Excellent response to creating my return; good patience - not happy that I was moved from Kemoo to Pearlridge and then to Kapiolani offices, but I understand why due to Covid-19. Otherwise, submitting documents on line was easy and quick.

They changed my appointment with Kathy without letting me know so now I cant get taxes done when I planned the time to do them. I wouldnt normally leave bad review but I set this appointment up a month ago and even confirmed it five days ago. But other than that had a great experience last year when I had to file.

I will get a refund when I was expecting to pay.

After spending more than $400 at H & R Block, I didnt even get a thank you at the end of it all. Sure would have appreciated it. Maybe some swag. A coffee mug. Sunshade for my car. After filing taxes, I went to the bank. The bank told me my tax return via direct deposit would not go through because your employee only input 8 of my 10-digit account number. She failed to include the first two zeros of the 10 digit account number. I went back to H&R Block to tell her of the mistake. She then gave me the number to call the IRS. What about the State number? She said to prepare for a long phone call.

Because everyone there was very helpful and friendly. And it was very quick and easy to do my taxes
