Scott Cappoen is very professional, fast, friendly and gives me and my wife peace of mind. We’ve been doing our taxes with him 3 years now and will be seeing him every year.

The people at the location I went to were friendly and helpful. I was a bit disappointed though because I heard a promotion on the radio about a good rate for Jackson and Hewitt from March 8th through March 15th and that was why I went by the 15th of March to get my taxes done by Jackson and Hewitt but when they were finished with the process they said the charges would be 200+, so I askes about the radio promotion and they said it ended on March 14th, I told the the radio said till the 15th, I was told by Jackson and Hewitt employee they tried to call the radio station to correct the date but no one at the radio answered their call. I was told sorry by Jackson and Hewitt but they were unable to give me the promotion deal because the promotion code was no longer available. Im a little disappointed that they couldnt find a way to give me the promotion deal or some other kind of discount because of an error on their end and the radios.

My tax professional was Shanel Samuelu she gave great, friendly service and didn’t rush the process. I recommend this location.

Went in to do my taxes. i usually do my own on Turbo Tax but decided to have someone trained do it for me this year to see if ill get back more. My lord did i get back more. Georgette helped me file it. She was super friendly, fast, and efficient. Made the process enjoyable cause usually id be trying to figure it out on my own. 10/10 would recommend seeing her at this location!

Staff here is fast and courteous. Georgette was extremely helpful and processed my refund quickly. She explained each step of the process in language that I could actually understand. I received my refund so quickly and it was loaded on an easy to use pre-paid card. In the past, my refunds were small so I was expecting to receive only $3,000, but my actual refund was almost double that amount. I will definitely be coming here every year in the future. I used to go to H&R Block but the service recently has been lacking so Im glad that I tried Jackson Hewitt this year. Its great that they are located conveniently in Walmart since I was there late in the evening (after 10pm) one night. I will definitely be filing my taxes here every year from now on. See Georgette if you want a friendly face who knows taxes!

Their service is awsome and i love how they are so professional. The only problem was that their system is what held them back, which made it more frustrating because i had to wait for so long and the workers had to redo everything. But other then their system problem they are a great help. I just do hope that their system does get fixed so that they can continue to do the awsome job they do.

Customer service was awesome as always but I was here at the store for 3 hours waiting for.my papers to be printed if was not for the service I would of been very upset dont get me wrong waiting here 3 hours was not fun or acceptable but the ladys made the 3 hours seem shorter fix your problem with the printer cause not everyone is as patient as me.

Do not file here they are the most unprofessional unhelpful people and they are all polys so if your micronesian they will rip you off and talk to you like you are stupid

The two local ladies working there looks ghetto and they don’t know what they are doing plus first thing first they will tell you you have to pay 50 dollars walking out fee if you don’t like the return and the price to do the taxes is between 500 and 400 😂like seriously
