I cannot recommend Luxury Limo Hawaii enough! We rented the 25 passenger party bus for our friends and family who came for our destination wedding. It was an absolute blast! Tina was such a pleasure to work with setting up everything, then Matt (our driver) helped us with anything we needed during our travels. The bus was extremely clean and taken care of. If youre looking for a good time, go with Luxury Limo Hawaii!

If I could give zero stars I would do so. They refused to refund our $300 after failing to follow their contract. They have been unresponsive to our emails, the Better Business Bureau, the Consumer Protection Board and the Public Utilities Commission. Look them up on the BBB.

Used luxury limo for our wedding and they were excellent! They made the process very easy during booking and always responded very promptly. On the day the driver arrived early and was very accommodating. I highly recommend luxury limo!

The company was very professional from my very first phone call and were thankfully upfront about all fees. They were willing to work with my flexible schedule and changed my itinerary when requested. Our driver Rennie was very nice and knowledgeable about Oahu. He also accommodated the needs of our party, arrived early for our pick-ups and continually communicated his ETA/location through texts. I will definitely recommend Luxury Limo to anyone coming to Oahu and I will also use them when I come back!

Im a wedding coordinator and hired Luxury Limo for the bridal party on the wedding day. They arrived ahead of schedule, called me upon arrival and when all guests were picked up. Everything went smoothly, thanks to prior communication as well as day of communication. Thank you!!

We used Luxury Limo 3 times while on a family vacation, and we were very satisfied with the service. Driver was reliable, very pleasant. Only have great things to say about this Limo service. They were also very helpful when I had a parcel that needed to be picked up, but didnt have the time to go pick it up before going to the airport. The driver went and picked it up for me, then brought it to me at the airport (at no cost). They made my trip better, by being so helpful and reliable. I would definitely recommend them. This company is awesome to work with! They make you feel like their only customer! Their staff is easy to work for and Mr. Chen deserves more than 5 stars! My bridal party and I had a memorable experience from day 1! Highly recommend luxury limo especially if you are looking for high quality vehicles and need to fit a good amount of people!

The drivers were excellent, but the Luxury Limo that showed up had NO AC. The heat outside at 84 degree, they took a pic and the heat inside was 90 degree. Can you imagine a bridal party sitting inside that heat. Plus the limo was also supposed to pick up more guests, some that were elderly, so other transportation had to be found for them since they could not stand the heat. Totally unacceptable.

We’re so thankful we booked Luxury Limo Hawaii with Chen and his team for our wedding transportation services. We reserved (2) 2-hour windows (4 hours total) for transportation to the venue from the hotel in Waikiki and then for post-reception transportation from the venue back to Waikiki. We rented the 15-person shuttle bus thinking more people would be using the transportation with us. It actually ended up being only the bridal party in the bus which worked out since my ball gown dress was so big and poofy the only seat I fit on was the back of the shuttle. If we got a limo we would’ve been cramped. The shuttle picking us up from the hotel was on time (although we were behind a few minutes) but that’s ok since it was in our 2-hour window. Picking us up from the venue they were prompt and with only 3 of us left catching the shuttle at the end of the night we got back to Waikiki before midnight. The shuttle was spick and span, we appreciated the water and soft drinks (so refreshing after dancing all night!), and the blacked out curtains were perfect for hiding the bride before the wedding. I would definitely hire this company again for our transportation needs. Mahalo Nui Loa!
