Called in to get service, someone answered but asked that I email my request. It didnt say that anywhere on their website or in any paperwork.Even a letter, email, customer site visit, or something notifying us of the change would have saved us all time and frustration.Once emailed, response time was quick with follow up emails, but I still think a quick phone discussion for a quick troubleshoot would have been faster than email tag.
Im back on the mainland now and I sure am missing my Converged Service! You are all amazing and worth every penny!!
