Very nice place go give them your business people are helpful friendly and hard working, best ones Ive found around here to me out yet . They do everything they can to please you and make sure you have what you need for sure .

I took my shuttle bus there i just bought (. used of course ) i just want them to make sure everything was ok to get it inspected.Got one price for 350, 10 min later it went up to 470 a few hours later they gave me another price for 675.I went to pick up the bus and it cost me 120 for them to just look at it.So i drove it home got the parts i needed to fix it myself.$157.00 and it took me 40 min to do it. 😂😂

Brought our camper in to get the lights fixed cost over $500 and the lights are still broken and they kept our RV for over a week never going back!!!

I recently had my AC on my Jeep Renegade serviced by them. There were some communication issues on the customer service end, but the actual repair techs did their best to complete the work in a reasonable time frame, and my AC works like factory. Communication between the shop and customer service regarding repair status could be improved, though.

These people wouldn’t honor there word ! Bought my camper to them, they called me to go get it and when I got there to pick it up they told me everything was done. After I looked at it nothing was done that was supposed to be done.Had cracks in the roof . Still had gas leaks,after doing some talking I findout that no one had really looked at it but they were telling me it was . They even told me they sent my warranty information in that I needed. Well after taking to the warranty people they hadn’t received anything. So I called them back to see what’s going on and I found more things they were supposed to check that they didn’t they refunded me my money and wouldn’t honor there word . Had I not contacted the warranty people I’d of probably been screwed out of my warranty and my money.. needless to say I was still willing to work with the people cause I had already taken time off of work for this. And then to top things off when I told them what I found they wanted me to take more time off to bring it back in when I live right Down the road from them . So I told them it may be cheaper for me to just buy the part instead of claim it on the warranty since they were supposed to check it and didn’t, so then the man tries to sell me the part out of his store at an outrageous price

I hired this company to inspect a motor home I was interested in purchasing. As I live in Florida, 650 miles away, I wanted to make sure it was in good shape before I made that drive. I received a call from Mike, the owner, and he said the inspection was complete and he had a list of a few minor things that would need attention. Nothing that would keep me form purchasing it. We made the drive in the rain and snow, yes snow, first time since they had snow in Thibidaux since 2003. I realize this isnt Polar Airs fault, but it just adds to the frustration. Anyway, when we arrived we started our inspection. Every thing was fine until we get to the hydraulic levelers, a major function with any large motor home. It malfunctioned so badly my wife and the son of the man that owned the motor home, who were standing outside, thought it was going to tip the whole thing over on its side. This is not my first motor home, so I am familiar with this function, but to make sure we pulled out the manual and followed the procedures step by step. Same malfunction, time after time. There is no way I could purchase motor home, not knowing what was causing problem. Of course Polar Air was closed on Saturday and could not be reached.We drove home to Florida without the motor home. We wasted 3 days on the road, put 1300 miles on my Jeep and spent $1000 in gas, hotels and the fee I paid Polar Air for nothing. The hydraulic leveling system should have been one of the top 3-4 things that they should have checked.I also feel very badly for the owners of the coach. They are wonderful people and were very accommodating to us. They are also, both in poor health and need to get rid of this coach, which would have happened if Polar Air had done the job they were paid to do.
