The staff were very nice, the work was very good, but the delays kept coming. They had to order 3 tires to finally get the right one. It was one thing after another and even on day of pick up there was a delay.If they could get that straightened out, I would easily give them high praise. Get it together Caliber Collision!

Staff was amazing! Walked in they were smiling greeted me immediately asked how they could help. I needed an estimate to send to insurance Christina quickly put me in their system Joseph came out and walked around my car taking pictures off his phone and straight to the computer he went. It only took ten minutes for them to have everything I needed! Even faxed it for me! They really were so helpful. Cant wait to go have my repairs done. Couldnt be more enthusiastic and excited to see that (Emily - Painter) went out of her way and used her professional skills to make a customer happy...boy was I happy. Emily detailed and went above her call, to sand and scrub down the rust on my 2-front tow-hooks. She placed a protective sealant and painted the tow hooks back to original color. They look amazingly sharp and my Titan is back to a new look. Thank you Christina, Janelle, Emily and Caliber Collision to make my truck back to a new status. It looks amazing, and complete. Not very friendly people up front that meet and great the public. Not like it was when it opened up as a bodyshop years ago.

Hit my gate door Thursday morning. Durning lunch I went to Caliber Collision for an estimate to get my door fixed Christina came out to look at it and said it actually wasn’t bad at all! I was really worried it was going to be expensive to fix. She had me wait but a few minutes when she comes back and says all fixed. I couldn’t believe my eyes no more green scrape!! Didn’t charge me a penny!! Hope never to need their services but if I do now I know where to go. Thank you and stay safe.

Great atmosphere all things considered. Clean, inviting and pleasant staff.

The customer service was second to none. They were able to get my car fixed quickly. We need the car fixed to take on a trip and they went above and beyond to get it done. My car also has a pearl paint from the factory and they were able to match it perfectly. I would not hesitate to go back. In fact this is the second time they have worked on my car. Each time they have impressed me with there customer service and repair work.

Excellent and extremely quick repair work done to eliminate a scratch and ding on my Challenger. Was able to get in and out within the week. A+

Great customer service and fast with repairs

When I picked up my car after the repair it looked great, HOWEVER, there was a problem I could not see. A few months later I noticed an area of paint removal on the side if the bumper and when I looked more closely I found that I could take my fingernail and flake off more paint. I was told by several people who did body work that it appeared there was a step that had been skipped when the front bumper was repaired, thst would have bonded the paint yo the bumper. I then took it back to Cortners but was told this was not the case but they would give me a slight discount on the repair ( they would repair for 400.00) I did not have the repair done. I originally paid them 500.00 and Farm Bureau paid them much more to do a very inferior job. I now live across the country but want to warn anyone who does business with Cortners Auto repair to be very careful and do it at your own risk. If I still lived in the area I would take whatever action necessary to have my car repaired correctly or to recover the money paid to them by myself AND my insurance company.
