They didnt show up on time then they wanted full payment for a bill my son iPad and then the boot that we were already on autopay so bad review for Terminix they are the worst I would go with Orkin or American anybody but terminate
Ive had a contract with them for 12 years now that i have termite issues they come back and say that part of the house is not covered. You would be better of to have some one come out to treat your house and know its been treated then have someone come out for 12 years and shine flashlight
Terminix does a great job of keeping our house free of termites. They do a thorough annual inspection and answer any questions we have. The associates are always friendly and show up on time.
I did not have a good experience at all with this company.1. The first week....its a good thing I called by the end of the week to see when they were coming, because they didnt even have me in the system.2. EVERY SUBSEQUENT WEEK: They NEVER called to let me know when they would be there. By the end of the week when I had not heard from them I would have to call to see if they were coming or not. They would say they would have the technician call, but he may or may not call3. I paid a large sum of money for a guarantee. There turned out to be no guarantee when all was said and done4. Multiple, MULTIPLE phone calls to the salesman, manager, scheduler and regional manager did nothing to fix any of the problems.5. When I complained that the did not do what they said they could do in their so called guarantee, they said it was our fault.I am very displeased with Terminix. You would think that a large, well known company like this would at least get something right.Yes, the folks I spoke with were always nice...but they never, ever came through with what they promised and in the end, they washed their hands of the matter and moved on.
I dont use their service and now I never will . Some guy came by about 5:30 and while I was holding 2 dogs back, I told the guy that I was cooking dinner. He came back an hour later while we were finishing dinner and I told him so, and he had the nerve to say, It will just take a couple of minutes . Are you kidding me? They better not come back, ever.
I would give them a big fat 0. Customer service is awful. You make appointments and the technician does not show up or call to reschedule. This did not happen once but 4 times. Called customer service to cancel the service and get a refund. After being transferred 4 times and being on hold for over an hour I was told I would get my refund in two weeks. Even after calling corporate I still received the run around. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Corporate does not care about their customers. Had a terrible experience with terminix.
Your associate, Rick Jones, was very professional. He called and confirmed the appointment and was very punctual. Very polite. I have recommended your company and especially, Rick Jones, to others.
They said I would hear from someone in 24 to 48 hours.that was April 7 no call no show.Rick will not answer phone or text.but they are sending me late bill notices for service Ive not had
They have told me on two different occasions that someone would call to schedule an appointment with in 24 to 48 hours its been 4 days and still no call.
Horrible service and still have problems after a year of service! Waste of money!!!
Terrible service. almost never show up for scheduled appointments and do not call to say not keeping appointment. Without notification changed from quarterly inspections to yearly inspections and overcharged for service. Cannot even get yearly inspections done on time. Would never recommend. Would cancel service if termite contract not so expensive for initial service.
Had termite damage and they promptly ignored me I would not use terminix I would avoid them like the plague
