Do not trust this company with your credit card number. They charged me over $1000 for 3 repairs, none of which were completed satisfactorily. I had to replace the washer they were supposed to repair and they tried to blame my tenant for their failure to fix it. I was told by the owner that they would resolve some of the issues and by a manager that they would correct the poorly performed work and provide a partial refund. They did neither. I reached out to them again and have received no further response. Their technician was not able to accomplish the work, the management made promises they did not keep, and the owner was not responsive. The picture is of a misaligned fridge door that was aligned before they started. I was charged twice for the repair to the refrigerator (less than 3 years old) that was left misaligned.

American Home Shield assigned them to do our AC and it has been almost two months without AC. They keep given us the run around. We had two appt which they made but they cancel because lady said she made a mistake that out part was not in. How do you make 2 appts and then cancel when you had verified out supplies was in then turn around and say it’s not but you schedule an appt. Mind you we took off to be home. Stay away from this company. Looks like they might of given our parts away because lady did offer to give us someone else’s. They had two guys come out week before never called and no show. So they finally came last week because now they want to change something else, air handler, and when they came it was the coil and condenser. I feel they want more money. I would give them a 0 but had to pick one star. Stay away from this co.

Hands down, the best Appliance Repair service in Hawaii (Oahu Island). Dane was our service agent and he fixed our GE dishwasher. He was able to trouble shoot and order the necessary part within about 30 minutes. The service call fee was rolled into the overall repair price. Communication was great. He was on-time and everything worked like clockwork. Dane was professional, followed all COVID protocol, and was friendly to my dog that kept thinking he could be helpful in doing the repairs. Scheduling was easy and they fix all appliances and all brands. Definitely recommend!

We had 2 technicians service our whirlpool dryer. They arrived on time wearing their face masks and replaced several components and cleaned the entire area before they left. The dryer was making a squeaking sound and now works perfectly. No need to buy a new one. Mahalo.

I experienced a misunderstanding regarding the repair of my microwave. The manager, Flora, and the customer service representative, Jenny, resolved the problem in a timely, professional, and satisfactory manner. I really appreciate their help.

I AM WARNING YOU the amount of time and money wasted here is not worth it. This company is extremely unprofessional. We waited over a month for the part needed to fix our fridge (the first part that came was damaged) once the repair men came to our house they were swearing at each other and didnt even sound like they knew what they were doing. The worst part of all of this is they left our floors completely warped and damaged (see picture below) AND DID NOT FIX THE FRIDGE ISSUE. This all started November 1sT 2020 It is now End of January 2021 and we still have not heard back from them after MONTHS of countless attempts to get a hold of someone.

Two techs showed up to evaluate my issue with a washer that was not fully draining. They ran a cycle to check operation then told me I needed a new pump for over $500. They did not check to see if pump was plugged and were preparing to leave. However after I requested that they check the pump access, they found it was partially plugged with a face mask. Removal of the mask fixed the issue. No pump required. Fixed only because I insisted they check it.

The technician came on time to repair my Thermador refrigerator door handle that came off. The technician knew exactly what needed t be done which required the removal of the door, the inner shell just to get to the support plate and screws for the handle. The technician was able to complete the job in an expert timely manner. If you are in need of a company that requires an expert, polite and honest, I found them.

As a property mgr, dealing with tenants repair inquiries has been a part of my life for the 15 yrs. Called this company for Viking Microwave repair and agreed to pay for a diagnosis fee of $125 expecting their immediate follow thru with an estimate for the repair. No one called nor returned my call for a week. Suddenly, they called and asked if I want to close the case being charged $125 non-refundable fee. They said they called me 3 times, but I was the one who called them 3 times... I chose this company cuz they had the earliest appt available and ended up dealing with their poor customer service. Im sharing my experience hoping that other innocent customers can avoid the pain caused by their unprofessionalism.

Multiple cancelations, little to no communication, requested morning repairs but only given afternoons for repair person’s convenience, over heated new gasket to freezer so freezer not holding cold temperature, always sorry, makes a lot of promises but always broken. Repair person says repairs will take longer than what’s scheduled by the office, and lied to us about only take just 2 days to repair the appliances she came to assess and make quote on. Only fixed one of 4 appliances in 3 visits with the promise that all appliances will be repaired the next time around, but repair lady canceled multiple times and today a no show. Supervisor/ manager does not reply or contact us back at all. Text seems to be the best bet with communication which is little to none. We tried to contact them numerous times and barely any response except to apologize and get back to us!! Still nothing! Not worth the time, the effort and the money. Wish I could give 0 stars. I have more to say but this should suffice.

Elijah came out to fix my LG oven range. One of the burners wasn’t igniting and the oven it was giving me an error code. It was fixed and everything is working properly. Pricing wasn’t to bad. Pretty fair.

Do not use this company, terrible communication between the few employees they have, the repair men were very unprofessional. A whole month later and I’m still having to call them and check up on my situation. All they’ve had is excuses and no solutions and for the past 3 ays they haven’t answered the phone or tried calling me.

The technician showed up and worked quickly and efficiently. They did order the wrong part so they had to reorder and return at a later date.All in all I am satisfied with the service they provided

Really disappointed with this company. We bought a home in Ewa Beach and the a/c unit went out the first day. We were referred to this company by the sellers realtor after finding out the whole inside and outside units had to be replaced. After a month and a half the unit finally came in and the techs came out to install it, we were never told by the person who scheduled the appointment that this would be done in two parts and that the other unit wasn’t in so we were under the impression it was all going to be fixed on this day. After the outside unit was fixed we were told that all they had to do was put in the request to the home warranty company and then they would be back out to fix the inside unit. 1 week went by with no update so we called and were told they were waiting for parts but that we were “priority”. Another 2 weeks went by and we finally got a call that they would be out the following Wednesday to finish the job. Wednesday 1 hour before they should’ve been there we were told by the realtor not even the company itself that they had to cancel and wouldn’t be out till Monday. We tried to be understanding because the main tech had some kind of emergency on a job. On Monday they sent out two techs, both were super nice and respectful, but they couldn’t finish the wiring and at 8pm told us they would have to come back the next day and would be there in the afternoon. The next day about 1230 we called because no one was out and was told that they didn’t think the techs were gonna finish their other job in time but would call us back to confirm. After no response by 330 we called back to confirm and the lady on the phone was extremely rude as if we were the ones who inconvenienced her. Maybe she should come work in our house that is 85 degrees during the day and see why we are so adamant about having this fixed. The issue was really with the people who do the scheduling and whoever we spoke to on the phone who was extremely rude. The techs are great and do great work; however, this whole situation has been a nightmare and we wish we would’ve went with a different company.edit 6/12/2020- Nothing has been resolved. We had a second opinion come out to our home to assess why your technicians could not install the brand new a/c unit and found out that they installed it completely wrong. After speaking with our home warranty people we were told that this company had to come back out and fix their mistake and that the owner of the company would be the one who would be coming out to fix the mistakes. I am now being told that not only will the owner not be coming to fix the problem because he left the island, but they are sending the same technicians out who did not have a clue what they were doing in the first place. Very disappointing. We have been without A/C with an average temperature inside the house of 86 degrees since February.

I called 2 days ago around 3 pm & no one answered. I left a very descriptive message asking for a quote to have my dryer repaired since it is no longer heating up. I left details about what we’ve done so far to try and fix the issue on our own, my number, where I live, my name, and still no call back! Not even to say, “sorry we can’t help you!” Very unprofessional & unresponsive.Update: can’t remove this review, but Flora contacted me and told me there was issues with their messaging system. I can understand technical issues. I won’t be having my dryer fixed by them since I’ve already ordered the part and will be trying myself.

I was apprehensive at first reading the reviews once I found out which repair company American Home Shield (home warranty company) was going to send to fix our washer. Honolulu Appliance Repair Pro came out and right away knew what the issue was with our washing when I started describing the clunking noise it was making. They ordered the parts which took a while to come in (not their fault since it comes from the Mainland). Gino and Elijah came out to install the new parts and everything is now working again as I no longer hear the noise nor is the machine moving around 5-6 inches. They were also very friendly and knowledgeable. The communication from Honolulu Appliance Repair was excellent as they always kept me updated on when the parts were going to be in, calling the day before to let me know the window time to expect them, and following up if I had any issues with the washer.

Dishwasher one, 3 visits still not repaired .After implied fixed put dishwasher back in with dishwasher sticking out 3 inches on right. Door unable to close.I pulled dushwasher out and can bottom back right corner now damages where they tried force back in.I assume it was the new trainee ?? With trainer not staying when put back.I asked back out and he says door bent and left no return calls. He also took the tray out of another dishwasher to put on new part and no call back to return my dishwasher tray.For close 2 weeks I call, they have returned no calls.I have 2 broke dishwashers now!!!

Too bad there isn’t an option for zero stars! This company is terrible to do business with. I hired them to inspect my Samsung Dishwasher that’s two years old. After the initial service call and paying almost $100, they quoted us around $600 for the parts and repair. Almost two months later they came back out to install the parts after claiming the first set of parts that came in were damaged. The tech did not know how to put the parts together and watched You Tube videos for two hours while he was here. He left without completing the job, and left my dishwasher torn up. He said someone would follow up with me for next steps. After not hearing from anyone for a week, I called in and they said the tech was out on leave and didn’t submit his case notes. The manager is extremely difficult to get a hold of, every time I called she was out of the office and never returned my calls. I kept calling in until I could reach her. Once we spoke she made multiple excuses about how our unit was a difficult case to work on and they were short staffed. She promised to refund the service call fee, it’s now been over a week and there still hasn’t been any refund. I called to check the status and the lady who answered the phone said there hasn’t been any refund issued. Of course the manager was not in the office, again. I hired another company to give a second opinion and they advised we did NOT need the parts this company claimed. Such a SCAM! Do not waste your time or money!

Called Honolulu Appliance Repair Pro after calling four other businesses which all had month or longer wait times. Honolulu Appliance Repair was able to provide a technician within two (2) days. The company called to let me know that the technician was on his way and when he arrived he looked at the the appliance (GE Monogram gas cook top) and knew exactly how to proceed. In addition he quoted a price before he got started...He very quickly began investigating explaining what it is he thought might be the problem. He explained what needed to be done and that parts would need to be ordered which he said the company would handle. The technician put the appliance back together, cleaned up the area and offered suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again. Technician left his card and said if I had further questions I could give him a call. The next day the company called and said the parts had been ordered. I am very pleased with the service I received and I recommend Honolulu Appliance Repair Pro without reservation.

Gino and Elijah are very professional and were a good and knowledgeable team. The built in wall system (Bosch) they worked on is rather cumbersome but they very were very thorough & precise while repairing the microwave.

I have a rental property in Honolulu and once in a while I need to call appliances repair services to repair my appliances. For the past few time I have been using Honolulu Appliance Repair Pro. What I like about them is that they are very professional and fast. I never have to wait long for parts. They usually have those parts with them or they have them at their warhorse.Recently my tenant reported a broken refrigerator. Tomas from Honolulu Appliance was there the next day. He fixed everything fast and even gave my tenant some advice on how to keep fridge in better shape. We were both really impressed with his knowledge and his polite and helpful manners. What a great and relabel company. Very easy to work with!

Honolulu Appliance Repair Pro repaired my BBQ grill. They were very reasonable, professional and friendly.  They answered all of my questions and gave me a very reasonable quote. They made sure that my BBQ grill was actually working after they were done. In particular I was impressed with how fast they took my grill apart, found the problem and fixed it. You can tell they know their work well. Highly recommend them!

Business does not return phone calls. Takes for ever to get appointments. Business did not take responsibility when one of their techs took out the wrong board from a working Split AC unit. After 3 months of calling it still not repaired.

Honolulu Appliance Repair Pro is a great service! They came in to fix my washing machine. Both of the technicians were polite and clean and very efficient. They quickly found the problem. Apparently power supply was broken. They swapped out for a new one they had in their truck and my washing machine was fixed. The whole thing took about 20 min and I am happy to report my washing machine is working great.Very reliable, fair price and good service!

This company called us 30minutes after scheduled time to cancel stating “she didn’t have time to get a gate pass”! I mentioned several times we lived on schofield and they said no problem! You literally show you registration, and proof of insurance as well as drivers license that’s it!!!! Takes 2 seconds at the gate! We are a family of 5 so we need our freezer! Highly disappointed!

I dont know why these other people had such a bad experience. Jen is da best she fixed my fridge in less than a week. She really knew what she was doing. Ill call next time something breaks

Great service and so much better than Sears. Sears has made me wait for weeks for the right parts. It was so frustrating. Finally I gave up and called Honolulu Appliance Repair Pro. They asked me a few questions about my broken fridge and came the very next day. They best part is, they had exactly the right parts with them. So, about 30 min later after some testing the parts were installed and my fridge was working again. It’s been a month and my fridge is still doing great!I think I found my new go to appliance repair service!
