We, and our neighbors, we’re feeding birds and they were additionally feeding corn to deer. Roof rats gained entry into our crawlspace as winter set in. I called McCauley and they sent a rep promptly. I signed a 3 month contract and paid $322.00. For the first 3 weeks he came regularly, once a week, even though their one trap in the crawlspace and one outside hadn’t been touched. All this time I could hear scurrying and gnawing in the walls and was beginning to panic about chewed wiring. They continued the same approach and the visits decreased, not on the same day as told to me and no prior call, and the activity was the same. My husband finally decided to put out our own bait and found 3-5 dead rats, and two by spring trap. The rep advised against this early on, (said the rats wouldn’t come to their traps) so we stopped. Finally after a month and a half, their bait got one rat. After that I heard nothing. He came back once more, saw no disturbance to the bait, said he’d be back, and now at almost 3 months, I’ve not seen him again for a month. Their traps are still here. I asked for a rebate for the almost 2 months of zero service and got no response. So I paid them $322.00 for killing one rat. WE were the ones who cleared out the problem. Could’ve saved $322.00 for the approximately 5 visits and lack of concern.

Purchased a 90-day plan with these guys, due to a pretty terrible German roach infestation. Within a month, all of the roaches are gone. We have been dealing with these insects for over 2 years, and McCauley managed to get rid of them in just 30 days - absolutely incredible!

Called for their handyman service and had a manager come to my home to give me ideas about a small door. He came out and took measurements and said he would be back in touch in a week. THREE weeks later I called to follow up. Wanted to charge me over $500 for a small door. Poor customer service and total lack a problem solving.

Terrible company. Friend had gotten services from them, extremely overpriced with little results.
