I have personally had a great experience with TSH. I signed on with them before started my new business on the recommendation from my neighbor. From the start I felt that Gordon was highly competent and confident. Tammy the receptionist and Sam the accountant are always following up with me when I lose track of what I’m supposed to submit, pay or sign. I never feel guilted or pressured - even when I have no clue what’s going on. I came to them with a huge mess of backlogged taxes and they patiently helped me sort through everything and got it done for me. I also find their prices to be very reasonable for the quality of work they provide. The main reason I’m writing this review today is that I see that the current reviews are not reflective of my experience with this business. I highly recommend them!

I rarely ever leave reviews but due to poor service I feel I must. I Used Tax Services of Hawaii last year because they had good reviews. Since I started with them, I have had many problems with their services. They filed my taxes late, 2 months after I sent them all my information. They said they were waiting for me to stop in the office and sign some papers, which was impossible because I told them I was living abroad for the next four months. Now I have a $750 bill for late charges and they refuse to even split the bill. This is aside from the fact that they didnt even file my taxes properly and now I have to amend them. They offered to put the fees towards this years filings but why would I want to use them again after such a bad experience!! Felt like they were overwhelmed with clients and just rushed through everything which leads to mistakes.
