV, but their professionalism is kind of lacking. One of the workers had their baby in their lap trying to console her while assisting a customer. The baby was crying and upset the majority of the time. Now I am a mother myself but I have never brought my child to work especially when she was a baby. It was completely unprofessional and really disrespectful to the customers.

I am a regular client, because I like to avoid the long wait at the DMV, toups is quick and professional!

Yolanda Dean is a very very rude and disrespectful person. She has a very bad attitude toward customers who have questions. I went in for a DL Reinstatement which is a service Toyps Notary offers and she very rudely insisted I go to the OMV because uh NO we dont do that here! She refused to even look at what I was trying to explain to her. Very unsatisfied customer right now. Mrs Sharon and Mrs Roxanne are both very sweet and helpful. But, Yolanda needs to work on her people skills or be fired. Never been treated so poorly there until now.

Ive waited for 3 months for my title for my car and I called today to see where it was and now I have to pay another $114 to get a new one I was informed it got to my mail box then shouldnt I have received it next time Ill just sit at the DMV not coming here again
