Great staff Place could do with a bit of TLC however really great to have free parking and WIFI

Full disclosure, I didnt actually rent a room from this company, I live in the building, its condominium consisting of mostly full time residents like myself. That being said, I get to see how this rental company operates their business because I often interact with their customers and the owner and his manager are board members for the condominium association.Based on my regular interaction with the customers, I would remind potential customers to check their rooms thoroughly upon arrival, read the review just prior to mine for more information, I hear that issue more often than you can imagine. Also, the building is designated as no smoking but this company doesnt stop their customers from smoking in the rooms. If youre a nonsmoker, you may want to actually get into the room for a smell test before paying for it.I could go on and with issues Ive seen and heard regarding this company but Ill simply remind you that you get what you pay for.

Let me start off with the pictures you see of nice rooms.... They look like amazing rooms you get there and the room is completely different. Out of date gross locks on doors barely work. We got over that. But we stayed here for 10 days. We kept waking up with mosquito bites. After the 6 day we noticed a blood spot in the bed. We looked closer and around the beds. We found bed bugs. There was also weird looking bugs all over the curtains. For the price you pay your definitely expecting it to be clean. There is no one that sits at the front desk. 100$ if you lose the key. Check out was a little complicated doesnt really tell you how to do it you gotta figure it out yourself. Now we gotta be careful with our clothing and luggage and have to worry about bringing their bed bugs back to our houses. Other then that. Hawaii was amazing.

Great place for a Vaca rental.

It is a very secure building in the middle of shopping and restaurants and a short 2 blocks from Waikiki Beach. The condos are nice and comfortable with living rooms with a couch that makes into a bed, with a nice kitchen And bedroom with a double bed. There is a safe to put your valuables in that only you know the combination that you put in. The bathroom has a washer/ dryer in it. The view I saw from my window was diamond head and a water stream in front of a golf course.

Love the facilities they offered. The view of the Canal and the mountains is awesome. Conveniently located within Waikikis shopping centers and beach as well bus stops

Good place to stay with my family. They have everything in the room: washer, dryer, an extra mattress, a couch that can be converted into a bed, a kitchen, plates, blender, silverwares, and a microwave. Its good for people who travel under budget. People can buy food and cook in the room. I will stay there again.

You got to like the location and the rooms are very nice. Although there isnt a front desk to check in their is always someone to assist you. Management is in appointment 1409. The cleaning personnel are super nice and efficient. I find it very pleasant to stay here however theres one major PROBLEM AND THERE IS NO OPERATIONAL FIREALARM SYSTEM AT THIS TIME. A SIGN HAS BEEN POSTED IN THE ELEVATORS TO MAKE YOU AWARE OF THE SITUATION. PRESENTLY A FIREALARM SYSTEM IS BEING INSTALLED. COMPLETION IS SCHEDULED FOR THE END OF SEPTEMBER. WAIKIKI BEACH CONDO MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL IN MAKING EVERYONE AWARE. THEY ARE GREAT PEOPLE. I LIKE THEM. NUI ALOHA TO THE MANAGERS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES.

Theyre all security lock doors great place to stay when on vacation theyve got a very nice pool upstairs on the roof enjoyable experience.

My first stay at the Condos. Right in the middle of Waikiki surrounded by great views and food places

Dealing with the manager of this place was a nightmare. Do not give theses shady people your credit card info, they will over charge you and act rude to you when you call them on it. I was quoted $100 a night and when I talked to the manager about extending my stay.... She said no problem at all, then she suddenly had a problem w me when I noticed my account was overcharged and I called her on it.... Then she started screaming at me.... Very unprofessional and I would never give these unorganized jerks my business if it was my only option.....

It was a good condominium for the price. I think its good to go with friends, not family! !! It is a convenient location to go anywhere because it is in the city. There are no people at the front desk, so please do so at your own risk. Not suitable for spoiled Japanese!

I am satisfied with all the facilities but it is a pity that the swimming pool is not managed.
