My wife called asking about thier drop box process as well what items would be needed in the envelope that she was dropping off. The lady on the phone gave her attitude and was less than professional for a company that services customers. When she arrived to drop the documents off, she was not met with eye contact and they were less than friendly. If this is a representation of your company, Im sorry but I can forecast a toxic environment.
