We had a great time! very easy to book and meet up to take boat to jet ski location. One of the very few places to ride jet skis in Oahu, so totally worth every penny. Completely safe to give your payment by phone to reserve, we had no issues at all.

Had a great time riding jet skis with Aloha Jetski. I called to make a same-day reservation for two solo jet skis and they were able to get my boyfriend and I on the schedule the same day. The jet skis are new and super fun. They even took 80+ high quality pictures of us, which we purchased for $30 total. Highly recommend!

Awesome time with these guys. Alot of time to ride and no traffic in the water like with other companies around the island. Super chill, planning on riding again soon with them.

Fun time, relaxed atmosphere, only two people on the boat with us, jet skis worked well. Darren is super nice and responsive to texts and calls. Easy booking. $30 to airdrop photos he takes while you’re out having fun. Great experience.

After being at the beach in Waikiki for about 5 days, my family and I wanted to shake things up a bit. And after having already visited Hanauma Bay, we wanted another water sport other than snorkeling, so we found Aloha Jet Ski on Google Maps and figured we’d give it a shot.Being owner-managed, it was easy to just make a call, confirm our daughter was old enough to ride a jet ski, make the reservation, and pay by phone. A moment later, I received a text confirming the reservation with a receipt and directions to the pier.Once there, everything goes smoothly. There’s ample parking, the boat ride to the floating dock is short, and within a few minutes after a short tutorial, you’re on your jet ski blasting around.Unlike other destinations like the Caribbean where one is permitted to ride a jet ski in any direction one pleases, Hawaii apparently doesn’t allow as much, so you’re stuck riding in something of a triangle in one direction. Not the end of the world, but something to keep in mind.My single issue was with the price. At about $240 for 3 people (one tandem jet ski and one single), it’s a bit pricey. Then again, so is everything else in Hawaii, so I guess I shouldn’t complain.Otherwise, a nice experience overall.

We had a few days on Kauai prior to coming to a short stay on Oahu. Our excursions on Kauai got cancelled due to weather so on a whim we got a last minute booking with Aloha Jet Ski and so glad we did!They responded quickly, we ended up on a gorgeous day. The owners were knowledgeable, kind, and comforting to me, the chicken about most things. Not to mention Minnie and Bentley the chillest dogs ever on board! We had a great time and definitely recommend.

The guy I talked to was able to get my friend and me in for the last ride of the day, thank you! I definitely recommend calling in advance to make sure you book a reservation. I was greeted by the two smiling dog faces, totally adding to my experience! It’s a quick boat ride out the platform, quick orientation, and then off you go. You can see the whole island out on the skis, so pretty. We were able to ride around the course, do some spins in the water, and have plenty of time to enjoy the experience. So happy we fit this in our vacation. Thanks guys!!

My fiance and I had already tried parasailing and snorkeling and decided why not try jet skiing too while were here? I called on a Wednesday to make a reservation for Friday and the owner was able to make it happen (perks of traveling during COVID I guess). That day, we were the only couple there. The parking lot was a little confusing the find though (maybe it was my GPS, but this is just an FYI in case it happens to someone else too. My GPS said we had arrived- destination on the right, but the entrance was still about a quarter mile up the road). It was just a short boat ride out to the jet skiis. Life vests are sanitized between customers. Weather was perfect, the owner got great pictures and was very friendly. He even offered to take a picture of us on the jet skii with our personal phone without us even asking.

We adored the couple running the place and were treated respectfully. As someone who has spent a ton of time on the water and used jet skis several times, I was hoping and expecting for more free range, instead of the three buoy course that was set up. I also suggest using the bathroom before getting there, especially for the ladies! Regardless of it being slightly underwhelming (and only because of my expectations and past experiences) I highly suggest this as a first time jet skier destination. We had so much fun! And keep your eye out for sea creatures, You might catch one! And the view of the island is incredible!

What a fun afternoon! My son and I rented two jet skis today from Carl at Aloha. The jet skis were in great shape. They looked and ran like new. They were much better than other jet skis I recently rented in Miami, FL. Carl is very pleasant and accommodating. The experience was super positive and I will rent from Carl again.

If you’re looking for a great activity for the whole family look no further! Captain Tim and his staff run a top notch operation. The jet skis are well maintained and the location is perfect. Being a captain myself I appreciated their informative yet laid back briefing. I’ve rented skis in the past and felt like the experience was rushed but at aloha jet ski their motto is let’s go and have a blast! Mahalo for the unforgettable experience!

I had an awesome time riding with them. The owners are extremely friendly and made sure we had the best experience possible. Id definitely recommend paying the extra $35 for the photos they take. I got around 50+ high quality photos to take home.

We had a great time jet skiing today. The skis were great, the dock was prefect and the owners were so nice. Added bonus the airport is close by, the planes take off over your head, amazing view of planes and the ocean. I cant say enough nice things about my experience using Aloha jetski, super day. Plus they have cute dogs they hang out with them. We are dog people, another added bonus.

Really a fun experience. Took the whole family and everyone loved it. Great service and cheap pricing. You get a long time riding and it is very easy to find. The jet skis were in great condition and it was a ton of fun. We looked at a few options and talked to some friends that used other companies and this was by far the best choice.

We had a great afternoon at Aloha Jet Ski. From the moment we booked until the end of the outing, everything was as explained and fun! The price was amazing for the quality of the equipment and the time allotted on the wave runner. Highly recommend!

The owners were amazing people! Me and my girlfriend had such a great time. And there equipments is the most up to date in the island. Definitely recommend booking with them. Had previously wrote a review (with a higher rating) logically expressing my discontent with the lack of up to date jet ski models and enjoyable experience. To which I was met with a petty response from the owner indicating that I was a poor customer due to being stuck in traffic on the day that an NFL football game (Rams vs Cowboys) was taking place. The unprofessional and arrogant behavior of the owner accurately conveys the underwhelming jet ski experience. Instead of providing evidence against my argument I was merely ridiculed and attacked for having a desire for a better experience and wanting more room to trick and ride. I drive jet skis on a lake for a company that pays me to do so and those jet skis are fun plus they exist therefore there is no excuse. You can dunk the jet skis that I regularly drive by lowering the nose, producing a donut wake then whipping it around and plowing underneath the previously made wake to splash yourself. This can be done with modern, up to date wave runner, but not with the cheap, tourist trap jet skis of this location. I merely wanted to have a fun, jet ski experience in Hawaii seems as though the lakes within North America are more welcoming and sincere. I imagine the owner will have another petty response to this post to pick apart a paying customers opinion. Once again this experience costs upwards of around $100 for a single person, absolutely not worth it.

My kids and husband really enjoyed jet skiing at Aloha JetSki. The jet skis are the newest and best taken care for. I can tell these people take pride at what they do and really care for their customers! Great time, great service, and an cute dog!

So much fun! Glenn is so flexible with our individual requests and he made riding a jet is so easy! The course was big enough to fit our party of 6 and the best deal in town! Teddy is gorgeous as well - he is the king of the ocean! Definitely will utilize Aloha Jet Ski again!

Was charged extra for DAMAGED propeller. Said that the had to replace the whole part. There was a rock in the exhaust but I know it was an easy fix. Would not let me try to get it out. I know they will just take out rock then put back in. Will not return.

Highly recommend Aloha Jet Ski. They were extremely personable and easy going. They delivered as promised. Even with 2 younger children (6 & 7), it was an extremely pleasurable experience.

It was truly a great experience, I had so much fun. The owner runs a great business. The wave runners(jet skis) were definitely up to date, I’ve rented many so I know which are outdated, these definitely weren’t. To that nasty comment about the payment, I mean cmon are you serious?? There’s many flakes out there that sadly likes to waste time. It’s a smart decision, why worry about it if you’re serious?? Lol but overall, great experience. Thank y’all, I’ll be recommending people to come here and I sure will come back!

Was a lot of fun and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt like the course was a little restrictive if you are you used to using jetskis on open water but I understand for saftey reasons why they have to keep it closed off the way it is. They take pictures for you while youre on the water which makes it very special but I would say the best part of this experience was their dog Clark who was adorable and accompanied us on the whole trip

Very good location. Glen is the owner of this company, and not only is he professional he has a great persona to go with it also. On our scheduled day, the weather was bad, so he had given me a call in advance to help me reschedule and work around my schedule to get this activity done. My friend and I, had an amazing time. Jet skis were fast and reliable. Small groups so you can have the space needed for the water course. Best price for the time you get on the water. Hands down Thankyou.

The jet-skis are well-maintained, the floating lounge is quite relaxing, and the proprietor (and his dog, Teddy) are very kind. The only downside is that your path is very constrained: you have to drive clockwise around three buoys. After some time, this may become somewhat monotonous, but, since his jet-skis are not rate-limited, one can travel quite quickly.

Possible fraud. They ask your credit card data because they “only accept payments over the phone”. Beware everyone!—-UpdGuys, there’s a HUGE difference between taking a payment in advance and asking someone to tell his credit card data just over the phone (and you told me that’s the only option to pay). There’re no reasons to be offended, I just don’t trust you: I haven’t even seen you, so why would I tell you such sensitive data? I really suggest you to install a pos terminal and accept payments like every one else does (cash / pos). To avoid such misunderstandings in future.“You called us to ask some questions and then hang up” - that’s a 100% lie. I asked everything I wanted to know, was up to make a reservation and then you asked the sensitive data. I said that’s not going to work, said “thanks, I’d rather book with someone else, bye”. And that’s from my point was pretty logical end of the conversation.I didn’t want to use your service and wouldn’t recommend it, til there’s at least slight possibility of my card and my money getting stolen.Thanks for your understanding. The owner glen and his first mate teddy is awesome. They have a lot of aloha and the place is beautiful.

Worst place, they charge us while we book it on the phone, then you could drive only in small triangle, you can not take your own camera, cause they got one to charge you for photos 35 $. I definitely do not recommend this worst place. That’s not what people expected before ride. It’s not worth it, just waist of time. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Excellent fun. New and top notch equipment. Friendly staff. Longest hire time that we could find on the island @ 45mins. Small groups, (we only had 4 jetskiis on the water) Great price that competes with other companies that only offer 20 minutes sessions. Photos are cheap and of which you receive a large amount of them at an excellent quality.Thank you for the great day. Well be back when were back in Hawaii.

Not for the avid jetski driver, this is more of a tourist trap for people who are driving for the first time. The jetski experience was vastly underwhelming coming from someone with 100+ hours of wave runner experience. I was hoping to rip through the ocean with a competent jetski and jump the wakes instead I was met with utter dissatisfaction for the price I had paid. The jet skis are older models without an adjustable nose and barely reach 35 mph. I could hardly dunk, donut, and jump these jetskis and became vastly bored after 20 minutes of the 45 min total of driving. Not to mention being required to drive in a circle while other drivers are either on your tail or interrupting your trick zone. Certainly not worth $90+ for the jet ski quality(essentially $2/min). The only benefit is that there were 2 dogs on board providing more joy than the jetski rides.

I was just walking by and seen his set up of jet ski and asked if he had anything available. He was very nice and accomadate properly and quickly. Machines are very good as well. I would reccomend this for a quick fun activity in a sunny day!

I’m not recommend this place... If you are looking for adventure choose something else . There is only one small triangle where you can drive. Also their policy don’t allow any GoPro or any cameras! Because they will make photo of you and try to sell it for 35 $... I mean ..are you serious? Why should I pay xtra If I have my own camera. Don’t spend your time here! Seriously!

Staff were great! Had an awesome little floating HQ with sofas and the jetskis parked in front. Had a blast, water was warm, jetskis were fast and easy to learn on. Highly recommend these guys

Great people with modern jetskis. The oldest was a 2016 model. The course was a 3 turn NASCAR style course, like Pocono, 1 fast corner and 2 corners you can take very aggressive. You had over a 50 yard wide gap on the staights you can go 3 wide. They want you to overpass with a minimum of 50ft between jetskis. No gopros or cameras because you are operating a vehicle. I got upto 38mph on the long back staight. The life vest were sporty and comfortable. The institutions on how to operate the jetskis were short and to the point. I did like the small group of 4 people that went out. I had plenty of room to cruise, be aggressive and just plain have a good time on the water. All 4 of us who went out came back with smiles on our faces. I went out with my cousin and 2 stangers and well all had a good time. I just wish the course was set up different (more turns) or was a bit bigger. They take pictures of you from the docks they charge $30 for an SD card full of pictures. The pictures came out awesome. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star is because the size of the track was small and a little boring for me but I did have as much fun as I could with attacking each corner diffent everytime.

If you’ve never jetskiied before, it’s fun for the first minute and then it becomes very mundane and boring. It’s a closed course which consists of staying within 3 bouies and nothing else. If you’re looking for adventure, this is not the same place to find it.

The worst people ever!! Theyre rude and dont care about the costumer. All they care about is thier money!!! They hanged up on me and charged me the full amount for 2 jetski when I called to say Im stuck in traffic Im 5 min late!! I understand its not thier fault thats why I suggested moving my reservation to another hour or the next day, and thats when he said NO we refuse your services and hanged up, and after 5 min they charged me full amount! I dont recommend it... a lot of other next door companies were happy to take my business.
