We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and decided to get pedicures. We stumbled upon this spa. What a great find! The atmosphere is so inviting and relaxing. The staff are all pleasant and kind. The work and skill are amazing. We left with new feet and hands. I love this place! Thank you!

Recently moved from Chicago. Did research on local Nail Salons and found this Salon.Jenny was fabulous!.... Did a great job with my Dip Manicure. I am extremely picky. Jenny was attentive and meticulous with her work. She was very pleasant and engaging in communication. Made sure I was happy by asking questions throughout the manicure.Definitely recommend the Salon.

Best nail salon in Hawaii Kai. These ladies are hard working, detail oriented and fantastic at what they do! Keep up the good work, I’m a five year customer and have never had a bad service from them.

The nail technicians are always so friendly. The prices are reasonable and affordable. I especially like the massages, foot wax and callus removal is my favorite.

The ladies here are awesome. Even with a really busy salon, they keep things moving and everyone is happy. Mandy and Meaghan are both fabulous. I just wish they had a better sounds track.:(

They are very clean! New Disposable tub liners for pedicure, sterilizing pouches for their instruments, UV sterilizes and barbicide are clearly in use for all equipment.

First time at this nail salon. What an awesome experience I had. Kim did pedi and it was wonderful. Jenny did my full set and it came out exactly what I wanted. I made an appointment to go back in July. Very very very clean.

I’m usually not a bad reviewer but this place was super unorganized. Getting your nails done should be a pleasant experience and it was not that way. I called beforehand about the price for dip nails and they told me it was $30, then when I got there they say it was $50. So instead, I just got my dip nails taken off for $10. They started me and moved on to two other ladies that walked in after me for pedicures. I waited in the chair for 45 minutes before they came back over to me to take off my nails that should’ve taken at most 20 minutes. They were almost finished giving the other ladies pedicures when I finally asked what was going on. When I went to pay, they informed me they don’t take credit cards when I JUST heard the other nail technician tell her client they do. Then the owner seemed unsure of the minimum on taking cards. She first said it was $11/$12 minimum then later told me it was $13/$14 all while there is no sign saying there is any minimum at all. I feel like I got put at the end of the line because my service wasn’t as expensive as the other people in the place. They were not friendly at all and very inattentive.

Mandy is a perfectionist.Shes amazing and can handle my dry, messy cuticles. Her work always looks straight and perfect after two years. This place is modern, very clean and hygienic. Worth every penny.

Mandy made me feel unwelcome when I showed her my gift certificate that I was given for my birthday present.Mandy then started to walk around the shop talking in Vietnamese.I asked her what is the problem. Mandy said, We dont know who gave this to you. Mandy started to whisper to the other girls in the shop.I do not understand Vietnamese.I wanted to walk out because of Mandys rude behavior.But I stayed. It was my birthday present from my friend who teaches Zumba at Hawaii Kai Town Center.By the way, she asked me who gave me my gift certicate as well.I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome by Mandy. I will not recommend or will I return again.Mandy was rude.

Worst experience ever. I made an appointment for 3 people. The appointment took over 3 hours total. No discount was offered for the overly long appointment. I feel overcharged, and prices were “vaguely” stated to me as I checked out. I ended up paying at least $40 more than I’d regularly pay at other nail salons for comparable services. Will not be back and will not be recommending.

This is the only salon in the area that doesn’t kill your natural nails. I get the gel polish and they don’t sand it down like the others... it makes your nails so thin!My favorite place for nails!

I have found my fav salon on island! Wendy is my absolute favorite for pedicures, she is so professional and does an amazing job from start to finish. I appreciate her for taking time to take care of details! This place truly is a SPA like their name says. I always leave happily refreshed and their gel manicure polish colors are so beautiful and there’s a million to choose from! The manager makes sure to keep the facility clean and well taken care of! Stop at Island Brew for a snack when you’re pau with your spa treatment!I’ll keep coming back ladies, mahalo!
