She provided her professional opinion on look, style and feel, but ultimately, the decision on purchasing a piece was mine, and there is no pressure or tactic involved. I was hesitant because its an investment, and also concerned about privacy at the shop. Consultation is one-on-one with no one else in the shop, so I felt comfortable sharing details of my hair loss issues, and what I wanted to achieve. Ive already ordered several pieces, and the look is very natural. I feel confident on how I look with the piece and recommend anyone who is going through hair loss to reach out.

Loved my experience with Yanie. This was a years-long research into options I was looking into. I had given up when Covid hit but started looking around again when I could travel.After going through chemo and having my hair thin, sparse with bald spots I was sick and tired and fed up with being defeated in my appearance. I had always had long, thick hair and going through chemo took all of it away. It’s been 7 years since my last treatment and I “almost” resigned to the fact that I had to live with it. Waking up daily to try and style my hair so no one could see my bald spots, buying tons of products to make my hair grow, wigs and clips that I didn’t know how to put on, etc. My list goes on and on.Finally someone in Hawai’i had exactly what I was looking for. Something that I could have and still work out and swim, and lose the feeling of self- consciousness! I had never heard of this semipermanent option so I figured it was worth a try. I’d already spent thousands over the years trying products that didn’t last or didn’t work.Yanie was so professional and welcoming - I had lived with being ashamed for so long, it felt good knowing she didn’t judge me. The entire process took less than we thought - only about a little over an hour and OMG!! I was absolutely stunning! Couldn’t believe it!! It’s been 3 weeks and it’s still looks fantastic - especially after years without it. I actually look younger! And I’ve received a lot of comments that confirmed it, too.The day after, I went back to work. Ok, I work for a construction company and - no lying - the guys were giving me compliments and smiles like I’ve never gotten before. They used to barely even say hi. Yep of them asked me out. And when I posted my new look on Instagram - there were 3 guys that asked me if I was single. 2 of them I had been following got over 5 years and never commented anything.I definitely have my confidence back and cannot thank Yanie and Pacific Hair enough! I don’t know where to start. I was 17 year old dealing with alopecia... I was going through a hard time. I had multiple bald spots.. every girl knows what our hair is. That’s our beauty! That’s our confidence. And to to through all of that at the age of 17, was very hard for me. Long story short it started growing. So I look like I have a bad hair cut. My baby hairs came in, which I thank God for. But I wanted my hair back. I started searching wigs near me.. I didn’t wanna wear one. I didn’t wanna look false. I came in Pacific hair loss. And this beautiful women, very kind hearted. Told me I can get a topper and it won’t look false.. i said okay and started the 14 day waiting process. Well let me tell you I couldn’t stop counting down the days! She was very very kind to me. She made me feel so comfortable about my hair. Once it was done, I couldn’t stop looking at my self. I couldn’t stop messing with my beautiful long hair! It looks sooooo real, it’s crazy! I love it so much. I’m so happy to look at my self with hair now!
