Jamar spent three and a half hour helping me transfer information fir one phone to another. There was a glitch. He was extremely kind. He is also very, very smart so he was able to successfully complete the transfer of information. You are lucky to have him. I hope he gets a big raise.

Service used to be 5 stars. Last week new employees arrived and they charge (even a blind person) to do simple adjustments on my phone. They want to charge me $30. I refused. They also have no way to print out a copy of your bill. They took a screen shot with my phone. Of course, no agency will help you like that. I then came back to the store wanting to prepay my bill. The gentleman though young, was pleasant and kind.

Jamar was very helpful and presented excellent customer service. He was very understanding of my phone issue of being locked and gave me a good solution. I was not able to look up my account or chat with a representative online and so he was able to go over with my plan being positive that I have all content saved. He also let me know about any specials and I was able to open another line on my account with no hassles.. Very friendly and professional representative. I would definitely recommend this location for everyone and see Jamar. Another plus is that this location was open while other locations were closed. Much Mahalos!

Kimo at Verizon Kapahulu was spectacular! His customer service was great he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I knew he at my best interest in mind for what I needed. I would definitely go back to Verizon Kapahulu. The other reps that worked that day was great as well the teamwork and communication was spot on & comfortable.

I needed to get a new phone and phone plan as I was currently on a family plan. I had never gone through this process and while not a complicated one, the staff were knowledgeable and clearly explained any questions I had. Staff was friendly and honest, not trying to sell me every little bonus feature they could. They listened to what I was looking for in a new phone and plan, and helped me pick the best set up. The process took some time but they were friendly and easy to talk to during my whole experience. I mostly worked with Rob during the process. He was professional and easy to communicate with. The store as a whole observed the standard social distancing practices of these current times and adhered to the use of face masks. Solid first experience and will be returning to them for anything else I may need.

Jonah did great! Solved me issue with my phone and also explained the differences of the new model. Got the upgrade and he explained the importance of getting a good case and screen protector. I also never knew about portable chargers either! I used to go to Costco for Verizon needs hit definitely will come back here again in the future

I went there two days in a roll. Jonah was very helpful on both days. He knew I had busy schedule, so he had everything ready for me the next day. On the second day, When I walked in Jonah and Harley very friendly. Other store I go to, I feel over whelmed by them just standing there all trying to help me at once.They Jonah and Harley, were very aware of social distant and keeping the store clean.Harley was very helpful setting up my phone.

4/29/2020My wifes phone had died and we went to the Kapahulu Verizon for assistance. We were extremely fortunate to get the store manager Jonah to assist us. We were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism . He transitioned us into a new I-Phone with limited effort on our part. He was thorough in explaining our options and promotions without feeling any obligation or pressure. The service we received was outstanding. Thank you to Jonah for making what may have been an unpleasant situation into a walk in the park.

The Verizon representative (Im sorry that I did not get his name) was very helpful. I had received a text message earlier today that I had used up my data plan for the period ending March 13. He quickly reviewed my account and informed me that I could switch to an Unlimited Data plan at the same price (possibly a couple dollars more per month). That definitely was music to my ears! Mahalo Verizon!

2 customers, and it took 40 minutes to buy a cable. Do not EVER use this store, ever. Seriously. Worst. Ever. Fly to the Mainland. It’s faster. Build your own factory and manufacture a cable. It would be faster. Have a child, wait for them to grow up and buy you a cable for Christmas. It would be faster. Die, and come back in another lifetime when cables are no longer used. It would be faster. Worst customer service in the history of the planet earth.

Jonah help me out yesterday for upgrading my phone. I ended up paying extra $256 for all the freebies he offered, which he said was all promo and he gonna give it for free. It happens so fast that he did not even print out any receipt. Gonna go back here and return everything. He even put a $50 worth of liquid protector which i dont think he put in because i know it takes time to do it & he just did it like about 2 min! I know im not getting my money back for that but atleast i get to return the rest and get my money back!

I lost my phone so she helped me buy & set up a new one. I thought all my contacts and photos were gone forever but Sharlynn managed to get them for me. They are all on my new phone now!

Best employees ever!! Needed to switch away from T-Mobile immediately and we were able to decide based on great recommendeds of our needs!! I had my granddaughter with me which can get kind of annoying when youre trying to do business of getting a new phone but all the Verizon staff helped out with her through my purchase! It was amazing experience, Sharlyn, Robert, and Adrian not only tag team to allow me to focus on my purchase but still remained very professional while helping other customers in the office!

I would say 0 Stars!It is not an actual Verizon Store, theyre Sub Contractor who literally have no Idea what theyre doing!Do not ever trade youre phone in, they lost mine and it took 3 Months to find it, they where about to charge me for the phone that I traded in!Check you Contract if they really applied to Promotion they promised!Just a bunch of unprofessionals who dont know what theyre doing!

Went to this Verizon store to upgrade my phone, and the process could not have been easier! The guys in there are super friendly and professional, and they made the whole experience enjoyable. The other Verizon stores arent bad, but Ill always go to this one from now on! Went into the store, 2 associates, working, helping customers, sitting at their desk. I walked in no body look at me, I sat down on a comfortable chair, for about 15 minutes, the 2 employees kept talking to their customer. No body said hello, boo, or we will be with shortly. Sat their like a dummy, starring at the employees. After 15 minutes of waiting and no acknowledgement, I left the store, the handi cap door button does not work also. I will pay off my bill, and move on. My visit was to up grade my phone, and have my cousin purchase a new phone . Cousin is with ATand T. Told my cousin how satisfied I am with Verizon, that is why she was thinking of joining Verizon. To late now, experience a bad visit with this store. I will never visit this store again. Thinking of changing, to another. 😱

Wonderful employees at this location! Both the manager and assistant manager went out of their way to ensure that we had a great experience. I will no longer be going to any other location. I just got a 500$ samsung and the new update broke it and as soon as I had mentioned I spent money the guy told me to just buy a new phone because he knew I had money to spend. There are some greedy people there trying to make money off customers for commission as oppose to actually helping them. Paying customers should get taken care of not forced to spend more money.
