We love the location of this Wyndham Timeshare in Waikiki. The street (Lewers St) where its located offers a pleasing view and stores & eateries nearby. Even more restaurants & shopping are in easy walking distance.If you plan to remain in Waikiki you dont need to bring or rent a car. However, if you plan on venturing out of the area then a car would be a convenient but be prepared to pay a nightly valet fee.

I really enjoyed my stay at this resort... Beautiful 1 bedroom suite with a full kitchen including a dishwasher. The bathroom has a separate shower as the bathtub is actually a spa that hits all the sore muscles... I gave it 4 stars out if 5 because its 2 blocks from the beach but not a big deal to me... LOVED it and will definitely stay again!

We became timeshare owners after purchasing a contract with Wyndham at Waikiki Beach Walk back in 2008. While timeshare ownership is not for everyone, we have absolutely enjoyed our ownership as we’ve stayed at Presidential Suites at this resort across the street from Waikiki Beach as well as resorts throughout the United States for trips to Las Vegas, Disney World, Lake Tahoe, Washington DC and New York.Wyndham at Waikiki Beach Walk is our home away from home as we’ve stayed here for 1-2 weeks over the last 13 years. We had an amazing 3-week stay this past March where we enjoyed the 3BR Presidential Suite on top floor with multiple lanais and an oceanfront view.As always, the staff at Wyndham at Waikiki Beach Walk were extremely friendly, helpful and true ambassadors of the Aloha spirit!

This was a great place to stay! So close to Everything! The staff were amazing and very Helpful and Caring. Made your stay 100% worthwhile. Close to beaches, restaurants and Activities. On Lewers Street. On a main street with things to do, buy, and eat.We paid for Parking in the garage. When ever and how many times we need the car, it was available. No added take in or out fees. Had trouble booking but the company were helpful in working our stay and saving points for us. Thank you! Thank you for making our stay a memorable one! 😀

This Hotel was Perfect for me and my family. My son Loved that the pool closed late at 11pm. We are def night 🏊‍♀️s. Also, the food court and Roys famous restaurant along with a number of others are within .3 miles of this location. Every hotel desk and vallet worker was amazing and made u feel important even if u didnt have a tip from time to time. We used the vallet at least 3x a day. All n all, I would Def treat my family to this resort again.

This place is amazing. Great service from staff, clean facility, and eveyone is so nice and helpful. Air conditioner in the hotel turns off when you open your balcony door, noticed that all the hotels we went to did that. Pool and hotub were clean and well kept. No smoking area though so you have to go on the street which is a pain if your a smoker but not terrible since its so close. I would definitely go back to stay at this hotel.

Great location. No pressure sales staff. Check in was a little slow. Lower level rooms are very noisy. Last great experience my family had was when we got a 2 BR on higher floor.

Balcony is very small, room for one chair and it overlooks a parking garage, just checked in so my review may change, I loved the Ilikai but they only have studios available.

Was really pleased with Wyndham. The rooms made me feel like we were at home and was spacious and we didnt feel crowded. Even though we booked the room through Airbnb, Wyndham took care of all of our needs. It is centered right in the heart of Waikiki and shopping and dinning is only footsteps away. We had two bedrooms, two baths and 5 beds. A full kitchen washer and dryer and lots of closet space. We cooked in as much as we ate out. Two blocks over is Waikiki. Not a far walk at all. The have a pool, hot tub, ping pong tables and other games for the kids. Like every Hotel they charge for parking which was 40 dollars a night. We will definitely be stayimg here on our next trip.

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I had booked with them 3 months before going on my trip. Mind you, it was for my wedding. They had confirmed everything was good to go. But 9 days before my trip I was notified that the room was no longer available. How unprofessional and rude. I have never experienced anything like this. And on top of that they couldnt do anything for us. The people were unhelpful. Beware, you think your confirmed and that might not be the case.

Had a bit of a rocky start with some reservation confusion, but the Manager (Sean) corrected everything in a very eye level way. Yoke and Charles at the front desk were excellent and really made the family feel at home the entire time we were there. Definitely a highlight to the property! The two bedroom room suite was amazing and the beach walk right out the front steps were family friendly and filled with activities.I come home to Oahu as often as possible, but this was my first visit to those property. Would recommend and stay again.

Beach walk area is just a few blocks from beach and shopping. Plus dining and entertainment across the street. We enjoyed our free ukulele lesson at Wyndham Waikiki Beach Walk. The Royal Hawaiian is a few blocks away and a great photo Op.

It was a nice place. The rooms were clean and spacious. I just was not a fan of the loud AC units. There were two for our room. One inside& one outside. The nose could get pretty annoying.

NOT a good experience! Very unprofessional staff. They canceled my reservation 3 days before my trip. Nobody could help me or return my calls. I had to find another place to stay at last min. Took forever to get my refund. Do not recommend booking this place.

Great location!Plenty of shopping & resto locations just STEPS away from the property.The pool is small and DEEP, but the beach is only a few minutes walk away.The staff is the best part of this place. Suuuuuper helpful for 1st time tourists.

Most everything about the resort was really great. The place was clean and well kept, the swimming pool was beautiful and fun. However, the one complaint is the plumbing to the shower. It trickles out instead of sprays out. Theres enough water coming out to get wet, but not enough to fully cover you or feel like youre getting cleaned off.

Stayed here on multiple occasions with family. Perfectly located with everything nearby.The rooms have always been clean and tidy. Staff are very polite and always helpful. Planning on staying here again in future vocations. 🤙🏻

We had a great stay. Customer service was outstanding. Close walking distance to the beach, and shopping. No need for a vehicle, unless you want to visit other places on the island. They practice very good CDC guidelines. They did not try to sell us more points, or really bother us at all. Who cant have a good time in Waikiki, but this is a good place to stay.

Nice 2 bedroom unit. I guess because of covid?, no room refresh. Have to request new towels everytime you need them, but staff is very responsive, accommodating and friendly. Valet parking only at $40/night. Pretty quick & efficient valet drop off and pick up. Smaller pool. Hot tub was under repair. During covid, must make reservation for game room & fitness center.

Cute small shopping plaza with Yard House and Roys perfectly located for a quick bite and conveniently located a 5 minute walk from the beach. They have some green turf for the kids to run around and they light the tiki torches in the evening for that extra ambiance.

Been a timeshare for a couple of years and the worst disappoint mint. When I came herePlace wasnt like the place in website, had to fix the hot tub and when I want to watch a movie off my phone with chrome cast, they said I have to pay for it 😡 I been paying maintenance fees and monthly fees for years and this is what I get...

Fantastic service and great location. Our room was a one bedroom suite. The amenities and room were a little dirty but the service made up fir it. We are easy going people. If you’re high maintenance then this place may not work for you. I’d rather stay in a 4 star room with great service, as opposed to staying in a 5 star resort with weak service. The service was great - my compliments. The resort is located in walking distance from everything on Waikiki beach. We ate at this great crepe place (Cafe Glacé) just outside the hotel doors for breakfast most morning and ate at the Yard house twice. Aloha.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Valet staff was amazing, taking great care of the vehicle and quickly retrieving it multiple times a day. I will stay here next time I am in Hawaii.

Everyone is super nice. They charge 38 bucks a day to park. I get that its normal but come on. Especially for owners.Update: you could improve it today. Im still at your property for 3 more days.

Close to the beach not on the beach. Had to pay 38.00 to park. Room was OK. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Everything was very congested though. The microwave did not work. And they were very pushy about trying to see their timeshare. Had a balcony but view was of a parking lot.

Marvelous, relaxing. Missed amenities due to covid-19 restrictions, but overall great place and staff.

Great location and rooms, but what ruined my experience was that a member of my travel party was discriminated against by members of the hotel staff. In an attempt to get new room keys, they preyed on this Hispanic person (who is an owner of a timeshare here) and wouldnt give her any keys back. Essentially, they locked her out of the hotel, leaving her to frantically call us to come down and mitigate the situation. The manager would not look into the situation and would not compensate us or even just give us an extension for check out. They were not accommodating, or apologetic in the slightest. Simply awful customer service.

I am so disappointed I have to change my review. The front desk staff was completely discriminatory and the manager was no help. We had to change out our keys and when we handed them over they would not give them back. They wouldnt believe my mother with her Hispanic accent was the owner. They said we were out of luck because they thought we stole the keys. They refused to give them back until my dad came down to argue and show them we are owners. Such a horrible thing we have to deal with in this day and age.

Friendly people, however we did find a few friendly creatures which we did report and the only thing that was done was offer us to spray, oh and they did send a bottle of champagne as the manager continued his explanation of why and how and why... def one of the lesser resorts Ive stayed at...

The rooms are amazing. We didnt go to the pool, but the staff were kind and made our stay very nice. I love that there are so many options around the hotel to pick something up, get starbucks, Or just take a nice walk. We are very happy to be visiting again soon!

Was a clean place to sleep, with comfortable beds and bedding.Had a kitchen in ours was nice except the microwave didnt work.Right in the heart of shopping Waikiki.Was a few blocks from the beach.Very small pool area. You had to reserve it in order to use it.No help booking anything which was quite disappointing. Parking was valet only Valets were great had your vehicles quickly, even helped with taking roof off jeep.Overall not the wyndham experience Im accustomed to. But not terrible.

Nice. But not up to the usual standards of Either Worldmark or Wyndham. Seemed a little small, a little bit of a walk to the beach (or any where) people were friendly.

We reserved a 1 bedroom suite and we sure didnt get anything close tothe picture. Small room, very small balcony, pushy salesman, had to squeeze sideways between the counter and end table, could hear cars honking all day and night.

Cool spot and very convenient. It is close to all the restaurants and the beach.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Our one bedroom suite has everything we need to cook in the kitchen and have a comfortable stay.

Due to covid things were a little different, but for the most part it was a clear place and the receptionist was nice and the house keeping was quick when we asked for more towels and coffee.

Club wyndham waikiki Beach is a 2 tower property with 2bed2ba units with ocean views. Well kept and clean rooms... very polite and professional employees. There is overnight parking on site at $30/night for owners...guests are $40/night. Great location to many beaches short walk away...central to many amenities within walking distance too...try Eggs and Things yummy breakfast. Large ABC convenience store very close to club wyndham is surprisingly good for fresh cooked meals at decent price and they have everything you might need like a mini Walmart. The crepes place right next door is very good and their Gelato is freshly made daily and taste fantastic. We tried the Breakout Room down on the street floor and that was good family fun for about $100 for 4 of us. Try the udon restaurant within walking distance good food great price.

Big and comfortable rooms with full kitchen, close to everything even though most places are now closed due to covid...even the beach sand left!

One roombed is terrible most of the experience was okay

Our one bedroom condo was adequate but had some mechanical issues. No ice machine with a loud refrigerator engine, not constant but randomly at night. Washing machine was also very loud when trying to wash clothes. Best part was having John chia, hospitality manager listen to our concerns about Wyndham and their high pressure sales presentations no matter what property we visit. If you are a single owner and married, the spouse is still required to attend sales presentations. This does not sound like a 21st century way to do business so I will NOT participate in them anymore AND how much longer I will stay in Club Wyndham will probably be for a shorter time than the years of the future that I once thought it would be.

Great staff Great access to food and beaches

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. This place is amazing. The staff is absolutely incredible and go out of their way to make you feel like your a part of the family. Jake, Terry and all the people at the concierge desk went above and beyond to help my wife and I plan activities to do on the island. They always greeted us with a smile and a shaka. The pool and hot tub were both clean and well taken care of. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room had all the amenities of home. The location is a great spot for access to a ton of restaurants and shopping. Melissa from the sales department was amazing during our owners meeting.We had an incredible time, and are sad to have our time here in Hawaii come to an end.

Location, location! Amenities are a bit short but the location is excellent in our opinion. Rooms are nice and comfortable with most kitchen things you might need.Because there are tall buildings surrounding, there isnt much time when there is sun at the pool but the beach is very close.

This is a membership resort located within walking distance of Waikiki beach. It is also within walking distance of many restaurants and stores. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I happened to be there while a major hurricane was brewing and management kept their guests informed and safe. The apartment was very clean, well stocked, and quiet.

I booked a trip to stay at Waikiki Beach Walk and, because of the COVID-19 epidemic, I am forced to cancel it as no flights are allowed in or out of Hawaii during the time I booked for (May). In light of the travel ban restrictions, I requested a refund but they are refusing to refund me- they are only offering a PARTIAL credit to be used at a later date. Im surprised that a business would kick someone down when we are supposed to be banning together to help one another. Very disappointed and would NEVER recommend booking here.

Only parking available is valet for $40, rip off. Even though we were guests, not owners, we had to pay a ”timeshare” tax. Rooms are spacious and well maintained.

Great Location in the middle of Waikiki but not on the approx 500 from beach maybe a 2 minute walk. One thing weird about this place was the pool. Its a adult people deep pool 7.5 deep end and shallow end is 5 feet deep. Units are very nice.

2 stars because the employees were so great, and every request we made was done quickly and with a smile. The rest of the experience was not great. Bed was horrible, my back still hurts. View was of a parking garage and other hotels. Location was not great. Shower had abysmal water pressure. We had a 100% better experience at the Hitlon Village a year ago. Over all, not impressed by Wyndham properties at all. Their timeshare rooms are a huge rip off. Stay away

This place is in a great location. Employees are exceptional, kind, informative. The Aloha spirit is strong here. Close to everything in Waikiki.

Nice place. Nice rooms. A little walk to the beach. Not many views from the room as Waikiki is nothing but high rises and shopping. I would look Into one of their resorts on the north shore.
