I had a total knee replacement… I love the whole entire staff… They were very friendly and motivating. Even days l came in and cried because of the pain.. The sat right by my side and didn’t pressure me to move until l was ready.. This is an awesome group of ladies.. I don’t know if l would of made it this far with our them.. Jordan’s hands down is the Best Physical Therapist with a Great Staff…. I love it here

Betsy is the best! I had physical therapy after I total knee replacement and just recently with a back pain issue. She is patient and explains things well.

I was recently treated for neck pain. All of the staff were friendly, patient, attentive, and genuinely concerned. Cindy was extremely helpful in rescheduling appointments. I was treated by Betsy and Cara and they were both very knowledgeable about my issues and really encouraged me to do my best to reach my goals. They were also observant that I didnt overdo anything that might set me back. It was a really great experience.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience here with Cara. When trying to diagnosis some terrible pain over the last year, I visited two general practitioners, a heart doctor, a neurosurgeon, and another physical therapist who weren’t able to give me answers. Within 15 minutes, Cara helped me develop a plan to ease my back pain - and it has worked. I’m so grateful for her!

When the doctor asked if I wanted to change to a different physical therapy Center I told him there was no way I was changing I was very happy with their service and their health and their treatments, they are always so friendly and so helpful. When I’m having a bad day or in a lot of pain they’re always so sympathetic and caring.

Ive been going to physical therapy here for two weeks now and I already love it! The environment is comfortable, everyone there is extremely nice and I feel right at home! Highly recommend going here for your physical therapy needs.

Hot Springs Sports Therapy Is great. All the staff are wonderfully skilled in all the procedures. I had the pleasure of being treated by Betsy, Steve and Cara for my severe neck and head pain. Along with therapy Steve used the Dry Needling. I have improved a lot and would recommend this place to anyone in need. HAPPY RETIREMENT STEVE. You will be missed.

After my husband had tendinitis surgery he was sent for therapy. They were such a big help in his healing so far. He still has more weeks to go but they have been such a big blessing so far!!!!!

A torn meniscus has never been healed so nicely!They have been really helpful with several old injuries the new issue agrivated! 100% DELIGHTED WITH THEIR SERVICE!

I had the opportunity to meet the staff after 3 surgeries. I returned everytime because I love the staff like family. They have plenty of techniques and equipment to help YOU build confidence in yourself. Steve calls them torture machines 😂. The facility is always clean 👌. The staff listens to you. If you have pain, they will adjust the therapy to better suit you but will keep pushing you to achieve your goals like myself.

Neck and back pain forced me to seek help. I was referred to other places but my phone sent me here. They are nice and friendly and helpful. I have a fixed income and they help me decide how best to get the help i need by giving me exercises to work on at home and only coming once a week.

They gave me a Kit-Kat!
