They ensure that everything is running smoothly and give us constant updates and reminders. They think about the safety of our kids and will always remind us to stay out of the pool after a treatment. Highly recommended!

East Oahu Pools is a locally owned small business that is all about Service and Aloha. I was taking care of our pool until I just could not balance the chemicals correctly and wanted to ensure we had a safe pool for our keiki and dog. Erik is punctual, very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly, honest. They both from East Oahu so they know the environment well and that helps with the pool maintenance! I highly recommend their services if you have a pool or spa!

Eric has been taking care of our pool and spa for the last year and we are very happy with his services.**DOG FRIENDLY!!** Eric always keeps our dogs in mind, making sure to lock the gates every time, and our dogs really love him!We’ve really gotten to know Eric very well over the last year, we’re even friends with his wife now! They are awesome people and we enjoy catching up every week!

Very happy with Erik and Jens service. We have a small pool and I had been doing my own service and maintenance for a while and it was just getting to be a chore I wasnt keeping up with. I asked around and a couple of different people recommend East Oahu Pools pointing out that they had made the switch because their other pool company had become complacent and seemed like they were just dumping a bunch of chemicals in their pool and leaving without doing a through service.I can attest to the excellent service and can confirm that Erik measures the pool levels Everytime they come (yes I check the security cameras).I appreciate their professionalism, and quality of service and would definitely recommend.

I own a rental property and fired my old pool cleaner because they werent showing up when the house was vacant. Ive used East Oahu Pools for over a year now and Erik and Jen are on it. They show up every week and have excellent communication. I get sent text reminders to fill the pool which I always forget to do. Erik and Jen are honest nice people and I trust them a lot.

Ive been around pools and have worked with them my entire life. As a swimmer, I know the frustration of not having optimal water quality. Erik and Jens consistency and reliability are second to none. They are personable, cheerful and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely one of the best pool services on Oahu.
