This is my 2nd time going there. The staff are very chirpy and their customer service is top notch. They do take social distancing into consideration and take the necessary precautions that are needed. They take walk ons and appointments. By a stroke of luck Ive done walk ons and was able to get my manicure done. Of course I am definitely going to go back and my nails redone.

A &A is a great nail salon! They are friendly, helpful, and kind. They do beautiful work. The staff was very gracious to my daughter-in-law and entertained my infant grandson when he woke up. They go above and beyond!

A yelper Kira B.s account of the incident she posted is totally wrong. The salon staffer asked the boyfriend to wait outside since his pedicure was done before her. The States covid-19 mandate requires limited number of people of 10 at one time to maintain social distancing. She insisted her BF to stay with her. Having to limit the number of people protects them, the staff and other customers from covid-19. Her disregard for the States social distancing mandate and safety and health of people near her just so her BF can be with her. That is being inconsiderate and violates the states mandate which could have the salon cited.Her issues with her nails is problem she should have addressed at the salon where someone could have corrected the problem. She is a just disgruntled customer posting bad review of this salon.

I always have an excellent experience especially if I have my favorite girl. Do my nails every time,And I try to wait for her I know shes always busy our next time when shes not busy thank you very much

Omg! Only $90 for full set eyelash extension. And $45 for refills. Amazing deal. Other places with staff who knows how to do eyelash that does bad extensions ever and charges over $200!. TIp: If yours lash specialist takes more than 1h 30 or 2 hr to do a full set they dont know what they are doing. Get out fast as you can or they will ruin your lashes....Here Lucy does a fantastic lashes under 1h 30m for full set. Ask for Lucy she is wonderful.

I was recommended this place by a friend. I have to say she steered me in the right direction. If you love getting acrylic nails or exciting designs then I highly recommend this place. If your looking for great acrylic nails I suggest asking for Kelly. There are some men who work there that I think do a great job! However, they usually dont leave me with nails I love...thats just my opinion though.If you have any doubts about this place...lets just say I drive all the way from Kaneohe each time to get my nails done here.lol.*Attached is work by Kelly. Very good price and professionally done eyelash. Ask for Lucy. Best to call and make an appointment to set up a time. walk in are welcome but you will end up waiting. Paid Parking in the back for $0.75 /hr parking or street parking meters. They dont charge you a fee for missing appointments like other places.

Great customer service from T. She did my mani and pedi with nail gel polish for $50. This place is reasonable and does a great job. Polish stays on chipping.

Best pedicure I’ve ever had. They actually took time to massage my feet which is primarily the reason I get a pedi. The prices are better than most places as well. Definitely will be making this my new pedicure spot!

It was ok at first then when people started lining up, the quality of service went down significantly. I felt like they did the bare minimum and that I was rushed out. Not going back.

Worst nail service ever. Acrylic or gel polish is their preference. If you ask for a regular nail polish manicure, theyll force you to upgrade to gel or another option. They dont have a sufficient nail drying device so they use an old dirty fan that blows dust. My nails were ruined by the dust particles but they didnt bother to fix it and told me that I should have just listened to them by doing gel polish. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Charges extra $5 for matte finish.

Tsing did my nails. I think thats how she spelt it, lol. She did mine, as well as my aunts. She did great! I didnt have a lot of money so I got the mani&pedi for $30 for each of us. Tsing didnt rush through our nails. She took her time and even joked with us to make us laugh. Ive been here a few times now and I dont have any complaints. All the staff are honest and helpful. Great prices and in my area. Perfect.

The staff was very loud speaking Vietnamese which made us feel like we were being talked about. They seemed angry...dont people know its RUDE to speak a language that others dont understand? Happens way too much everywhere

Ive been going to A&A practically since they opened Lynn is amazing. Always squeezes me in even when I dont have an appointment and every one always greets me with a smile never going to go to a different nail salon.

Good quality nail painting but they dont honour appointments or sanitise their equiptment properly. they try to take in as many customers as possible and therefore dont care about the customers desires. hard to understand the vietnamese accents.

I made an appointment for my mom and I to get pedicures and I needed a gel nail fill. When we got there they didnt let us get our pedis together. The girl who did my nails didnt understand that I wanted gel nails not acrylic, not gel polish, gel nails. I felt like she started acting super weird after I told her I was a tourist. She took off my polish and instead of filling them she put on gel polish and then told me she filled them(I also do nails, I didnt tell them that but I should have to to get a good service) she tried to charge me $36 for literally just doing a polish change when even if she did a real fill the board said 23. They were very unprofessional and rude. I have never ever been picky about my nails but they are so lumpy and uneven I cant even believe they sent me out the door like this. Very very disappointed.

I was really not impressed! They cut my skin beside my toenails and made me bleed! My big toes are so swollen it hurts to put closed toed shoes on!!! My friend and I would NEVER recommend this place. Worst pedicure ever!
