We love this gym! They are so good with people of all ages, including those with special needs! They make you feel welcome from the moment you step through those doors. We dont go much now due to busy schedules and me having bone spurs in my neck, but I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Routinely bashing clients behind their backs, talking about killing clients and disposing of their bodies, inappropriate comments about noticing my breast getting bigger are a small sampling of behind the scenes at this place. I started training with these folks before they opened their gym and have seen them run off good people. There are plenty of other places to train in town.

My kids have been training at this gym for the last few months and have learned so much from their coaches. They are always very professional and eager to help my kids learn. Im so glad I found Spa City Martial Arts!
