My daughter and I took out first trip to Hawaii this summer and booked this snorkeling tour. We had an amazing time! We swam with about 40 dolphins, saw sea turtles and beautiful colorful fish. We also had fun going down the slide into the ocean as well as jumping from the second deck of the boat. They also had the paddle boards which was an added bonus. I definitely recommend this tour! The guides were kind and funny. Definitely a must if we go back!

I cannot recommend this place enough - My family (two adults, two teenagers and a 6yo) had the BEST experience. When it was time to get in the water with the dolphins our six year old lost a flipper, got a little panicky in the water, and started to make it so my husband was missing out - the crew took our daughter and swam with her the rest of the time. She made a best friend in Sua (sorry spelling?!) and ended up LOVING every moment - and our whole family got to enjoy the dolphins, get great pics, and have fun. Sua also sat with her on the boat and let her dangle her legs in the waves - while also making sure she was safe. The rest of the crew was so friendly and amazing as well - we felt like family. This is a memory we will never forget and something we plan to do every time we come!

I booked a dolphin tour with them but they canceled on the tour due to their boat breaking down. I paid $310 for 2 people. Even though they canceled the tour due to their own issue, they didnt give me refund. I called them and they verbally agreed to give me the refund but the money never came back. They are a thief. Im reporting them to police if they dont give it back to me. I will keep you all posted on this.

This was a great experience. We saw so many dolphins! Once we got back in the boat to go to our next location, the dolphins swam alongside the boat for 5 min and basically performed for us. They were showing off. There also time to for other water activities. Great experience. I wish the boat was a little cleaner, but overall, I had a great time.

We had an amazing time Snorkeling with Turtles and fish. The Cap and the 2 mates ( Sorry Forgot the names ) were beyond great! We had an awesome time!, actually since the pick up, the Driver was great! We have being in good, bad and terrible tours... this was outstanding, they went far and beyond to make your trip amazing. My family had a great time. We live in a beach area and to impress us was not easy and they did. On a last note, the times are perfect! 10:00 am to 1:00 pm ... all the other tours were super early...Thank u so much we had a an Amazing time and great memories!! Mahalo!

Im a local so usually dont do these tours but I absolutely love this tour. Its just their level of service, cleanliness of the boat, comfortable transportation/bus pickups, and its very cool swimming so close to so many turtles. 🐢🐢🐢

I made a reservation for this tour in early April.  The tour was supposed to come with free transportation from Honolulu to the harbor.  While my family and I waited in the spot for more than an hour after 5:30am, the driver failed to pick us up.  We kept calling the driver but he dropped my calls (!) and then said that he was looking for us somewhere else (a location different from the one mentioned in the receipt).Then, I called our travel agent who reserved this tour (Kelsey) and she said just take a taxi and get there on time, and then the tour will reimburse you for this.  We paid $140 for the taxi, but fortunately, we got there on time.The tour was good although we did not see much fish out there.  However, after our return, they did not respond to our calls and failed to process a refund for transportation fee.  While the tour is good, their customer service is extremely poor.

My family attended the activity tour, they came back with unappealing comments about the crew with their non stop rude yelling and had overwhelming smoke from what it seem like a “weed pen”, water was nice but the crew experience was hideous… I would not recommend this tour experience for FAMILIES

The crew was amazeballs!! So helpful, friendly and it showed they love what they do. It was a bonus to be able to visit with the animals in their own habitat. If I get the chance to go again I definitely would! Yuriko was so sweet, the crew was amazing, captain friggin hilarious and Nick took amazing photos!!

Sean, Brandon, Papa and Sasha were absolutely incredible! I can’t say enough amazing things about this tour and the experience. It was one of the best things I’ve done. Papa was determined to find us dolphins and he delivered! We saw a family of 100! Sean and Brandon we’re informative, fun, funny and showed us around while snorkeling.I would recommend this tour to ANYONE and I would definitely do another tour with them. Y’all rocked!

We had such an amazing time on this tour! The tour guides worked extra hard to make sure we all saw dolphins and even sea turtles on our tour. They pour their heart and soul into this experience and it really shows. Our tour was delayed due to an accident on the highway, but they quickly shifted the mood with their family and friendly welcome on the boat, followed with a beautiful and moving prayer to the ocean with gorgeous flower to toss into the ocean once we finished our prayer. Because we were delayed to start, Papa safely caught up to the dolphins and we were safely guided into the ocean where we swam with the dolphins. Papa really makes this tour feel authentic to the Hawaiian culture. It was so surreal to swim and look down to see a family of dolphins freely swimming in the wild ocean. We brought our 1 and 3 year old daughters and they made us feel so welcome, assuring us of our safety every step of the way. Yuriko helped our daughter into the water and Brandon did as well- watching over us to make sure we werent drifting too far from the boat. Brandon even came out into the waters to help pull us in when my daughter had enough, knowing that we were drifting further away. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone including families with young children. You will be looked after- they have small little life jackets and snorkel gear that fit our 3 year old. We even saw whales play peek-a-boo on our way to Waianae. We are so happy we chose this particular tour, it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, we really did love where they took us!

Sean, Brandon, the captain “papa” were awesome. They made the experience ten times better than it already was. Saw dolphins and whales. Overall really amazing experience for the whole family. Highly recommend over any other company.

I was looking for a tour group that did a wild dolphin experience and this was the one I chose to go with. The staff, overall, were very nice and rather friendly. I have no complaints there. However, I had a number of other complaints that I think should be addressed.1. There wasn’t a huge emphasis on respecting the animals’ space. Several people got within inches from a sea turtle and others were touching it. Only when people were touching it did they say to respect its space.2. One of the crew members, I think the photographer, would constantly blow bubble rings, one at the turtle this time. I caught a video of it and you can clearly see the bubble rings spook the turtle when it touches the flipper.3. This same crew member also picked up a star fish from the bottom of the 30-40ft reef and had everyone take photos with it. I was offered but I declined. It doesn’t really feel right to be picking up even something minute as starfish just to take tourist photos with it.4. The pricing was a bit much for me to come back again. I paid about $320 for two people. The photos at the end were an additional $50. I personally feel as though those should be included in the already higher price.5. Seeing the dolphins was madness. When we finally spotted them, it was like jumping off a military plane. We all geared up and waited for the captain to scream “GO!” One by one, we all jumped in as quickly as possible. People were told to stay closed packed together so all you really got to see were people’s butts and fins and the occasional group of dolphins. Don’t think you’ll get nice photos of them. Because you won’t for those reasons. But that’s where they get you with the $50 photo package.6. This one isn’t a huge deal but I think they definitely should spruce up their vessel a little bit. People were climbing over stuff and over seating and railing to jump off the top of the boat. That just screams safety hazards to me. The seats could definitely afford to be cushioned as well. Not exactly the most comfortable of seating for this trip. I chose to stand for most of it.Overall, I would not do this tour again. I realize not every tour is the same. But my experience went as such and I wasn’t entirely pleased. Please opt to see dolphins elsewhere too. NOAA highly advises against swimming with wild spinner dolphins as it is disruptive to the dolphins’ lives. Thank you for reading, if you did!

We had an amazing time on our dolphin/snorkeling tour December 26, 2018. The crew/guide was very fun and added to the experience. We saw dolphins, humpback whales, sea turtles on the tour and even Monk seals on the drive back to Waikiki!

The whole week we were in Hawaii this had to be the most memorable experience me and my wife had..Touching distance from dolphins,sea turtles,amazing tropical fish and reefs...The boat ride with Moutains cascading in the back ground made for awesome pictures and some great memories well never forget..

We had a fantastic experience with Iruka in November, 2020. Due to COVID restrictions, the hotel pickup and onboard lunch were not available, but the company made that clear prior to booking.The Captain and guides were friendly and professional for the entire trip, and interacted well with our entire family. We had a beautiful day for the tour, and while the dolphins were a little shy, the crew made sure we all got a chance to see several pods during the morning.The last stop to swim with the fish and engage in water activities was a blast. The kids loved the water slide and paddleboards.This tour company was fantastic.

It was a nice sunset trip to see some manta rays. The crew was very friendly and entertaining. The boat was good and not too big. When it came to snorkeling I thought that the boards with the lights could be a little better maintained and than we unfortunately had just a few sightings. Id next time do the scuba dive.

My recent experience with Hawaii Experiences exceeded all of our expectations! My young son (age 10), and grandmother (age 81) accompanied me for the Dolphin Swim last week with Captain Mike and his crew. Needless to say, I was initially a bit anxious about accommodating the large age span of my group and even my own nerves related to swimming in the open ocean. Allie was unbelievably kind and attentive. in fact my grandmother is telling everyone about her and how with Allies help, she at 81, jumped off a boat and into the Pacific open ocean and swam with wild dolphins! It was truly a life experience for all 3 of us. It couldnt get any better than that....wrong! It got even better still! Captain Mike knew just where to take us, and we were fortunate to see 10+ whales throughout our fun boat ride including an unfathomable experience with a young humpback calf and her family that is a memory that we will all treasure the rest of our lives. As you can see I feel strongly about this excursion. After 10+ trips to Hawaii, and countless other ocean excursion, this was the best HANDS DOWN! The staff made it so enjoyable and helped make is all at ease. If you do only 1 thing on your trip, have a Hawaiian experience!!!

Did not attend this tour, but had the misfortune of interacting with them on a recent personal dive at Electric Beach in Oahu. It was VERY upsetting to see one of the tour operators violently smashing sea urchin with his fin, upsetting an already delicate ecosystem, just so people could take pictures of fish swarming the area to eat the remains of the urchin. Im glad I was able to leave some feedback after taking note of the boat name. Before you book, Id consider looking at smaller scale companies that are passionate about maintaining harmony in the ocean that we have the privilege to share.

By chance I contacted Dolphin & Snorkeling tour. Without thought I made a decision with my gamily for spending time. But it is amazing and especially it was impressive that staffs made every effort for finding Dolphin point. Finally my family swam with Dolphins and Turtles. Highly Recommend!! Besides Staffs entertainment was so fun with tourists.

We did the mid-day dolphin trip. It was amazing! At least 100 dolphins seen! The crew treated us like family! I recommend it to everyone .

This was a really fun experience. We first went swimming with the dolphins and there were TONS of them in a group. Then we went to a different side of the shore and snorkeled. Finally, we jumped on some slides. I even practiced some free diving by myself and the instructors were very nice. Notably was John. I asked him for help with my free diving and he gladly helped me. All in all, it was a really fun experience that I totally recommend you must do if you ever come to Oahu.-Niki and Sohum

Tour is heavily geared towards Japanese tourists, which is not a problem at all, but just meant we were often a little confused by instructions - as they were primarily given in Japanese.The boat staff were exceptional, and some of the most genuinely lovely people I’ve met in Hawaii. Overall it was a fun day, but a bit expensive. The reason the rating is so low is that photos at the end cost USD$50. Which, come on. That’s insane.Beware! Photos you receive are NOT worth this amount!

Great awesome friendly staff! Michael was the best guide ever so energetic everyone worked so well with us! We got to see dolphins and turtles lots of fish!! So beautiful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Them!! You will not be disappointed!

We did the manta night snorkel through them and it was a blast! Went out on their 20ft zodiac for about a 25 minute ride out to the manta Rays. On the way we saw a pod of spinner dolphins. The crew was very well versed and knowledgeable. They truly made the experience enjoyable. Once we got there and got in the water, it was amazing. We waited to get in the water until the plankton built up under our flood light. The water can be chilly but totally worth it once you see the mantas! They also had hot chocolate for us back on the boat! The only recommendation I have is remember to bring a towel or change of clothes because we forgot end were a little wet on the drive back to the hotel.

I came with my daughters and daughter in laws. We were 8 ladies.We had a great experience. Our guide Cody was informative and careful with us as most of us had never done this. Captain Henry was determined to find the Spinner Dolphins and we saw so many. They were jumping and spinning. It was a sight. We saw Turtles. Snorkeling was amazing. All the crew made sure we were safe and dived and brought things from below to show us. We had a great day. I highly recommend this tour and this company. Thank You Iruku!

We went out with Iruka Hawai’i experiences on Sunday 10/21/2018 and had a wonderful time. We chose to go out on the 10:30 am dolphin excursion on the boat Island Princess because we had gone with them before on that boat many years ago. The boat has changed a bit but the magic of the experience is the same. We saw dolphins 3x, turtles, many colorful fish and even got to play with an octopus thanks to our awesome guide JB. I wish I knew how to post photos with this review but I will be sure to do so on Trip Advisor and on Yelp -if I can figure out how🤣!

Staff was super fun and friendly! & The sea life you get to see is so awesome! The water isnt cold at all, plus they help you out if you wanna swim deeper.. highly recommend!!! You get SO CLOSE to the dolphins and sea turtles

For Koreans, there is a Korean guide, Seon.I was worried about my wife who couldnt even swim 1, but she was kind and cheerful and helped me to have fun watching dolphins and turtles.If even one person remains in the water, he himself will not come out of the water. It was the best tour guide Ive ever done. The guide Seon is highly recommended!

It was my first time snorkeling and I was completely satisfied! There are a lot of Japanese tourists in Hawaii, but there are some Korean representatives who dont feel alienated by Korean visitors and thank you very much for taking care of them !! It seems that snorkeling for turtles is not well known to many Koreans going to Hawaii yet. Its a rare experience to see more than 10 endangered sea turtles !!
