We had an air conditioning problem on a cross country trip. We were able to get right in and Jason diagnosed the problem right away as a actuator problem with the damper. Jason fixed the damper and then checked and charged the AC system. Through the whole process Jason explained everything well and took the time to do things right. This could have been a situation where we would have been at the mercy of a shop and could have been taken advantage of. Instead we were treated well, and were back on the road in a hour and a half or less for a very reasonable rate.

We had a tire blow out on vacation. Swapped the spare and continued on our way. We dropped off both tires from the camper at Raben while camping, they called 2 hours later they were done and straightened the wheel also. Great service and reasonable price, Thanks guys.

I bought four new Goodyear tires had an appointment arrived on time, thought I would wait at the store to have it done, 45 minutes later it hadn’t been started, went and are in the meantime, But my real displeasure was when I made an appointment for rotation and check a slow leak in front driver’s side tire, my wife took the vehicle for the appointment, which we live 40 miles away, and waited for a little les than an hour. She spoke of the counter person being on the verge of rude and not very helpful. When she returned home I realized the tires were not rotated and I called Raben and asked why they were not rotatated, and the response from your person said my wife didn’t say anything about the rotation, although I clearly made it a point when I made the reservation. The counter person proceeded to lay the blame on my wife and not apologize for any wrongdoing on their part. He did say that they replaced valve stem, which I thought should have been replaced with the purchase of $800 set of tires. This will be my last purchase there

Came for oil change and tire rotation. Efficient and good price which is why I drive out of Princeton Ky to Hopkinsville just for my tire and oil needs.

Service was excellent. I took my Envoy in for front brakes and waited while they did the work, 1 hour and 15 minutes later I had paid them and was walking out the door. The tires were a good price and good fast service but I was charged for a wheel balance and they didn’t do a wheel alignment. Most tire places do both of those for free.

Clean facility and courteous staff. It has been about a year since I have had tires mounted and was somewhat shocked when I heard the total to just mount and balance 4 tires that I had purchased online. $160 to mount and balance tires just seems very high to me. I had to have it done and they were the only place that was available so I are the cost. I will shop around next time I need to mount and balance tires to find the best price. Overall, Raben tire of Hopkinsville is a good facility, just labor is quite expensive.

Told me I had a three hr wait for a tire repair with one truck in the bay out of 7 and technicians standing around smoking. Piss poor time management

Not only the best prices on tires and service in town, but they even go as far as making sure that any coupons or rebate that is available is applied to your purchase to get you the best deal. I knew it was out for awhile.I had a few others changing my oil before taking it to Raben and they were the first ones to ask about my light.I told my mom to go to Raben because the people she was taking her car to were charging to much. Do not go to Raben in Hopkinsville. We have a fairly new F250 that needed new tires and wheels. They did not use the special tool provided to remove lug nuts and managed to snap a bolt off. In doing so damaged a rim, they made contact and then returned the vehicle. The moment the vehicle was driven from their parking lot, something was very different in the way it rides.Dangerous feeling since there are missing bolts and who knows what else they missed since they failed to use the special tool.It has only been driven a total of 24 miles since the vehicle was returned. Now it is looking like there are possible transfer case issues. It will be taken in to get an estimate of the new problems that the F250 now has, in order to find the exact problem or problems.It is absolute negligence to be trusted with a customer vehicle and not research whether or not it requires a special tool to do a simple tire and rim change over from a reputable and proffesional company who mostly deals with tires.As far as the New issues that magically began after a stranger had their hands on this F250, the consequential damages to whatever was done in order to achieve repeat business is an absolute scandal.Its in your best interest to drive a bit further than risk thousands in damages to mechanical parts in order to save time.

They quoted a price and time. They beat that time estimate. The counter person appeared overworked at the time. Understaffing is prevalent during this time period, so somewhat understandable.

Fast, friendly service and they took covid precautions seriously with the seating and extending the front desk space along with required mask wearing inside. Plan to buy new tires next week.2 months after purchase I hit something on interstate on a Saturday night and my tire goes flat. Wouldnt take air. I get it towed Sunday to Raben. Call Monday first thing and they said we will get on it. Thanks. Less than 2 hours later they call and my tire is replaced and car is ready for pick up. Efficient service and still following covid safety with courtesy. 3-21-21: oil change and tire sensor replaced. Fast, efficient once again with covid precautions still in place. My car is the tire sensor destroyer in cold snaps.

They told me they could get they tube I needed so I drive an hour just for them to tell me that they couldnt help me

My husband took my van in for a oil change and he said he got there by his appointment time and they got him right in. Weve been going to Raben Tires for years. On August 24th, my husband took a flat tire to them. My husband called me and said theyd be calling me when it was done. Ten minutes after we hung up, Rabens called saying my tire was ready.

Your organization is amazing. The car runs like it is brand new, and the cost came in under the quote. Will definitely use Raben in the future, and will refer to my friends. Thanks for the quick turn around.

At Raben I received the best care any costumer would expect. They answered all my questions even checked out things I had concerns about as well as doing a fine tune up on my Enclave!!! If you ask me, Raben Tire is best place in town to have your vehicle serviced!!

Called on a Thursday and spoke with Tommy requesting a full set of Goodyear Trailrunner ATs. He checked the inventory and had them shipped to the store the next day with an appointment at 2 pm to install the tires. He called at 1200 stating the tires had been delivered and I was all set for install. My vehicle was taken in the bay at 2:15 and was out at 3:30. Completely satisfied with their excellent customer service and quality install. They are now my “go to” tire shop.

They got me in the same day and finished on time as well as sent a vehicle to pick me up. I love that. But they did not give me the estimate before doing the work. I know it was just a tire and an oil change but I have never paid $100 for an oil change before. I was disappointed in that.

Everything was fine as far as maintenance goes. They repaired my vehicle in a timely manner and were very courteous. The only problem I had was I live 9 1/2 miles away in Pembroke and I was told that the courtesy shuttle would not pick me up at my home to bring me to my car. Very inconvenient.

Theres no complaining of what I asked them to do for my car. Search me with a warm welcoming smile, took the time to do the job right, no judgement on my car very courteous job done right got me in quickly got me out and a good decent time

Way to expensive. The price your given is just the tire, not balance, disposal, and all the other fees. Same size tire in 2017 cost 8 dollars to balance and 2 for disposal. Today, 2 years later, 18 to balance and 5.50 for disaposal. Of course they failed to mention it until after tire was mounted. They didnt even have to put the wheel on the car. Will never spend another penny with these crooks.

Had my car aligned there a few days ago. Took 20 minutes. Got in my car and it smelled like a total ash tray. The smell was so bad I had to go and get some air freshener to be able to tolerate the trip home. I really expected better from Raben than this.

I had a 7:00 AM appointment for an oil change. I was on time for the appointment. At 9:00 AM, I asked if there was a problem or reason it was taking so long. The gentleman checked and came back to tell me it would be ready in about 20 minutes...about the time it takes to do an oil change. I wasted two hours “assuming” they were working on my car. Very disappointed with the timing, but I guess they changed the oil okay.

My car was working fine just went in for a simple preventative maintenance. Car has been acting up ever since that is directly related to the maintenance that was done. It took way longer than it should have with me having an appointment scheduled and they have feed me nothing but bull when it comes to why this happened. Dont waste your money go to a place with trustworthy mechanics who will get the work done in a timely manner without issues.

Called in to make an appt. Thomas answered the phone. He was very friendly and willing to assist. Got me right in the same day. They replaced my 2 front tires in a little less than an hour. Thank you for your swift service.

They claimed to order tires for me 2 days in advance. When I showed up to my appointment they informed me the tires werent there yet. After 2 hours of waiting they offered to put on a different brand, which took another 2 hours of waiting. I can only assume they didnt actually order my original tires, had someone run to another location to pick up another set. No one really seemed to care or explain what was taking so long. The place seems pretty poorly managed. The customer service employees were too busy having personal conversations to answer the phones that rang no less then 20 times. Id choose any other business over them.

My family have been taking our cars here since we moved to Hopkinsville, my father especially since he travels a lot for business. The staff is always very helpful and able to squeeze me in when they have the time, and they know what theyre doing. The only complaint I have is their reports they give with each check up. I replaced my tires last summer, and within two oil changes the mechanics said I should consider replacing them, when I hadnt even driven 6000 miles on them yet. But anyway, its a great place with wonderful people and knowledgeable staff.

Staff was friendly, service didnt take long. But I wouldnt recommend them. They fixed my brakes and I have a year warranty but my brakes still go down to the floor and occasionally makes a scratching noise. I took it back. They didnt find a problem. I just thought brakes was suppose to feel tight, not like I wont stop after getting new rotors and pads. So Im not satisfied at all with the service.

What an excellent experience. As I was moving my parents new boat from Nashville to Lake Ozark MO, I had a blowout on I24 on the trailer. I am an AAA member but they wouldnt service a boat trailer. I called around and found Raben and gave them a call. I told them my truck jack wouldnt lift the boat trailer and they came out to the side of the highway and hooked me up with 4 new tires right there. The 2 guys were sweating in the 90 degree weather but had me going in less than 30 minutes. This company really cares about people and the customer service is outstanding. Thanks guys!
