Our organization has been working with Servpac to make a switch to a new phone service provider who can help us with our staff growth and needs. Our full transition is scheduled for tomorrow and we are very excited!Charity was the first rep who I worked with to get started with all the info and quotes we needed to make sure all our needs were met during the switch and for our future needs. After we secured our contract, I was connected with Lynn who we work closely with now during the transition, along with Zachary who is also helping us with the backend of our transition.Charity and Lynn have been super helpful! Ready to help and answer questions, very knowledgeable about their services and what they can provide. And Zachary has been awesome with answering any program and software questions that weve had come up, as well as with our app training.We are very much looking forward to the transition to better fit our organizations needs, and hoping we are able to leave more good reviews as we make the switch to their service!

Our business had been working with the major telephone service for years although we never seemed to receive the technical and personalized service that we were looking for. As soon as we were connected to our service representative Lynn at Servpac. we felt like we had finally received the personalized service that we had been looking for. Any questions, large or small, are always promptly addressed.
Servpac has been amazing since the get go. Charity was our first point of contact and she was knowledgable, friendly, and patient with all the questions. Our install was delayed due to Covid and our building management, but Kat continued to check in and stepped in to finally get the install moving. Phil showed up for the fiber installation and was quick and friendly. That same evening there was an issue and the tech support responded fast. Their customer support is such a breath of relief. Then we had the phones installed last week. Wendi and Zach were well organized and installed all the phones seamlessly. They gave us an informative training on the new phones as our current ones are extremely outdated. All the staff who came in person respected the mask requirement and social distancing. Were so happy we made the switch!
Servpac has amazing in getting our phone issues taken care of while on the phone. The website is easy to manage. Customer service is terrific.
Our wi-fi was so slow under Hawaiian Telcom, but when Serpac installed the fiber optic line it became instantly responsive.

We have been with Servpac for over 10 years and are extremely happy with the service that we have received throughout. Prior to switching to Servpac we had spotty internet service and our VOIP would often cut out. This was extremely frustrating being that we were in the middle of Downtown Honolulus business district and didnt have reliable service. Taking a leap of faith to Servpac was the best decision our business ever made! After the swithc, we had great and fast internet service, reliable phones, and the added bonus of being able to set up conference bridge lines - this is great! About 9 months ago we transitioned to working remotely from home. We were concerned about how to switch over our phone lines, but all we did was unplug our phones from the office and plug it in at home - it was an incredibly smooth transition. And I cannot say enough about Servpacs customer service. EVERY person that Ive dealt with in the past 10+ years has been responsive, patient, kind and helpful. We are thankful for the excellent service that they continue to provide for our small business!

I have greatly enjoyed working with ServPac. I appreciate that they provide an all in 1 service. Phones. Internet. Network Solutions. This is very helpful because if there is a problem, and I have three different providers, I am not skilled enough to know who to call...now its simple. I call ServPac. That being said...no issues but I feel comforted by this simplicity. I have also greatly enjoyed working with Cathy and Richard. Cathy was assigned to our case / transition and she made the entire experience enjoyable. She was professional, efficient, and responsive. She spoke to me in laymans terms so I could understand what was happening and I felt prepared every step of the way. Further, she is available to me all the time - even late in the evenings and always willing to help me with anything I need. ServPac was a great choice.
Weve been a customer of Servpac for the last two years. They host and manage our servers and provide our fiber internet connection. They are technically very competent but slow to respond to support issues opened using their online system. I find you have to call them or the case may languish for many hours...or longer. When you call it is more like youve reached a call center and nobody knows who you are or what your business is. From the network side the internet speeds are slow and file downloads take a very long time.If you do sign up with them make sure that you get SLAs in writing along with any promised services spelled out in detail, they tend to forget what promises they make if its not in writing. This is of course true for any long term contract you get into with anyone...if its not in writing, it is not enforceable. Also check your invoices as they have a lot of extra fees. Make sure they disclose all fees when presenting what your monthly payment will be... if you dont, it is quite a shock to find out after the fact.
