Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lobby is nice and clean they have a mini mart and free continental breakfast, also free wifi and cable, room also had a/c. Only thing is these rooms are individually owned condos not at all what I would call a hotel or motel. Room and bathroom are very small no hotplate very very small sink and area to prep and microwave your food, fridge is regular sized. Not my first choice for vacation stays in Waikiki but when choices are limited it would do.

Home improvement goes til about 2am. Then dude smokes weed to calm his nerves after an assault on your regular senses. Then you have to deal with the smell. Dont forget that he installed its a small world after all on the other side of the wall that your head is adjacent to. Im convinced he had a part in building that at Disneyland. Otherwise, it wouldnt justify the madness.

Just the perfect location for a Waikiki vacation.

The location is great! Few blocks from the beach and restaurants. The elevators are a bit scary as they seem old. There’s no central AC. Only a small individual wall unit. The parking garage is limited and you need to pay daily. We got to our car 30 min past the time limit and it got towed. The towing info in the garage was not the company that towed our car. We had to call the local police to find out which company. Costed $212 to get our car after ubering over

Its a very quiet & very secure as for the building itself with allowing people to go in & out. Love that part of it.

Nice, clean space. Good enough size for two people. Great balcony view, comfy bed, and the location was perfect. Far enough away from busy tourist traffic, and close to a lot of great hidden gems in terms of food. Staff was very friendly. Only problem was in our unit, the sink and tub didnt drain well. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay, reasonable price

No guest parking. Terrible recipient. Its listed price is not all the cost. There is additional service fee. After all that, its not cheap at all. Also no room service.My cousin came visit us from Japan. Unfortunately she booked this place for the lower advertised price, without knowing the additional service fee. Then we went to meet up with her, and told by the front desk its fine to park in the parking lot, only to find out our car got towed when we came out. Then the front desk denied they told us that, and refused to offer any help whatsoever.I wont go near this place even to meet a visiting friend, let alone staying here.And now the owner just replying back to all negative review staying its not their guest, without any remorse of what went wrong, showing absolutely no intend of improving. So Im editing this review to add more details of what happened. DO NOT expect anything good come out of this place with this attitude of doing business.

I booked an AirBnB apartment at this building. Access to the elevator is with a chipped fob. The key to the apartment is in a lock box in the lobby. My studio apartment was clean and quiet and was at the back of the building. It had access to a balcony, as per photos below. Its about a 3 minute walk to Waikiki Beach. Theres a well stocked convenience store at street level in this building. The building itself is clean and has a combination of permanent residents and vacationers. In addition to the convenience store in the building, theres an ABC Store a few feet down the road. Parking is available in and around the building for a fee.

Never stay at this place especially when host has given this to a company. Room was filthy owner did not respond. We did not sleep whole night...such a waste of vacation staying thru airbnb.

Family of six visited the place and am glad we did. Only visiting Hawaii. Lady who served us was do accommodating, friendly and all smile. She even gave me a free tasty Ice Cream to top up my bday celeb. Hurrah!!!

Chris was the guy on Air B-B and Keoki was the manager that agreed, when we went back to the room that in fact it DID smell like tons of bleach covering up a Mildew smell. I asked Keoki what was mildew? as the floors are tile, Air conditioner Keoki replied. I spoke to both of them and Chris said he will refund the 7 day stay I just had to click on CANCELATION on my side of the Air-B-B app. Well Chris DID NOT KEEP his word.So disappointed. Although most rooms may be remodels, chances are the air conditioner is very OLD and has mildew.Windows are old and not air tight.NO PRIVACY the building next door is able to see right into your room, and definitely the balcony.Room view - right into your neighbors room/balcony.

This place is nice, we have stayed here the last 2 months, the only thing missing and the reason for moving is no pool..

Felt safe. Location location location. Attached is a convenience store for cheap water, across the street is hula dog and Mike and bills grillz beside the building is ocean blue food truck and ruffage also close for gluten free option. A 5 minute walk to beach. A little loud at night but kind of expected.

Seems the majority units are tenants more than guests. Just your basic room and accommodations. Secure entry and on site guard was cool. Oh. And a 24hr store right downstairs!

Good location and value. The sun exposure is strong and easily overpowers the A.C. during summer. A small investment in insulated window coverings would solve this easily.

Excellent staff and budget rooms to stay right in Wikiki.Could use a new coat of paint, but they are renovating.Overall would stay again

Good location. Close to the beach. Some good rating spots around. Public bus stop right outside. Rental car - alomo - just down the road. Just a bit of road noise from the street below and a loud AC unit are only downsides (not major though)

Super small privately held condo units. This is NOT a hotel, although many are rented out as vacation units.

Staff was wonderful and ready to help when asked. The 8th floor hallway outside the room smelled... bad. Nice balcony area on both sides of the building.

My wife and I stayed at Kuhio Village Towers when we came on vacation to Honolulu. It was clean, organized, secure and super close to the beach!

Small room but suitable enough for vacationing. Relaxing and cozy enough to relax and head out.

Cospa is the best!Close to the beach, it is convenient to go anywhere.The bus stop and ABC store are just around the corner, and the convenience store on the ground floor is also interesting.You can enjoy Hawaii!

You will receive an e-mail in English carefully and carefully.I think that there is no problem in use if it can be understood.The room is not large, but it is enough to spend alone.There is a bathtub but there is no stopper for the bath (probably, it will be somewhere on the shelf) and I used it for the shower only.I had to buy shampoo, soap and detergents, but they were on the shelf in the room (which I left behind).The place is very good.
