Great Customer Service from Fatima. I went in to the Post Office with a passport application for one of my daughters, unaware that an appointment was required. She proceeded to squeeze me in and deal with the application request right there, to save me returning at another time/date. TY Fatima, nice job!

Worst care I’ve ever experienced. I was inside the post office with an urgent international package but the woman with New Yorkish accent would not take another two minutes to change the sender’s address. She had to close the place in my face because I was the last customer. She spoke for five minutes but did not take literally two minutes more to change the address. She did tell me where to take it, but seriously? Yes, I had no left enough time but I needed a little (two minutes more) for an important change of address. I left quietly heartbroken with the package in my hand in the rain. I can’t fathom how such heartlessly strict people can live with themselves.

Went in today to secure a passport for my daughter. Fatima could not have been more pleasant and helpful with the picture and paperwork.

Brought an item to be mailed to this post office on a Thursday afternoon. Expressed my need for it to arrive within 2 days, otherwise I was willing to pay an overnight fee. Since it was only traveling to 2 towns away, I was assured it would make it there by Saturday (maybe even tomorrow). The item did not arrive until Monday. I missed my deadline. Dont use this undependable office.

The worst manager I’ve ever dealt with. Entire building full of useless workers. Staff hang out in a side office and let the line build up. One time I asked to purchase a photograph for my passport and the counter clerk actually laughed out loud and said “we haven’t had a camera in years” Sorry to hear you can’t offer any service. Be ready to wait in line. No wonder the USPS is going bankrupt. Use UPS or FEDEX.

Rude, unprofessional, and full of attitude. They ought to be ashamed for accepting a paycheck for this terrible level of service. I cant wait for the Ashland post office to reopen so I never have to go here again.

In the past few months I have had poor delivery service at my Hopkinton address. (things are delivered late or not at all) Whats happened to the good service the post office advertises about?? I think I`ll have to use UPS for holiday shopping to make sure all gets to their destination. Very disappointed that this post office isnt better.Since initial review, service has improved and is even being delivered earlier in the day, a real bonus. Happy for any improvements.

I have to ship things from here a few times a week and I find the employees to be polite, helpful and friendly. Fatima is very nice.

Always a quick in and out and everyone is very friendly. Fatima is always pleasant and conversational.

We’ve lived in town for 2 years now and have had only the best experience at our local post office. Fatima is such a pleasant person and greets everyone warmly.

Old lady short hair with glasses: she was rude, condescending, patronizing and should not be in customer service at all. She acts like a know-it-all and has power over you instead of just rendering a service to you. The other guy at the service desk was the complete opposite: helpful, efficient and professional. Just my luck to get the lady. Doesn’t she know she represents the government?? Her behavior and mannerism is so unwelcoming, I don’t know how she gets placed to serve customers?

Tried calling the number provided to redeliver and it didnt understand one response I gave it. Im sorry, but I didnt get ... Tried twice then gave up.

The Hopkinton Post Office is a terrific modern facility. It is conveniently located int the center of town. They have a drive through drop box which is great when you dont need to go inside.

I love this little town and the convenient location of USPS, but I hate the old lady with the glasses. She was so rude and not customer friendly. But whatever, theres someone who could make your day and someone just does the opposite.

Neither snow nor rain nor any foul weather can keep these almost superhuman post office officials from their prescribed rounds!

Front desk girls are very rude. Worst USPS location I mistakenly visited.

The woman at the counter was very rude and should not be dealing with the public. She spoke to me as if I was bothering her. I went there for a passport renewal. According to what I read online, they process them there, but apparently they do not.

The older lady with the glasses was very rude and unpleasant. She came off as condescending and I could not wait to finish shipping my packages to get out of there.

I find this a very friendly place
