Many perfect manicures and pedicures after I’m finally leaving a review!I’ve lived in Honolulu for 8 years and 6 of them I had been trying to find a nail salon that would do a good job on my nails. Some were bad, some were better, I pretty much gave up on finding a place I would look forward to going until I stumbled upon Gradient Nail.Every time I go it’s a perfect experience and I leave feeling happy with my experience. The best part for me is consistency of their work. Doesn’t matter who you get, they will follow their procedures to the T, you will get the exact same quality, exactly 2 minutes of massage per hand/foot, the exact same price for every service. They stand behind their work and you can count on long lasting results or they will fix it for you (only had to do it once in 2 years),I personally love Julie and Vina, but they all do amazing job!

The ladies at this salon were so kind and accommodating! I was looking for a nail place last minute before going to the airport and this location was perfect. Not only were they able to get me and and my little girl in right away, they also were so helpful and efficient to get us done to get to the airport on time. They were all so sweet, despite how busy they were and did a fantastic job on our pedicures and my manicure. And Sara was really fun to talk to. I would definitely come back to this salon.

If youd like a case study on fantastic customer service, this is the place to go. My service (gel manicure and pedicure) was professional, well done, and has lasted weeks, but thats not why Im writing this review.Where Gradient stood out was in delivering a great service plus making the experience feel personalized and thoughtful from start to finish. They were organized and clean, had so many color options, the service was done efficiently, and they made sure expectations were clear.The location itself doesnt look over-the-top fancy, but dont let that fool you! The service was a luxury experience from start to finish, and they had reasonable prices as well (I would have paid twice as much for the quality of the experience here!).This is an absolute find. Thanks for doing a great job!

I was impressed at their timeliness and their quality of service! Usually after a pedicure, it doesnt take long for my feet to go back to normal. After visiting Gradient Nail, my skin is still smooth!

I had my manicure and pedicure done here a few days before my wedding. The staff were very helpful, professional and more importantly did an impeccable job on my nails. They were very friendly and said all the right things that you should say to a stressed out bride a few days out from the wedding! My mum and sisters also had appointments and everyone was very happy. My nails still look fantastic and its been 10 days!! (pictured below)

Very nice, Jenny and Kim took care of me. I brought my own polish but the had a big selection. I went for basic and plain however they do a variety of nail art and have gel polish. I paid 44 plus tax and tip for my basic mani pedi. Very clean.

Got my nails done by Mia and i’m absolutely in love with them! I had a great experience and atmosphere and i’m so happy with my nails! Definitely best looking set i’ve had and I recommend this place for sure:)

They have 6 massage chairs while they do your pedicure and 6 stains for doing your manicure. I had the regular manicure and pedicure, price is a little bit higher than most places but they are friendly and my nail color is lasting longer than most places I go to.

At the last minute, (literally the day of) I decided to get my nails done before I went on a trip. They were able to take me that day and I have no regrets. The parking is easy and free. The location is very easy to find and convenient. The staff are friendly and are open to talking or not talking if you want. I kept my nails simple so I wouldn’t have to fuss but the work was good. And let me tell you, they stayed on for a LONG time (embarrassingly, I left it on for 4 weeks hoping I could peel it off but I ended up having to get them removed). I rarely get my nails done but if I had to I would definitely go back.

I like this nail salon. It’s ran like a tight ship, but it’s hard to book an appt at times. I like the nail art, the designs are current.

I got a basic pedicure and an eyebrow wax and am very satisfied with both treatments. My pedicure is really nice, smooth, no blemishes and my feet feel clean and rejuvenated.The lady who did my eyebrows was really sweet and personable and she did a great job preserving what fullness I have and cleaning them up to a nice shape.I am very happy with the quality of their services, the cleanliness of the shop and their prices are very reasonable. Ill be coming back!

Shop is clean, nail techs are very nice and customer service is great. They are not pushy!! Offered water upon services and very transparent pricing. Hailey (my nail tech) was fantastic!!!

If youre looking for the cheapest & fastest place to get your nails done, this wont be a good fit. However, if youre willing to pay a bit more, Kim & her sister are all about full service pampering. Its an indulgence, but the deluxe pedicure covers the usual scrub, hot towels, lotion, etc. But then they add a mask and the massage session is reasonably long - not the teaser you get in most places where they push you to extend for $10 extra. I cant get away to the spa very often, but this is where I go to give myself a treat. And BTW the sisters are hilarious! Its always good fun to chat, and the clientele they attract reflects their cheerful and humorous personalities.

My husband and I made an appointment for a couples, eye brow wax, royal mani and deluxe pedicure. It was great. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back. Make an appointment though, it is busy.

This place has excellent service! They are clean, and not pushy. Although it is in a small space I can’t complain! Make sure you make an appointment ahead of time and don’t be late!!!!

Don’t like this place at all. I made a appointment & they asked if I wanted designs & I told them yes. My appointment was set up then they called on my appointment day to push my appointment at an earlier time because the nail technician was available. I agreed, no biggie. But then I went there and I had to wait! plus while I was doing my nails, my nail technician who was a guy named Alex, didn’t do my designs. before you painted all my nails I asked him if he could do the design he said “no, next time when you make the appointment tell them so we know” He said he didn’t have enough time to get any designs because he was gonna go to someone else. EXCUSE ME? YOU called me here EARLY and now ya’ll don’t have time?! AND I told him, “I did tell them I wanted a design when I called” & he said “I don’t see it on my tablet” THEN he said “oh, it’s right here, yeah.” But since he was behind he said he could only do ONE design on ONE finger. So I definitely was NOT SATISFIED at all! I called & told them what I wanted specifically & they didn’t follow through on their part. so definitely not gonna get a recommendation from me.

Gradient nail salon came highly recommended. Staff members are super friendly, professional. Kelly is amazing did my Christmas Gels, they lasted 3 weeks and I love the new colors and designs they have, to create amazing nails, reasonable prices as well.Will go there from now on!!!

I first found Gradient Nail on Yelp. I was a little skeptical that it had 100+ reviews and ALL were five stars. Then I went there. Wow. Ive never had such amazing customer service. They accommodate walk ins and also take reservations. Ive had the deluxe pedicure, as well as regular pedicure and a gel manicure. They do everything they can to make you comfortable. You never feel as if the technicians are talking about you as in other places. I cant say enough great things about this salon - the customer service is impeccable, and my nails are AMAZING! Im now rebooking on a regular basis because I love this place so much. Thank you, Gradient Nail, for being such an amazing oasis for my hands and feet!

We were 10 minutes late and they cancelled our appointment without any attempt to contact us; when we showed up they said they gave our appointment away.The building is incredibly difficult to find and not very nice. Its small, cramped, and in a dirty area of the city. The staff were very rude and unaccommodating. I would avoid this place at all costs. Worst service I have ever received.

I ended up here on a whim and found a gem! Not much to look at from the outside but 5 star service for sure! Joohee greeted me by name and was so attentive, asking if needed water, a phone charger or help with the massage chair. We chatted about our dogs and places weve traveled while she did a wonderful pedicure! Best pedi Ive had in a long time! Cant say enough good things about this place.

If they dont answer your calls, dont bother leaving a message because 1. they wont call you back and 2. you can not even leave a message!

I highly recommend this place. I dont do reviews very often only for the places i absolutely love. Lily and Kim are the best. Love Kyle too(does my gel nails). Everyone here is all customer oriented, professional and fast. I cant express enough how much i am in love with this place. Its clean and neat, not to mention they are worth every penny. If you want maxium pampering, this place is where you put your dollars. I wish more nail salons were like this. Ive been a repeating customer since i walked through this door almost a year ago. No other nail places in ive been to can compare. If you dont believe me, experience it yourself. Then you will know what im talking about

I love my nails ! Except while I was looking for another nail salon I came across them and they gave me a hard time about being a walk-in, because I didnt make an appointment.. I originally went for a mani and pedi service. But they said they could only do one or the other ? So I said mani better and the woman insisted she wanted to start me on doing my pedi but couldnt guarantee to do both .. so I had to insist for my mani when that was the whole point of going to get my nails done. The girl I sat next to was getting her nails done too as we started talking she was gettting a hand massage and arm hand soak session that was part of her mani when I asked her what was that. When it came for my turn the girl gave me a short hand masssage and I did not get the hand soak like the other girl did ?.. I feel the price I paid of $62 for a gradient nail fade I deserved to get that special hand soak then when I asked if still had time for my pedi they said they could just change the color but not give me a service ?? Meaning to just put a color and not soak it or cut the cuticle or anything for $10. Ive never heard of that and it wasnt like they were busy ? So I obviously was dressed down in shorts and slipper being my day off from the hospitol, but still little did they know Im a nurse that was looking to treat myself . So I will be going to another salon in the future and making sure you walk-ins know the treatment that youll get if come across them . Getting nails done is not just about after effect but as much as the service while getting them done . Btw they had a cute setup with movies but if the people are nasty whats the point !
