Quality work, great service. Went above and beyond to take care of our vehicle

I took my vehicle here through my insurance after an accident, Ive also worked in a body shop so I know the ins and outs he immediately started lying to me he immediately told me that I couldnt get quality parts put back onto my vehicle he proceeded to tell me he would do the job a certain way and then failed to do so he failed to finish the job correctly he failed to finish the job accurately it did not repair all of the damage from my accident my vehicle is now at another shop through my insurance getting redone. Youre supposed to be honest and fair and treat everybodys vehicle like your own and if thats how you treat your vehicle you are a sad person.

I took my car here for an estimate to repair scratches on the body from hitting a curb. Malcolm used touch up paint and covered the scratches right there on the parking lot at no charge. I appreciate his kindness and honesty. I will definitely recommend the services of his business to anyone needing auto body repair at a dependable, honest facility.

Absolutely worst experience I have ever had. I took in my 2014 Dodge ram 1500 with damage to the left front end. I finally got it back and the left steer tire is 2 inches further back than the right side. I tire rubs every time I turn to the left. I took it back up there and they wouldnt even walk outside and look at it

I brought my car here for some repairs since a lady had backed into it. They were super friendly, organized, and absolutely wonderful. My car was ready a day early and it looks fantastic! I appreciate all the great customer service that I got from the whole office. If I had a question they had a answer. Everything was explained to me from the first day and time I arrived for them to fix a fender bender, which looks like brand new by the way. They are truly great and professional people. I will be using them again if I have too. If you need body work the are the guys. I highly reccomend anyone to use them the results of your vehicle is going to be like brand new.

I will NEVER use this company again. Thanks to them my car is no longer street legal so I had to go purchase a new car which came with a payment. I had my car paid for by the way! Thanks for the great lesson

Not a good place to take a newer vehicle. Started off well then their workmanship showed they do not have skills to work on new cars. Picked up a “ready” Vehicle only to take straight back as paint was a mess full of specks under the clear coat. Paint runs several places. Panels did not line up anywhere near what they should have. Just bad work. Not sure how the vehicle even was “ready”. Took back only to get sub par repairs again. Now the paint had swirls everywhere after they “wet sanded” the clear coat. The body panels were made to fit by “bending” the panels into a not good fit. Absolute disappointment. Maybe our vehicle got a new guy.... will never recommend this shop to anyone. My vehicle has to go to another shop to repair the repairs. Our insurance sent us here and they will not again. Found out after the fact of another person with the same issues of bad repairs and having another shop fix the repair shops bad work.

Friendly service and very helpful, owner drove me to pick up my rental car that he arranged thru the adjuster.

If you dont have insurance these people dont want to deal with you... Bottom line

Horrible customer service, the owner is a liar, kept telling me my parts were in backorder from dealership. When I called the dealership they said they could have the parts in two days. This facility supposed ti be a USAA Star facility, smh.......Honest opinion
