I was told by a dealership that my wheel bearing was going bad in my front right tire, but that they could not repair my vehicle for a week. The next day, I took my car to Chabills and when it was inspected, they found a stick in my rear tire and my wheel bearing in my front right tire is fine. From now on, I will always take my car to Chabill’s. They are honest!!

My truck has been in need of some alignment work. I work out of my vehicle. Two jobs. There’s not many times when I can say today I don’t need my truck. I finally had a window where I could drop it off to do the maintenance. I called the day before to make an appointment. I Spoke with the sales person for fifteen minutes or so about the problems and about getting four tires after the work was completed. After the call ended, I realized he didn’t ask anything about the make and model of truck so I called back immediately. I Talked again for a few more minutes Telling him the make and model and that I would be dropping off the truck before the store opened and where the keys would be. I had a coworker go out of his way to pick me up, and I had to find a way home after work. By 4:30 still had not heard anything, so I went in to the store. The truck had never moved. I was told they didn’t know anything about the vehicle or what needed to be done by the same person I had spoken to the previous day. The license plate number was not in their system so they couldn’t contact me. Well if that’s how you identify vehicle, it should be one of the first questions asked. My name and number was given along with make and model. So after wasting my and my coworkers time. I drove away with nothing being done because someone decided not to try harder. So much for making appointments. I won’t be returning. Thanks again for the wasting of my time.

We go there for all of our vehicle needs for one reason only. Mr Mike who is the manager is very honest and straightforward about what our vehicles need. We have had to dish out some serious money to keep the vehicles in tip top shape. But, Mr Mike was straightforward that these certain things had to be done. At the same time when these repairs were being done I personally thought I had a bunch of other issues as well. Mr Mike being the man that he is said nope you dont need that saving us hundreds upon hundreds of dollars. It is this sort of honesty that keeps us calling and just asking for him.So if you call ask for Mr Mike. You will be in good hands.

Convenient service drop off and pick up. Friendly people. I went before to get a wheel alignment and they were honest enough to tell Me I didnt need one. I completely respect that. So when I knew I did need on I didnt hesitate to go back.

My son ask me to bring in his car fir new tires that had arrive. He works 12hr shifts. I truly enjoyed the quick service and attentiveness. We were traveling and when we left the hotel we noticed we had a flat tire. A tow truck driver came and filled the tire up with air. He recommended Cahills to us saying we should have the tire checked before driving to far. We took the car over and in no time they had the tire inspected and patched, ready for us to be on our way. Everyone at the shop was very nice, friendly and honest. I would go back there anytime and highly recommend them to others.

Very good visit about a 30 min wait. The clerk was very professional and courteous.

The service experience overall was great until we got home and realized that our rims had been scratched up in the process of the tires service. The service team has been giving us a runaround for a few weeks about compensation for the rims and we have yet to receive the money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone because of this.

Pulled in after finding a bolt stabbed in our tire. Being on a fixed income this was not a good thing. They got us right in and made a speedy job of fixing it in less than 20 minutes. Then the part we dreaded was the bill wed have to put on our charge card, he wrote up the bill looked me in the eyes and said no charge!! I cant say enough about this, when it comes time for new tires I will be back thanks again to the team for helping out in our time of need just proves there are still good honest shops out there

When I walked in I didnt think I was going to get help today because they was so busy. But they did help me out. I just needed a brake check and they came to me and told me my brakes was fine. It was my tires. I was so relieved!! They was so awesome! They were professional, and kind and nice. I will go back to them again.

The Host was nice but when I picked up my truck my seat was adjusted back and my rims had Dirty handprints on it .

The Best Service Professionals

The workers are always polite, very informative and nice but they really need a phone receptionist to answer and return calls. They are always on the phones helping phone customers while store customers are standing at counter waiting for help. Headquarters really should help the guys out with an office customer service person for phones and walk ins.

I’ve been bringing my work vehicles to Chabills on Grand Caillou rd. In Houma,La since I’ve been in business. When I drop my vehicles I know I have nothing to worry about because they take care of what needs to be taken care of plus they go beyond to inform me about future preventive maintenance, which great for me being that my vehicles are always on the road. The service manager was rude with my wife because he wanted an answer right away about the tires. I brought the truck for a shake and he tried getting me to let them change the water pump and belt plus a flush job for $1000. Sorry but thats outrageous! Loved that they were honest about their services and what they covered and did not cover. They kept contact with me throughout the day with updates on my vehicle progress. And they delivered/ finished my vehicle on the time they initially told me. And even better yet, they match or beat competitors prices!!

Took my car to the Grand Caillou Road location for their Summer Special and they were prompt to call with a few other details that needed to be taken care of as well. When I picked my car up they had printed a Carfax report that told me of 2 recalls on my car. Highly recommend Chabills!

Very professional and straight to the point without any BS. I blew out a tire on a curb and they had a replacement in no time. I left the tire with them and went home and was able to sleep before my shift and they had it on my car and ready to go within 15 minutes of showing up.

I have a minor oil leak from an unfortunate oil change just before coming down to Houma fron Missouri. Not knowing the area I looked up mechanics in the area and Chabills came up with a high rating. I took a chance. They said it was leaking from the stripped out plug but didnt want to tamper with it for fear of making it worse. They gave suggestions for what we should do and topped off our oil and sent us on our way all free of charge. Then as Im leaving the mechanic who actually looked at it walked up to me and gave some advice as what I should do to hopefully resolve the issue and why he couldnt do it himself. I was grateful for their service and advice. Just really good people.

Went for flat tire repair. The repair was made in a timey manor but they did not put proper air pressure in the tire repaired. They also just threw my spair in the back of my truck instead of putting it back where it belongs. The staff was friendy though.
