DO NOT RENT VANS OR TRUCKS FROM HERE. Long story short, I rented a van 8-10 days in advance - the team waited until less than 15hrs before I was due to pick up the van to tell me it wouldnt be available because it was In the shop - which is fine, I get it, Vans have to get serviced, but when I asked how long it had been in the shop, they let me know it had been in for 4 days. 4 days I could have used to find a new reservation.Their solution? I should call all of the other Home Depots and try to find another moving solution. Great work guys.Called the 1 800 number to make a complaint - they logged the complaint but were unable to help beyond that.Hopefully Home Depot reaches out. . .
This May I had a project where I was replacing a bi-fold door in my condo. The challenge I faced was that the door was a bit too wide. I reached out to the Honolulu Home Depot Tool Rental office and I couldn’t be more pleased. The Manager Karl Vorwerk and his staff were super helpful and went above and beyond to help me get my project done. I’ll definitely be going back when I need to rent tools for a project. Thanks!!
I waited an 1 hr and 4 minutes on the phone for tool rental. I was driving there and got to tool rental still on hold. There were no customers in tool rental. The employees walk about like zombies and no nothing about doing anything I asked to speak to the manager who couldnt come to see me but called on the phone at customer service and was rude and told me maybe I should shop elsewhere, like Lowes is any better. Theyre basically the only game in town so I hope they enjoy there smart ass attitude while it lasts. I asked for the regional managers name who is Diane Kelly she will be receiving a detaile email from me this is the slowest most retarded Home Depot on the planet. If you want to waste your time go here. Thank God for Amazon. And City Mill
