Horrible the worst experience I ever had. They delivered to the wrong address and it’s no where to be found and they provide with you with nothing to sort this issue. They direct you to phone lines that don’t guide you to any loss claim. There’s literally no real person that you can explain your situation to. The only way you maybe can file a claim is online but the require you enter information for a package you don’t even have access too like the weight of the package and shipping details that you don’t even have so I can’t even file a claim for something they messed up on. So screwed. If you see this stay clear. Don’t ever ever ever use their service it is USELESS

I would like to start by saying that I wanted to give the lady at the counter who assisted me a Five Star rating. The only reason I am giving this place a two star is because it is wayyyyyyy tooooo confusing to find their location based on the GPS, NAV system and iPhone google maps. None of their directions were correct. If you need immediate assistance reaching their 800number customer service agents, expect, at times longer wait times and contradicting information. It took four days to locate my package. My package was supposed to be delivered to my residence by no later than Thursday. I called to get info on it late Thursday as it was still not delivered. I was told by one agent that my package would not be ready for redelivery or available for pick up until “LATE MONDAY”, I tried to explain to the agent that I had paid extra for faster shipping because I needed the gift no later than Friday, Monday would be too late. He said, “unfortunately, there is nothing we can do since the item will be in his truck until some time late Monday afternoon, there is no redelivery for this item until Monday or self pick up until Monday as well.” That was very disappointing since we had spent extra for faster shipping. He then said he would send me an email within 15 minutes with the address to the location of where I could pick up my items. Friday evening I called the 800# to get the address since I never received the email as promised and was told that I could have indeed picked up the package on Friday if I had called earlier but the location was set to be closing within minutes. 🥺😳 No pick up deliveries on the weekends so “Monday EVENING, possibly Tuesday for pick”. I was upset at that point. Monday came and I drove around and around and around utilizing FOUR different devices with NAV systems, GPS, and google maps and still nothing. SO, if are looking for this location, I suggest you Park at Starbucks or anywhere you find parking here and walk completely around the building as if you are headed to the airport and use the walkway underneath the parking ramp, get to the stop where you see UPS and take a right and follow it until you see the dhl. If you are driving, PASS the Starbucks ( don’t listen to your GPS) as you make it pass the parking lot on your right, you will come upon a ramp to park in the second level, THAT IS WHERE YOU WANT TO TURN, DON’T go up the ramp but rather use the tiny driveway/alley street between the ramp and the next building. You will feel as if you are entering an employee only section of parking and warehouses, drive halfway down and you will see UPS on the left, that is where you take a RIGHT and drive slowly until you see yellow DHL vans parked outside. The DHL sign was covered by a couple of huge trucks on this day but once inside the lady was friendly and if noone is at the desk, ring the door bell.

Such a terrible experience. I was expecting my package on Wednesday and while in my room looking out the windows saw 2 DHL vans speeding out of our neighborhood and I ran downstairs expecting to find my package at the door, only to find a slip of paper saying sorry we missed you. I was home with all my 5 kids if only you rang the door bell 🛎 I’ll would have gotten my package on time. Very rude. I wish I could’ve given no star at all.

Super Star costumer service. Above and beyond.. I got a voice mail that I had a package and that I could pick it up that day until 7pm. Now, I didnt have a tracking number and was not sure what the package was. I headed out to find this location.Not gonna lie location was kinda confusing I parked at that small mall lot. But had to walk all the way around. Which I thought for sure I was walking the wrong directions because all I saw was trucks, delivery trucks. The.n right before I am about to give up I see a DHL yellow van.Once I get there its 0648pm. N the office looks closed. Which is fine because they close at 5PM NOT 7PM . Which google did tell me but I figured the driver said.Anyway, not mad just glad I found it . So Im trying to pin the location so I dont have to go all crazy trying to figure out later. This gentleman in car says hey did you need a package? Let me call someone they are still there.Now I work at costumer service so I had no problem comming back later.I wish I would have gotten the ladies name but man, she went and looked everywhere because I didnt have a tracking number. She finally did. Saved a trip, n just awesome awesome attitude. Awesome .Thank you all, true aloha spirit.

I personally feel that DHL employs one of the most lazy people they can find. If I have a choice when ordering online, I would never select this company no matter how cheap they are.My apartment has a gatepad where you have to punch in the unit number to get buzzed through. Many times the DHL delivery driver will give up because my gatepads button is not working which is not true. But understandable for the fact that it is hard to press. Now on the pad there is a arrow button to manually go through the list of unit numbers and select to call. They never bother to use this option unless I call them up AFTER they left (marking me that I was not home), to instruct them to do so.And when they do call my phone number on the contact, they NEVER leave a message.No other company (ex;UPS FeDex) ever has a issue like DHL driver claims.Lazy, effortless and sometimes will give you attitude if you call them back after receiving a notice that my package could not be delivered.

DHL!!!!! I waited ALL DAY for a shipment and then saw their stupid truck pull into my cul-de-sac and TURN AROUND! I chased them down the street but they didnt stop and then they had the nerve to send a text update saying I WASNT HOME!!! How do these people stay in business?!

We waited all day for the deliver. I received call at 12:56PM from driver stating he is downstairs. Took no longer than 2 minutes to go downstairs from our 6th floor building. When we went downstairs he was no where to be found. I received text message at 12:58PM stating that they were unable to make delivery that a re delivery needs to be scheduled. I contacted the HNL office and was inform that he reported he waited 5-10 minutes downstairs. That is a complete lie as his call/message are time stamped!!! I would give a negative star review if I could.

Ok, had issue with driver not seeing me as I was working he left. So I called dhl an within 5 min he was back. I was amazed the number was to real human an handled the call very well.
