Jake did such a great job with our taxes this year. We had some complicated situations and he easily suggested what was best for us to get a good return when possible. He was quick and responsive, very friendly and professional and made filing our taxes so easy.

I have been taking my taxes to Robert for about 8 years or so. He’s very professional yet personable. His work is thorough and always done in a timely manner. He also responds quickly if ever I reach out with questions or concerns. My taxes have some alternating info in them every year and he remembers to account for those as well. And Jane, she’s always so pleasant and also very thorough in all her work. I’ve never had any problems with either of them as far as being able to reach them or them returning calls. This is the only company I will go through. They really are an incredible team.

Robert has helped us with our taxes for the past 8 years. We lived in Hawaii but moved to Utah and he continues to be our tax guy. We have filed our taxes through TurboTax for the last couple of years but were nervous to attempt this year having bought our first home. Jane was extremely helpful and accommodating!! Be very careful with what you get here.From 2014 to 2018 I had my taxes done by RP. Then the state of Hawaii decided to make an audit on my taxes, turns out the way he did it was incorrect, and now I owe the state of Hawaii over 15k in back payments. He will not write a letter for you when you need or represent you. This is not the only complaint, if you look in Google, you will find another very similar storie.

I love Robert & his wife, they are kind & professional .every year I always go to different places to do my taxes,but now I have just never been going any where else after I meet this two lovely people . If I could give zero starts I would . The receptionist I just got off the phone with made me feel very unintelligent and unknowledgeable . I’m 19 yrs old and this would be my first time filing my taxes and she wasn’t helpful at all . Had a lot of attitude in her voice and even hung up the call . I feel very embarrassed and I will not be going here at all . No family members, friends or friends of family members of mines will have to suffer such bad customer service from this firm again . First time calling and trying to see what this firm was about and she ruined it by making such a bad first impression .
