They said that they didn’t have WiFi because they didn’t want business people sitting there all day. I was looking for a quiet place with good WiFi for a meeting and this was not it.

Friendly, great service! The staff is very willing and helpful. The USPS, UPS, FEDEX, AND DHL service offering is wonderful and not as crowded as the Post Office. This hidden gem is located on the ground floor of the Hilton Hawaiian Village Diamond Head Tower in the Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort.

Yes I am grateful for this post office I could not have had a more pleasant experience I know its a y e and Aloha is in the air everywhere but today we were all grateful for awesome grandmothers two people behind the counter and me I want to start selling stuff on eBay just so I can visit this post office daily

Amazing experience from the whole team at Xerox Business Center- Here for a conference and had some shipping issues from corporate to Hawaii. Resulted in needed some fast action- Everyone I interacted with went out of there way to make it happen. I needed some large signs/posters made by 7 am the next morning. Keep in mind I called them around 1 and by 3 when I stopped in they had already finished one and looked great. They then went on to call around and try and find me easels to us. Huge Mahalo to Monique, Noel, Edie, Kristy, Martin, and Fred.

Beware that if you have a package delivered to Hilton Hawaiian Vilage, they charge $25 - $75 per package to pick it up. The staff at the Xerox Business Center were the rudest most unprofessional people I met on my trip to Hawaii. Deplorable! Hilton needs to find a new partner to work with in Hawaii.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Can be a bit tricky to find, youre looking for the Xerox Business Center on the ground level of the Diamond Head Tower.

No stars for this business. It seems they charge you just to walk in the door. I prepaid to ship my sticks and the charge 35 dollars just to hold until UPS picks up. It used to be 10 dollars.
